Health - The Key to our Life
Health is wealth , The key
of which we all are accustomed to control
our wealth should not be placed in the line with the wealth of our health.
Which we are everyday
thinking & also for working for
receiving the same .
The said wealth as we know
become a mixture of pleasure & pain .
The key of our wealth remains the
ground of our health where we can move ,enjoy by keeping our mind calm &
quiet with nourishing flavor to pave the
way for our progressive lifeline .
The key of our health is
for our healthy environment .
Our health is must for preservation in a healthy
line so that we may use our key of our life in a very sound conditions not only
to make our life happy & healthy but we can also make our family &
social surrounding by offering them nice atmosphere.
We have to take care of
our body with our head ,mind ,brain & our physical energy forces.
To keep
our mind healthy , we have to keep our selves to translate our mind in a happy
healthy mode so that we may keep the same in a calm & quite manner .
Healthy mind brings
healthy body as we all are aware that it is the disturbing roots of our mind
which is the cause of our health problem which human being of our present
centuries is passing .
B.P has become the common in our time & we also know
that what B.P has offered to our health problem .
While touching the point
of B.P we cannot effort to overlook Diabetes , which has become the common
health problem in our life .
In both the cases the time has come that we have
to care fully observe & study the practice of our health so that we may not
avoid but minimize the problem of our health .
In this line we are
considering our health is our wealth for which the key of our life is in our
hand.
In this line with the said to health problems , if we keep our eyes close
we can certainly create our passing phase in a disturbing stage.
Apart from the regular practice
of our health we must establish a faith within us & mention earlier for
keeping our mind healthy we must put aside 15 minutes in the morning & 15
minutes in evening to keep the same for observation in a very clear &
impartial manner & any loop holes in our observation we must get read of
the same with our introspection .
With our serenity , a few
minutes of holy & spiritual environment with our power of prayer &
meditation may certainly help us to have the command of our key in our hand
.
Which certainly help us to maintain our body in a healthy manner .
In our presentation we
have touched the passage of calm & quite mind for our health problem .
There
are other health disturbing problem
which we are to touch in subsequent
publication in future that for our health the other key factors are in
the range of faith healing ,inner will ,our will power ,& the strongest
point for us is divinity within every of us for which may also to cultivate
firm faith & will power for moving towards faith healing for our healthy
life for which can proudly say that Health is wealth & the key of which
remains in our safe hand.
