Problem is of human touch with the discrimination of our mind with the inner response so to say the advice of our intuition.

If 2 patient are not in the serious line of action in this case the dose of 50% to be implemented so as to offer the relief to both the patient .

In case if one patient is passing a serious problem & other is passing with the relief of medicine for the survive in their case the medicine should pass on the second patient .

 This is due to our selfish motive for which we have brought us our five elements namely   ANGER,GREED,PRIDE,EGO ,ATTACHMENT ,JEALOUSY  & such other notion on the surface of our mind  which thou our conscious mind we carry out our activities & its resulting fruits what so ever are experienced by the family & social surroundings .

It is our bad luck in the above line we have forgotten our mother who has nurtured us with a all the loving care & her good wishes & prayer for our welfare of our life .

 We all have obligation of our mother but in quite good cases we have forgotten her with the result we are observing the world under the mixture of JOY ,PLEASURE,& TEARS .

Jealousy remains a part of human nature but certain human beings by his very temperament remain fully conscious regarding the negative elements of which we all are born.

I have in my family the perfect example of what you mean. My very much beloved 83 old mother is now retired, after jubilation from her long important career as an international scholar.

 She still gives Master classes from times to times, she dedicates her time to writing and Editing the scientific Journal from her Academy.

As time goes by, I notice that, even if she was nonstop worker all her life, she now became even more productive as a writer, as a result of her former experience, and also because she no longer suffers from the strenuous obligations of academic work and schedules.

It is good to have her living example, and I'm proud to have her around to hug and to look up to.
