’Unborn to-morrow & Dead past why to fret when present be ‘’Sweet’’ We as human being have process our Life on the Rosy way to move on our everyDay has our pleasurable Journey.

In my earlier articles, I have indicated the mode of the Art of Living .What   ever may be our Professional-Vocation or our standing Status ,if not out of way I place before my valued Readers-Viewers in small Rosy Fragrance ,by keeping a Faith from our Within throu our Natural Gift forces of Sub-Conscious Mind by offering a small suggestion that before going to bed at night place suggestion as per our requirement so that it may start giving the Result for our processed Life.

The main end of our Life is   to fulfill the Mission of our Life for which we are born & taken the Birth on this Earth for passing a Happy –Healthy –Living .

I know   ,the   task is not on easy road as we have to under go odds & difficulties.

With this during my service position & subsequently in my consultancy programme for Business Firms & Industries covering Recruitment programme   ,it had been my endeavoured  to make them comfortable & to place a smile on their Face.

Even today ,it is my feeling that with every situation ,we should keep our Mind –Calm & Quite in the midst of Worries-Tension-& Frustration  ,which is a must for everybody & to me this not impossible.

With my suggestive approach of Sub conscious Mind   ,Power of Prayer ,Meditation & Yoga Exercise we are certainly to get rid of our problem.

While presenting the Articles  ,I wish to have a certain reflection in our Life .We know ,with all understanding ,we are every day missing the Train although we are equally aware that we are inviting welcome to our Health Problem such as Blood Pressure ,Diabetes ,Parkinson.

The best alternative is to live in the present carefully planning   for Future .Do not keep in Mind the problem of Aging & even the Death as this is a part of our Destiny.

‘’Ars longa ,vita brevis ‘’-Art is long .Life is short ,we do not have a Remote control on our Life-Line. It is a game of our Destiny .If we like it or otherwise.

Nice alternative with us is to co-operate with the inevitable   ,& if we accept this basic Reality ,Our mind becomes Calm & Serene ,which will  keep the forces from the within to carry out the mission for which we are born.

We all know that we are children of   god & even some of them are Rationalist even Atheist in this case also we as born as Human being with a Head –Heart –Soul & last but not the least is our Brain touches us with every part of our body through Conscious & Sub-Conscious Mind.

With our said two minds anybody can achieve all deserved life .Nothing is impossible for any human being. In words of Napoleon   ,Impossible is a Word to be found in the Dictionary  of Fools.

We all have observed that the development in our century in any areas of fields,this are nothing but the achievement of human being .Men are born great with their achievement due to their ability to release the forces & power of their Sub conscious mind.

Nature desires that we should live Healthy-Happy & Pleasurable life. But unfortunately quite many disturb the life even for trifle issue which very often I believe that it is nothing but a storm in a Tea Cup.

In such situation   ,it  is not possible for any person –Male/Lady to live a comfortable Life !!.

Why to create Tension –Worries & Frustration for your life if it   may be personal /Family /Social Problem for which you are not giving justice to your Soul & the most important journey is your Life-Mission.

I feel in my conscious   mind that for coming few month   ,Global environment is unlikely to  be Healthy & Congenial .Accidents –Un natural death for quite many ,Natural calamities & such other evil atmosphere may disturb us .

We are helpless in such situation & good vibratory forces may help & show a Green Light!!.

Anyhow   for friendly good viewers of every countries  ,I may offer only small & humble suggestion.

POINTS:

1 Do not get up immediately from your bed in morning

2 Keep your body Light & Relax for 5 minutes only

3 Whatever the ideas come reflects in your Mind   ,Pl do not stop it. Allow it to pass it as a wave of ocean.

4 Inhale & exhale of your Breathing for 3 minutes.

5 Calm down for 2 minutes

6 While getting up for your Good Day   ,keep your Two Hands open & View before your Eye.

With this  ,Start your Good Day.

Our 2 Hands are  offering for  ,Greeting-Respect –Prayers -& with our 2 Hands we are now to know our journey of our Life-Line.

We are visitor on this Earth-Part I

Our arrival begins with the loud sound of our Cry giving Joy & Pleasure to all Surrounding Environment.

Believe me,with our Birth ,we have brought with us the Resultant Fruits with our earlier previous lives, some people are joyful & Happy ,& other remains sad & morbid.

Besides some are having Luxurious Life   ,& other even Live in Poverty & in certain cases   they do no meet Both ends.

The same stands for our social fabrics –may be our personal   ,Life,  Marriage, Children, Health & what not !!.

This is the way of Life for every     where   through     out the World .

Politicians-Economist & Scientist   for which we all are proud of –not only that we love to salute them….

But we have to accept that Nature is more powerful – so to-say Omnipotent .

Whether we like it or not ,we have to accept this fact & if one agrees in reality only solace is nothing but to observe the spirit of Destiny.

But at the same time   ,we  are not merely to sit at the Mercy of Destiny ,as we all are born with the Mind & the Spirit of the Heart & Soul .Never Ending & Everlasting.

We have with our us our Conscious -& Sub Conscious Mind with the long standing storage of the Resultant Fruits of   Positive /Negative forces accumulated    in our Unconscious   Mind

We have to Tap the same with our Balanced Mind by remaining as an Silent Observer regarding the   movement of the   forces of the Mind.

This demands on Exercise of our Mind with the True Spirit so that we can listen to the voice of our within for taking a rightly Action .For our Successive Life mode.

One  important suggestion for which ,I have passed valuable years of my Life ,for cultivating a Calm & Serene Mind by controlling  our Negative  Thoughts –Anger – Greed –Attachment –Ego –Jealousy & others by keeping an utmost saying in my mind ‘’Fame is a food that Dead men eat.’’

With the above narration & keeping the controlling forces of our Mind    ,one can certainly keep the Mind –Calm & Relaxed in the midst of Worries-Tension-& Frustration to meet the challenges of the Present Age.

However   ,this   demands to control   our Mind ,with the help of power of Prayer  & Meditation, under  a care taking  living of our Life.

We have to keep strictly stress on this line   ,as  whether we like or not ,Our Life is a Time passage between the Birth & the Death where the Death is certain  not in our hand. We all have to make our Life worthy so that our Journey may become   comfortable .

We are also aware that at the time of our Departure   ,we  are to leave with Empty hands where I wish to quote ‘’Let the people of the world know that even Samarat   Sikander died with Empty Hands.

The pathway year towards 2012

Divinity is within us & as already indicated in my Article that we are the Architect of our own fortune ,& as such individually everything depends on us,in which mode ,we have to frame our Life  .We are to create our Destiny ,moving with the time towards every of our Action reaching to an desired end.

Yes ,there is a possibility ,that our Results may not be as per expectation .In this case ,My dear friends ,I have my humble suggestion ,not to invite disappointment -not to loose courage-confidence-but merely co-operate with the inevitable.

Believe me power of prayer can do wonders & sincere prayers is the harmonious interaction of the conscious & subconscious levels of mind to be directed for a specific Aim-Mission. With this We can realise that prayer is certainly an ever present Help in the time of trouble .

Friends ,I am really enjoying my association with you .,Which ,I consider is nothing but a grace of my GURU (Teacher) .

Although we are fully aware that from the worldly point of view  .,We are passing Economically a disturbing phase & possibly in certain case ,a Regular smilies have disappeared from the face................................

However   ,God s' Will is Supreme & with the Year to come ,we are to make our pleasurable appearance surrounder  in the vicinity of Joy -Smilies-& Happiness.

With this  ,I wish to quote Famous Verse in Tagore s' Gitanjali .

''Give me the strength

Lightly to bear my joys & sorrows

Give me the strength

to raise my mind high above daily trifles.

And subsequently   ,there comes finally this highest music of Spirituality

''And give me the strength

to surrender my strength to

Thy will , With Love !!

Managers are Born & not made -

How  far the science of Astrology can play the part .Astrology is derived from the word '' ASTAR-STAR '' & logos -reason or logic . In short it is the science of time as the horoscope or birth-chart is prepared only on the basics of the birth is prepared only on the basic date-place & birth time of the native .

With the help of the science one can know the natural talent & aptitude of the native .The knowledge of the subject would be extremely useful to the personnel department for selecting a right type of candidate for the right type of Assignment as the Birth chart also reveals a man s' character & temperament 

.It is also an established fact that each profession has its own planetary influences which can be studied with the help of the Horoscope or the Birth-chart is nothing but simply a scheme representing an accurate picture of the heaven & the position of planets & the stars for the time at planets & the stars for the time at which child is a born.

It is at this stage interesting to refer an article ''ARE TOP MANAGERS BORN  '' born under a lucky star written by Dr Michael Gaugueline the French psychologist published in the issue of International Management -May 1981 .As student ,he wanted to prove by statistically analysis that the so-called  Laws of Astrology have no scientific foundation .

But subsequently to his astonishment he did discover a statistically significant relationship between the position of certain planets & the birth time of famous people .After collecting the birth -date of more than 20,000 famous people including leaders ,actors ,politician & sport champion ,he has argued in the article that the planet ''MARS'' may be key influence 

Coming to our point & in the light of what has been stated earlier. I have my own belief that Managers are born & not made. The selection of persons with whom the organisation have reposed  faith & place under them the fortune of million of rupees, not to talk about the work force behind them must be everywhere carried out in the most scientific way. However the methods of selection have their own limitation. It is in this line that the knowledge of Astrology comes to the rescue in the area of Personnel management & personal manager can contribute considerably in this regard.

Generally the criteria    for selecting  a person  on  the  management  cadre  is  on  the  basis  of  the academic achievement of the person fully supported by sound experience. Cases are not unknown where the method has failed & it is likely that the adoption of subsequent method of trial & error may mar   the fortune of the organisation. 

The question therefore is posed that should the fortune of the organization   be guided at the mercy of Destiny? My firm answer to this question is very much "Yes'' I would venture to go one step ahead that while commencing any new undertaking it would be fruitful to find the most auspicious time.

 Not only that promoters starting new venture should examine their period of commencement with the help of this science so that success or otherwise of the same can be assured.

 If the activity is carried out into the favourable   period, the planets would also help to receive the services of persons   who   may   help   the organization   to reach to the desired  goal 

Since quite good time  ,we all have noticed that now the global environment under the natural Negative forces life fortune of many!!.

I believe  ,this is nothing but the influence of cosmic planetary influence a god's will of supermacy

UNBORN TOMORROW

Yes -it is not seen ,you may think & visualise it with our planned approach .But we do not know the Resultant  fruit of this unseen ,which is still to see the Daly light .

With all due respect to our science & Tech ,Development ,reaching to the Global vastness we are & we will have to remain at the Mercy of the Nature.

In this light ,Long years back,in one of my Article ,i did mention that we could not protect or surrive President Kenndy with all the command at the disposal of the Great country of U.S.A.The same is equally true for our Father of Nation of our country of India .This reflects the certainty of the Death which is not in our hand.

Years & Years have been passed by witnessing or listening the pain & the Horrow of World War 1 &2 suffering & crying of humanbeings including the children .

Politician & social reformers have not been established a Peace -Happiness -& Smiles in the Global outlook .

It is extremely the need of the present Age for which we can not affort to depend on our Politician everywhere as they are now known for playing Dirty Games ,for establishing their position  & power forgeting basic responsibilities of there Karmas - Action for which they are performing .Which  do they know that they are not going to have their permanent seal of there Karmas -of there Life-Line ?

For wrong doers they are fully aware of their karmas but they wish to ignore the consequencies of their Actions sooner or later ,they will have to pay penality of there deeds under the shocking phase of their present Life & it is likely that they may be required to under go a Pain killer treatment of Cancer-Heart -Mind & what not !!.

In case if they are lucky enough to pass the said stage comfortably ,in these case they will be left with no other alternatively but  to pass their Life in miserable mode.

I have stressed this part which i wish to sincerely avoid it.But in coming few month time ,Present planetary position is not healthy & congenial as we all have obsereved the recent entry of MARS joining SATURN in VIRGO & to add the planet SUN  aspecting the above two planets under the square position .

We all know that every human beings do not have any adverse effect of planetary influence for such person i wish to only quote '' UNBORN TOMMORROW -&Death Past while to fret when present be Sweet''.It is which such person the world is beautiful to Live .

The power of Prayer & Destiny

Inspite of this ,why we observe so much difference between Man-& Man !!. Why is one man happy &imp ; another unhappy.

Why is one person has a beautiful home with all the luxuries at his command while another is passing his life in a slum?
The same is true for every of our problems-If it may be a Career-Profession-Finance-Marriage-Children-Health &....What not !!.

It is this which has inspired me to submit to my viewers & Friends my article under the title ''We are the architect of our own fortune''. 
I have already touched the resultant fruits of our Past karmas (Action) in my said article .My dear friends.,let me assure you Power of Prayer can do wonders & We all know well that Miracles happen to Men & Women in all Walks of life all over the world.

To me as a children of God ,it is our Birth Right & we are to create our Destiny .
In this respect ,I would just quote of Mary Baker Eddy ------
''Throughtout all generations both before &

Prayer-The Way of Life

To me prayer is a sysmbolic sign,for every human beings irrespective of Caste-Creed-Religion.Our birth is a god's given gift which may help us to move on right track for our Life-line .Even few minute ,prayer everyday makes our day a happy rosy day.

Unfortunately quite often people are passing through Anger-Greed-Attachment -Jealousy etc,which may deviate the basic root of conscious mind which is creating all sort of disturbing environment in the society .

Power of prayers can do wonders & its through prayer that we can establish a line of Action of Truth-Religion-Peace & Love.

After all Love is God-God is Love.

We are born equal....BUT

Child on his first arrival with his/her crying message,sees the day light & surrounding atmosphere must be feeling if my arrival is correct. He/She is not aware regarding the creator namely the parents. With the time passage of few days only a child started realising his parents & all the environment he is undergoing.

Till this time he/she is totally innocent they have no power of discrimination as they are expressing their feeling under the Smiles & Tears. The important matter in the life of child is environment in which he has made his entry in this World.It is the environment which make the future of a child. Child with his/her birth have brought with them sub-conscious mind-is storage of their Action/karmas & the resultant fruits of there previous lives. It is therefore natural that a child born has brought with him a quota of Happiness-Pleasure-Sorrow-Pain...... That is why we find the difference in the development of the children.

We find the difference in the Temperament, one looks Morbid-another is Full of Zeal& Confidence.One child remains in a beautiful & luxurious bungalows, another resides in Slum.Sometimes a child is passing throu a sorry phase due to the unhappy marriage life of the parents. With this i believe that Destiny plays an important part in our life.At the same time the willpower & inner control of the self with the help of Power of Prayer & Meditation may help to change the fortune.

As a student of the Science of Astrology in certain cases i would like to study the planetary influence of a child while preparing the Birth chart.I am not a pessimist but even though the child is born with quite good favourable planets,i wish to study longevity of a child & if he is arrival is for short duration of few years ,i would prefer to remain silent observe. In this light a small reference of a birth child born as Twins- male Twins- Female Twins/a Male & Female child.In this case whatever may be the time reference but the difference between arrival of twins born may remain hardly 5 to 10 minutes.In this line the preparation of the birth chart is going to remain totally same with a very negliable difference of degrees.If the chart remains the same for an Astrologer has to take due care for prognistication for the child. Just for the hint ,i have observe the birth chart of Male Twins very intelligent but both have lost eyes during there 16 yrs of there age. Another confusing stage i have noticed of a Male Twins,a difference of 5 minutes/one has become an Orthopadic Surgeon married to a well to do VIP s'family & wife is also a Doctor.In a other case of his brother 5 minutes difference he had study a graduate level with different hobbies married to graduate girl of a middle class family. In a case of Female Twins i have observe that one is good looking& another is with wheaty complexion .One is post graduate is computer science & another is in post graduate in commerce. In such case Astrologers are having great responsibility so that the science may not great abuse.Astrologers should be a pious person with an honest & intergrated approach .With the experience & knowledge of the Astrologer our face is a mirror & our hands & palm including a thumb play a good part for deciding the future of such cases. I can only said by phasing the verdict of The Astrological Magazine ''Those Who know Astrology can only indicate in a way what will take place in future. Who else,except the creator Brahma ,can say with certainly what will definitely happen?.

Life Line

“Ars Longa, Vita brevis” – Art is long, Life is short. In other way life is the time passage between the Birth and the Death. The Death is certain not in our hand. This very basic essence came in my Life during my childhood which has inspired me to know the unknown forces.
In between, Higher Sense perception started unknowingly. Intuition – Telepathy – Clairvoyance and Visualization of events came automatically for others.
During this time a saint (I do not recollect his holy name) came in my life, shown me the path of Prayer- Study and passed on me the fruitful hints.
H.S.P. in course of Time has become the tune of my sub-conscious mind. With the passage of the time I realized that calm and Serene Mind to be the basic essence for the progressive development of our personal Growth, helping me to listen to the silent voice of the within, culminating in oneness with our self – soul- Our “Swa Swoop”. Gradually Natural Instincts came on the surface of my conscious mind. Religion – Philosophy – Astrology – Palmastry – Reading, Writing have been the running phase of my life.
Saints & seers of eminence came in my life and my association with those Holy soul have become the beacan of Light reflecting the rays while realizing the importance of Power of Prayer – Meditation – Spiritual Process … I consider Life is a God’s given gift which has helped me to bend my will, which is governed by desires, to the will of God.
In this light, I had translated the said areas with the Management during the course of my service provide when I remain associated as an Executive with Co’s of repute. I wish to carry out my following programmers under “ASTRAL PSYCHIC SPIRITUAL CENTRE”

The new millennium with its catch. Word Globalisation may bring much material progress and comfort. But at what Cost? Humanity experiences Great Stress – Strain –Tension –Worries –Frustration In this case the work “Comfort” remains a word in our Self Dictionary.
It would not be out of Place, if ! Would quote Pujya Shree Swami Vivekanandji, his visualization for us As early as 1900 AD. “He has realized the Scientific progress without a spiritual base would lead to destruction of Humanity. He was one of the First of the Modern saint who tried to bring spiritual values into Management” To me, this is the need of the Present Time. (For western countries – and especially U.S.A. I wish to recall the Swami Vivekananda’s Addresses at world’s Parliament of Religion – chieago, 1893 and even after more than one hundred years His views still prevail in Horizon)

As an Admn. Consultant for for Business Firms and industries, for Commercial Administration and Personal Management Covering Man Power Planning and Recruitment for Sr. Admn. / Tech Personnel., I had implemented the said Technique for Selecting a Right Type of Candidate for the Right Assignment.

We are conditioned by our view of Life. Our attitude to work are determined by our values of life. In this line., I wish to implement the programme of HRD based on individual Traits – (POSITIVE- NEGATIVE) of the participating member with suggestive Guideline under HOLISTIC ENVIRONMENT and Principle and Practice of MEDITATION which may help the participant to transform the life with an integrated Personality having Physical – Intellectual –Emotional and Spiritual needs, the satisfaction of which may imply an inspiration to EARN our means in a Righteous mode, the basic end of our Life !!. Besides a CLAM and QUITE mind would help to improve MEMORY power –Decision making- Mental skills with a successive results of meeting the challenges of the Competitive Would.
ASTROLOGY –KARMA (Action) –DESTINY
To, our Holy Land, Astrology is a gift from Saints and Yogies. To appreciate the subject, Dr. Ralph Waldo Emerson Wrote “Astrology is Astronomy brought to earth and applied to the affairs of men”.
To me, it helps to mankind to Show the purpose of living so as to make the Mother Earth a worthy living for the Humanity as a whole.
In ancient Indian the subject was studied as a part of the curriculum in the ASHRAM – GURUKULA and practiced by our Saints –Sages and Rushies.
As back as May 1982, I placed the subject of Astrology in Management compass for which I attach herewith my article “Managerial Success and Planets” Published in the magazine “PLANETS AND FORECAST”. My contribution in this area has been duly recognized in the All India Astrological Conference, I prefer to remain away from any publicity as to me “Fames is a food that deadment eat”.
