Penalty - Painful Verdict

Men are born equal irrespective CASTE,CREED,& RELIGION every where in the world . 

With this every men have right to live under all the freedom of their pair.

 With all the freedom all men have right to action , how the word of penalty have taken shape for the men of their unpardonable action.

All the men have got right to action which are for their growth ,& survivor while taking care of the family , & their members .

 Men are responsible for their action as they are aware that their righteous action is for their healthy growth & development considering all told care of the family .

It is the action of the men which may help them to carry out untold action for their behavior which becomes the cause of penalty .

 In our present age with all the development with human being have created for the welfare of the people it is not the time to find out the remedial   measures  by giving an opportunity to wrong Dover action of such men by offering the systematic & scientific environment  & according to their wrong culprit action even the program can be arranged covering the psychology behavior  religion & spiritual training so that society may receive the happy environment from such people.

Even for the parents for the growth of the children & their well being parents would take utmost care right from beginning to the children coming out from age of 15 & 16 yrs.

 where parents should carefully observe of the children not only for the academic progress but their habits ,their behavior & also their movement of their friendship  which may also take an important part as we know that men is influenced by the company he keeps .

It is very likely that the aforesaid measures may certainly help to reduce the offenders to take wrong action . 

However men with all the negative activities of their mischievous & harmful action deserve all the penalty for their crime .

With this there are various crime which are not pardonable & such criminal demand a heavy & several punishment according to the nature of the crime. 

Besides certain action which calls for killing a member of the family of their personal prejudice & also the dispute of the property ,finance, such individual while loosing the balance of the mind are taking recourse to kill – murder there   own person & the members of the family .

Their individuals to become the social offenders who take revenge due to their jealously or are need of the money for finding out their own person & take the revenge even by sometime killing them.  

   With all this there are political offenders which we all are the witness as the news either in the TV or the news paper that such individuals for fulfilling their ambition by killing innocent person ,destroying the property for which they are known as Terrorism.

We all are born with our mind & brain with our conscious outlook & our mind in spite of this we unfortunately are observing that the society in everywhere  cannot  get read of BLACK SHEEP ,with the result society everywhere in the world remain sufferers .

For such nature of the society for such harmful individuals it may come to our mind that it may be play of nature where such individuals have visited thru their birth are the resulting action of their previous lives with they have inherited  in this life by taking their birth on this earth .
