Our Health - Regular Companion
Our mind with our brain is
an energy force helping us in the development in our program ,in our career
development for meeting the challenges of the present age & in every areas
there is a last stage of competition whether it may be a science ,technology ,literature
,drama, art, painting ,fine arts, music, dance & every certain areas.
If we remain little back
in our performance such individual gets mentally disturbed creating a tension, worries,&
frustration .
It is not a healthy practice as in such cases individual may get
a target of phobia .
In order to get avoid
mental stress they have to develop the mind with the will power ,faith & if
necessary thru take recourse to philosophy , religion ,meditation, &
breathing practices .
Certain individual while getting
up in the morning , they should calmly & quietly take rest for few
minutes in the bed & any ideas disturb the mind during the period of rest
they should pass their mental idea as a passing phase .
The same practices such
individual should follow during the bed time . Besides while leaving for their
working place such individual should leave the place in a very smiling mode .
With this practice such individual may get relief from their stress & they
may come out with the success in their competitive range.
Our health is wealth &
for this we have to make our health & obviously to our life a regular
companion for this to make the company of our health with the life we have to
control our mind & brain with the inner urge & divinity within us with
the faith & our will power .
We all have a thinking phase & to think in
the process of our career ,family & our action of life we can make
certainly a healthy practice .
With this it is a fact
rather unfortunate that our desire takes recourse to Jealously , Envy which disturb the function of our calm &
quite mind including the disturbance of our conscious phase .
This will also
turn into a negative traits of our function such as Pride, Angry, Jealously
,Ego, Attachment & other related areas which are playing very negative
action of our life which may create a disturbance of our living & also
affecting our health.
It is at this stage we
have to be careful &also to learn our lesson that ‘ ‘Health is Wealth’’.
If
this tendency is not getting cure by taking a healthy line of our life in the
form of the prayer ,meditation ,& such other calm practices we may
certainly take recourse to our health as our companion of our life .
We know & we are aware
that our mind & brain reacts our action immediately effective our health .
We know that Blood pressure & heart problem have become the order of day .
Besides Diabetes Brain problem , pain in our body problems come as an
disturbing element of life .
It is at this stage we have to be careful to carry
out our own Introspection in an impartial manner & take such action which
may help us to carry out the process of our health in right direction as it is
not difficult to follow .
With this our life is very
important & for our action of every day we have to consider the grace
passing the good day as per our will & action .
As everyday is important at
the same time with our birth , our death
is also equally certain & that to not in our hand .
In view of this with
our healthy life we should make our action fruitful even for our next life.
