HRD- The Lotus For Management
M3 ,The basic need of the organization covering MAN-MONEY – MATERIAL comprising part
of the management for taking the responsibility of the organization .
The task of the management
starts with the recruitment program to carry out the affairs of various areas
for which it becomes the responsibility of the management to start with the up
dated organization chart to have the clear standing of the organization itself
.
Important part for
recruitment is to select a right type of candidate for the right time so that
the work of unit can go in a smooth manner .
This is not ending as Management
as to recruited various specialize person for different departments & also
for production units a right type of
technical personnel .
With this for the
management the task become comfortable but we all are aware that Manpower so to
say employees of the organization are human beings all though they come for
employment for the maintaining life of the family but at the same time they
also need quite healthy & happy environment from the organization .
This become the
responsibility of the management & the executive who has to see the working
with the efficiency range of the
employees so that they may receive the satisfactory performance .
With this we have to see
the human aspects & human relation within the organization .
The employees
must receive a good working environment so that they may contribute in a positive
manner .
For this it becomes the duty of responsible member that the employees
are happy they have any disturbing problem of the family for which while
entering in the organization they should enter in smiling & joyful mode
instead of bringing their worries ,tension
,& frustration with them in their working time .
It is of HRD to see ,to
observe & to find out in a very loving & kind manner the difficulties
& problems of employees & help & guide them so that they may
receive a smile on their face & with the satisfactory ,work power of
employees it may bring not only the production range but also to change the
environment of the organization .
This may creates a good & worthy name of
the company due to the nice & careful part of human relation department .
HRD is the present working
environment in any areas is the must their human beings & the human
relation come together with every part of the action .
As we are aware that
human beings & the relation their with are so much complex that it must
have to tackle in a scientific mode , psychological touch , under the tone of
power of prayer ,meditation ,& other related areas.
In the management it is the question between relation of employer &
employees & any sort of derivation ,misunderstanding or a some sort of
disturbance good system of HRD come to the rescue .
If not of way in the line with my experience & subsequent also an
consultant for business firms & industries i have experience the feeling of
individuals both in the working environment also in the personal life some mode
of Worries, Tension & Frustration which may turn out their action in an not
effective way & also its affects that efficiency .
After considering i have applied Astro holistic mode in the management compass
& i have submitted my article under the caption '' Managerial success &
planets which has been appreciated in the All India Astrological Conference .
In the present environment in the past i also touch the creation of will power
,faith ,& experiment of Meditation with have help the affected individual
to remain calm & quiet in the midst of Worries ,Tension, &Frustration
in their working environment ,in their personal life & also in their family
disturbance problem .
With this sometimes back I
have expressed my views for the management & HRD by also including my
opinion for the management of Japan with their kind human related problem which
I have taken liberty When i read the question all though i admit that it is not the answer of the question but i feel that my information regarding the Japanese during my earlier school days has inspired me that Japanese are certainly a good HRD
I refer to the incident
which i came to know during school days that Japanese were taking lunch during
this time one of person could not get the food according to his liking &
taste he was leaving the place due to this & in the meantime one of
the Japanese show the person leaving without taking food they called him &
allow him to sit with them & offer the food according to his taste .
While chit chatting when
leaving the place the concerned person thank the Japanese heartier at that they
told him that instead of offering the thanks when you meet your own friends
& members at that time you may kindly talk to them that Japanese are
hospitable person .
This remain during my
childhood that how kind the people of Japanese are .
After my experience at
this stage i believe that Japanese are certainly human resource management
thinking .
This incident has recalled my childhood & it not out of the way
I have touch this incident in the line with my observation .
