We are human beings with our mind   ,body & a soul within us .Our energy forces remain so much powerful that it can be evaluated on the individual basic as the intellect ,performance ,natural attitude ,translate from person to person .It is in this line that Management compass offers & accurate measurement.

We all are enjoying 21 st century for its all    round development including technological & scientific research targeted for the global research playing with the natural environment & we wonder if we are on the right tract or otherwise!!....

In the present environment Management cannot   be retained on the isolated basic or we cannot   afford to carry out the rule & thumb basic.

Managers have a tremendous tasks as they have with them apart from get responsibility but they have to carry out their compass on time measurement by keeping in their mind the planning undertaken by their measurement for keeping in the mind   ,the project undertaken by them .

The structure of project includes for implementing the target indicated by them .This is remains & very important part of organization structure as it commands the following RATE-MAP.

Rate Map is for measuring the schedule for carrying out the planet target & same to be observe in spirit so that any organization may reach to a desire goal. But it is possible for every organization   to place that footstep in right manner .

The approach of individual self within may help to offer a right reflection .For every human beings ''SELF'' always desire to move on his conscious mode of thinking manner which not be all the time correct. Especially for a business organization this may turn into unrosy  picture.

For every organization capital formation is the basic root as in the line with planet programme it must have a correct switch for planning  ,Inventory ,quality control ,work in progress & the movement of material of the product etc. The above areas are very important the control of which can help & growth of the organization.

It sticky depends on the management for taking a right type of action at the right time .At this stage if not out of way I come across an article during my earlier years where a company who has suffered a heavy loss in the business so to say on their bankruptcy ,Managing Director had use his will so to say ''SELF WITHIN ''whereby he called selected five executive for finding out the ways for meeting the challenges .They came out with purpose of retrenchment closed of certain plants finding out the way of finance & such other suggestion .It was not accepted by the managing Director of the company .

M.D subsequently came out with his planned line whereby a suggested said five executive that being not accepted in their suggestion   ,be advise them that without disturbing the reputation of the organization they should come out with the concreted proposal so that organization may not suffer.

M.D, therefore suggested that they should not live the organization & staying in the company till they come out with the concrete proposal .

With three days stay in the company they came out with proposal the company could come out with his original strength .With this it is only throu our self by controlling our negative elements of our ACTION, Our PRIDE, GREED,ATTACHMENT,JEALOUSY ,EGO &such traits ,our self is bound to offer of right type of direction in any required measure .If we can control our negative traits in every action of our life so that we may move on our road on the right path.

In my early years I have express my views in one of my article that Managers are born & not made. I still believe the same feeling & ideology even the present time by virtue   of fact that managers have to accept the challenges in the line with the national & international working sector of business   development in general.

Modern management in the line with competition have  to carry a great responsibility which now can be in managerial compass under the accurate measurement of the working performance of their corporate group   .

The triangle to me is a good measurement for the performance which can be narrate in the following areas of their working .When the caption of the article is management compass it should viewed in triangle form   ,under the three side follows.

1 M^3=MAN=MONEY=MATERIAL

2 P^3= PLANNING=PRODUCTION=PERSONNEL

3 I^3= INNOVATION=INTEGRITY= INTERNAL AUDIT.

In order to view the said basement of our triangle which can be resultant oriental .If we considered also the time factor coupled with the motion studies for the progressive performance of the working of the company. This should be based on sound policy planning for the success   of any under taking .

No company can work in isolation which depends Manpower of various categories .Man is very complex to deal with as they can make & or mar fortune of the company .However the task is not difficult as with the sound systematic with successive manner to carry out the assignment passed on to them.

The basic necessity   is the recruitment   process for the selection of personnel  at the right time.

As they are the pioneer of the working performance of the organization the selection process is very important for this a good H.R.D policy is the must & the Managerial who has been appointed for this task must aware of psychic tech  . So to  has to help him to move the traits of recruitment members .He must be in a position to judge & guide the candidate for helping the concern managers with his views so that the concern managers may help to take a right type of decision for the recruitment for the recruitment of staff.

Management compass is for accurate measuring the performance of the organization in the light with the agree   policy & he should not remain in the measurement of triangle with the ultimate focus on circle with has the phase for the global line

The light of the science of Astrology spreads –works in light & positive direction provided it has a root of holistic visionary perception within the divinity within us. 

 Astro-Holistic has its vision when we have told appreciate the planetary influence which has the native to show the pathway of his life.

The pathway with the professional astrologers works is not a comfortable road for them to interpret the planetary influence on the native in the line with his birth chart.

Astrologers have to very honesty speak themselves from within whether they tuning their clients for which they are prepared for interpreting their line of action which has their basic end of their  power of prayer-intuition ,the source of which can help their parents on a road right path .

While expressing the said views ,it may not have a positive answers for the above saying that they feel that the experience is the greatest teachers for them & they will prefer to stand on their own way of their line ,for interpretation of the birth chart.

This demands not only an analytic approach but also with the concentration ,prayer,& meditation the astrologers must resort to take due & timely action of their intuition forces. In this light we know that the task is not easy as every professional astrologer   may not have similar face of their mind .

The science of Astrology is a gift of our saint & seers & other incarnator  who have observe in the prayer   ,Meditation  joining the link with the higher energy power so to say an almighty god placing them in trance environment culminating in the global atmosphere visualizing the planetary movement & its influence on five basic element.

We all have observed the natural calamities sorry episode & suffering of where many human beings including children   ,due to the disturbance of global environment .

Fortunately quite many offers are not affected only witness from our within are their tears,& loud crying .Very often my silent mind think that when god remain within every human being & also god is very kind & all the time omni present while for considerable long period in one or another way .People are suffering in various part of countries.

I often wonder that one or two traveller under negative element & forces travelling in airplane ,plane meets with accident & another passenger have to lose their live .

which they while travelling with smile pleasure & there planning for their life may not have thought or visualized !!.

With this  it is very clear that human being have to live under the destiny which is not under their hand.

 While writing this a sorry episode came before my eyes when it came to my mind the tuning of school members well suddenly killed by some unknown person in the school name Sandy Hook Elementary at U.S.A.

Even an enviable monuments world trade center suddenly fail into victim of terrorist .Although to me the past is dead & why to we call such sorry episode before the eye of leaders!!.

I myself wonder for my writing  ,I am on right track !!. I believe in this world consisting of human being many total mankind of the world are sensitive ,intelligent, respective, contribution in their professional life,& last but not the least they are the human being who are pious, modest ,humble in their behavior,& creating a nice surrounding under a vibratory atmosphere.

In  this light the problem is posed for every of us that such optimum mankind .In the world provide such an said environment why universal kind god prefer to remain slow & silent by offering his kindness & holy wisdom for the mankind.

The time has come we have to contemplate serious for betterment of the world with the  power of divinity within us so that negative forces carrying their destructive elements may underline their evil action against the total vibratory positive forces in the cosmic environment.

Everything is possible for human being as god resides within every of us whatever the method ,system ,we may implemented in our life in the line with culture, our religion practice ,the method of our prayer ,meditation, our way of positive generation of breathing .Certainly establish a positive vibratory elements in our cosmic environment.

Although I do not wish to use the word ‘’SINNERS’’ ruling over spiritual ,pious ,& holy person .What has inspired my mind that omnipotent ,& omnipresent ,& omni scient god would prefer to come as reincarnate in the form of human beings in any part of world ,for the preservation of universe & establishing global environment tuning with the silent & rosy fragrance ,

Kindly pardon me for my writings for scientist that it is not worthy to stop certain experiment for the various planetary forces just as SUN,MOON,MARS,MERCURY,JUPITER,VENUS ,SATURN,& others may help to offer a kindle raise on the cosmic global environment.

We have with us the master key for our progressive noble life. As a human beings it is the moral duty for every of us to make the world a living symbol for the overall happiness of the mankind as whole.

It is possible for us to create the world where there should not be any conflict among the people!! ,We all have witness two world war killing innumerable ,innocent ,person ,small children ,& subsequent suffering of the people who have survived .

We all are fortunate to live under the 21th century with all the scientific & technological development under marching of moving towards the space of MOON & MARS   which this progress of the universal & global peace documentation have made the world a peaceful living for the mankind !!.

I am not pessimist to view the universal in a dismal mode with the intellectual supporters of our well many percentage of human beings who made his distance for the mankind a smaller place whereby we all can cultivate  the culture ,good line of the people ,of various community ,religion ,language  with there social fabrics.

Inspite of this while there should an enmity among the people ,terrosim growing at the faster rate ,destructing the culture & good living monuments & of course the people living in the suffering parts .We all talk including the politician of almost all countries talking about the welfare of the people .

It is obvious that for every individual to receive unified happiness & welfare are not possible   ,as all men are not equal ,physically ,Mentally,& Spiritually. In this respect what should be the remedy to establish total welfare state   ,free of war creating a peaceful environment in the universe.

It is the facts that nature & our god with the divinity within every human beings   offer us to place us in worthy living & what we observe that in well many cases we do not observe the desired right in our universe .

God is kind   ,nature is kind & inspite of this we with our environment are not creating a holy place to live. It is we who are wrong doers .God has given us mind ,Heart, Intellect ,& with this we fill to observe that why global environment in the space & also in the universe ,are not congenial & healthy ,Earthquakes ,Cyclonical movement disturbing the very nature which create unexpected for the people suffering from this environment have to live there life ,children ,& what not .

When world is passing such a disturbing ,god living in human being remain very much unhappy the time has come where the holy incarnation should come in the human form to for changing the mankind ,to place on the worthy road for the establishment of TRUTH,RELIGION,PEACE,& LOVE.

We stressed the importance & urgency of power of prayer & meditation which may help us to change the process of our life .For this we have to constantly cultivate & practice in the line with the controller of our mind ,with our will power ,determination ,intellectual approach obviously directing to change our patterns of our thinking will help us to inculcate a spirit of confidence within us.

With this It will certainly create the confidence within us to change our destiny to tune with establishment of our life line which we desires & cherish for our future goal. Human beings are very complex to deal with. 

There Physical, Intelligence ,the way of approach of life ,there social surrounding differ from the person to person for this complicate area it is very difficult to draw a line of demarcation .

It also happen & also ,we observed that people instead of viewing the good side, development-progress, method of working behavior ,moral code of conduct .

They merely observe the negative traits which do not follow them to pass there life .In right line of action & subsequent they blame the luck ,there destiny & very often feel  that the god is not favourable & kind towards them.

Such type of people ,if they are fortunate enough to change the code of there life & carry out that introspection there is every possibility to change their destiny for making there life, Healthy ,HAPPY ,& PROSPEROUS.

The case of intelligent person is totally different he is sincerely working in the direction of utilizing his free will to move forwards to his desired path. So to say he becomes seekers for all the time ,day by day is constantly evaluate his action of his life .

It is at this stage lives of great men ,saint & seers come to our rescue their every actions deeds words -their living symbolic style always stimulates & to encourage to follow there footsteps for taking out their worthy example & noteable behavior for reaching to our cherished path.

Whatever the professional & working method of our life .The wisdom we have observed from such noble soul change us to our life on spiritual faith  ,path,& belief.

When we talk of religion ,spiritual approach ,there is a tendency of the people to compare the various religion which we are witness is our life . 

We should not make our mind confused in such narrow practices as we are children of god whatever cast & religion ,we are born god resides within every of us & help us in every respect for our worthy action to make our life nobler & peaceful

We all are human beings under spiritual soul within divinity guiding to us through our conscious & subsequent to our subconscious mind for which directed through the right spirit with power of prayer & meditation may help to generated desired result.

This is god’s given gift for every human being it has no curtainled for any religion as the same may be practiced & implemented in the light with the practiced accepted by the individual mind .We follow the same trend & practiced ,we will not be in position to process in the right path towards our desired end.

 Our task is not easy & our god all too whom so ever we believe through the divine power granted to us may help to carry the working process smoothly & effectively only to the power of prayer & meditation.  For every   of us meditation is to practice every day for certain accepted convenient time.

Whatever the aim end required by us is to recall everyday with concentration of our mind & with the proper practice it will be certainly part of our subconscious mind ,which we remain the permanent programme under the tuning of our subconscious mind which we can retain & used the same at anytime .

For every mankind our god is an united energetic forces at the same time god is survival not only for human beings but his eyes have also to look Animal kingdom –Natural Environment & Cosmic Global working unity .As a human being our responsibility & concentration is not only for our self & family but also in which way our action proves that it may be helpful to others member of society or it may create an adverse influence.

In this modern age all the human being is one or another way are the part unification of the entire world .It will not be possible for any human being to avoid any action for our life & for our survival for our action .We are to receive the result favourable  or unfavourable .For this individually we are only responsible where divinity forces within us only remain a silent observer ,as we carry our action with the help of our Mind –Intellect-Decision making process which in quiet good cases direct the flow  of our action through the illusory game of our mind through our conscious mind who gives direction to acts for giving the result only liked or required by us.

This is unfortunately the game of our conscious mind which our selfish end ,ourselves we created ,& for we are only responsible .As we know that we can not live without doing any part of our life & mankind all human beings have to receive the fruits of the action .It is a totality of the resulting fruits of action of every human being make the vibratory atmosphere which offers us the result either in positive or in negative  in the light with the vibratory forces generated in the atmosphere.

This is where mankind has to view there life line whether with our action .We are to pass the Rosy environment in our surrounding part or otherwise of the same.

God is have & Love is God as narrated by me earlier however the word ‘’LOVE’ ’has an sysmbolic uniqueness & is beyond measureable .As god is within every of us we all have been a part & parcel of his effectively greatness.

If we all except his divinity & requisite forces within us we all can make our life performing our day to day action & our responsibility for our social & working environment in a respective way so that our positive influence with the necessary spirit related therewith may receive a wide great influence in the universe at large.

If this happens, the universe may create a rosy atmosphere& fragrance for every human beings not only that but this will also create to play the part of our natural forces on our Earth by receiving the creation of the atmosphere which god wants to pass in the nature so that the people at large ,enjoy a pleasureable environment for overall happiness for mankind at whole.

If we are fortunate to receive the grace & kindness of our god due to the divinity within us   not only we can make our life ,worthy & notable for us –for our family –for our society & also surrounding atmosphere as our vibratory forces move in the atmosphere creating the cosmic environment favourably .This will also have an effectively & healthy environments for our future generations.

We all are aware that the world is surrounded by well many humanity  of different range  ,temperament  ,attitude ,& also negative traits if such man power in our world may tune with the god worthy path !!.

God is for the creation for good for all mankind in our universe the facts is although god is to spread the overall kindness .if the cosmic environment .But with our birth god not given the name & help us for our parents to know the future action of the child.

The child is born & brought with his the resulting action of His/Her previous lives,& He/She also receives the influence of his parents which may help them to nature their growth .The said factors play an very important role for the development of any individual who becomes the part & the parcel of the society structure of the society which subsequent co-related with the universe environments.

We know & subsequently realize our deflects & drawbacks only after words ,& it is the fact rather unfortunate that with all the calamities an disturbing global environment which we all have witness preferred to remain as silent observer .As god is with us we have to take recourse to the power of prayer ,Meditation & if this be not convenient .We have our energy of our mind the forces of which have no limit & we can with the help of our divinity within us may change the destiny as required by us,

As God is with us & within us we have to make him our guidance forces & also a controller so that we may follow his desired steps. For us our creator all the time desire to help us in a right mode but human minds ,their feelings ,sensitiveness  & last but not the least Nature are come not the same ,as such becomes as such this becomes a root cause for all the troubles which we are witness  in every day of our life.

We all are very much aware that our mind & our intellect are the basic energetic forces of our existence& survival when he said ‘’Survival ‘’it does not mean merely our physical body. Our mind intellect    remain to be what we are as human beings. The said two elements are working forces of our conscious mind   ,& we know very well as our conscious mind acts with the mind & intellect which has a tendency to play with the life only as a desired by the individual group.

Our society so to say the entire universe represent the human beings with different identity ,ideological ,& culture which makes the universe either rosy fragrance or otherwise of the same. It is upto our total mankind to make our universe a god’s given gift & that is with every   of us that god resides in every human beings who is controlling & guiding us but we have to accept or otherwise of same only rest with us.

We have to retain our identity as human beings as we all have a divinity within us .For of every of our action .The resultant fruits of the same are not in our hand as it result into our action in which way we wish to make & prepare for our life .This positive & negative directions of the life of entire human being make the totality of good or bad action in our universe which either makes our global environment a beautiful & rosy or what we observe the global calamities( which may we consider as our sin ) in form of Thunderstorm ,Earth quakes ,& disturbing the entire climatic conditions of the nature for which one or another mode human beings  have to suffer.

Besides men made creation of war ,terrorism also work as a disturbing factors for humanity  at large .We should not forget that god is very kind & work with the true spirit of our life .We unfortunately have forgotten the true moral code passed on to us which we have put aside as a part of our selfish motives.

It is very sad after learning from the messenger of our various incarnators who have visited this our earth only as a human being for placing smile on individual after showing their hardship ,trouble ,agony to show us the path of wisdom ,Truth & Love for showing us that ‘’LOVE IS GOD& GOD IS LOVE’’.

Our divinity within us inculcates this golden message   of Love not only for unification of our life but also to the entire universe At Large.

God-Our divine path-Part I

God is omnipotent   ,omnipresence,& omniscient .It is beyond the range of our experience so to say transcendent & reflecting his presence within his creation.

We have god presence within us for every of us he is a living symbol & living with the entire human beings. With our association with almighty he is controlling the entire cosmic energy forces. He inculcates in every of us the road to our journey by faithfully watching our eyes for playing his game under the open vistas of cosmic & natural environments.

This offers for entire human being irrespective of CASTE, CREED,& RELIGION  offers us an opportunity understanding of values of our life, presenting us the golden Era  of our mind with the  nobility of SATYA-DHARM-SHANTI-PREM (TRUTH-RELIGION-PEACE-LOVE).

For every human being our responsibility & the respective task for our life is immeasurable & we have understood & retained our divinity within us, the  formidable task for us to evaluate the highest power of supremacy of God as he is CREATOR-PRESERVER-DESTROYER-CONTROLLER-OBSERVER-& AWARDER .The aforesaid six divine qualities remain only with the god & that is why he is almighty in every respect with this we all have to appreciate that almighty god has passed on to every of us .The moral code & value of the life.

We as human being of every straits with all the knowledge & performance gained by us our ,conscious mind is quite often working under the Negative direction under the spirit of our Action& encircle under the ANGER-GREED-JEASOUSLY-ATTACHMENT –EGO .With this whatever the almighty God we praying –worshiping we should not any comparision draw in the line of demarcation.

God is only one for every human beings whatever be standing & our religion god is not going to be a different entity it becomes a moral duty of every one of us that our mind should not in anyway deviated from his original existence as it is the same for every human beings.

Our difficulty as a human being is our mind ,our intelligence & its play with our conscious mind .The said environment in every human beings create a gap & becomes a victim of our positive & negative traits .Which is the really the problem for every of us that we are not the same with our individual identity ,& our god is all the time same for every of us but god is responsible for our action & the resultant fruits of it.

This play of cosmic evolution which directs every human being in the light with his action which we are performing in our life due to our basic end of our previous lives.

Vision relates to visualization   ,which has an inner observatory effect. Such observation certainly reflects the real picture –real sentimental guideline for our life   ,this becomes the very basic of intuition .

We all desire peaceful loving atmosphere in our family social surrounding & even in our working atmosphere but quite often we fail to achieve the same.And very often ,we realize throu our interospection realize our say to say prefer to close our Eyes.

Instead of keeping our Eyes closed ,we should keep our mind & heart to work in right spirit so that it may receive our invitation to sub conscious mind .When it becomes the objective place in our sub conscious mind there is every possibility that we may not keep it the same mistakes subsequent.

We all in our life view day to day disturbing incidents of several illness  ,death  of young ones in family group unexpected death in journey & quite other parts of the life. Our feelings our emotion & morbid disturbance within us ,we forget every thing within the sort passage of time.

We in our life have understood realized the wisdom form the various sources &, our conscious mind has accepted the sermons in toto       ,but unfortunately in well many cases .We prefer to remain what we are today ,we all have noticed individual ,natural ,Global environment due to the adverse planetary influencer & we all being a sensible person under a silence advisedly voice from within we can make our environment happy & peaceful    

 

 

 

Honesty is best policy

The wisdom of this phase we of have learnt from our childhood days.Whether we have a digestive this –MAXIM in totality or play of our conscious mind .The word ‘’Honesty has a very high significance in our over all development in every walks of our life.

This is the word which he can place in our moral code of Honesty –Sincerity & intergerity ,& the said 3 valued principal of our life can be nourished in our  culture provided we have associated with us in the light with TRUTH-RELIGION-PEACE-LOVE.This way create a full field transquility to place our Road for our life in a worthy mode so as to create a fragrance in our working environment in our family & with the member of our society .

In this line we have honesty ask our conscious mind if we accepted the word of HONESTY  in spirit !! & if this be the case,this would certainly becomes our energetic forces of life ,we all know that with our arrival on this earth the energetic starts automatically sound of CRY telling inside to the subsconscious mind that life is for become a game of smile & Tears.

Our energy occupies all in our body part & with our progressive passage of our life ,our energetic forces will tune with our Mind & Heart ,Eyes,& not last but not the least our forehead.

Our energy forces receive a direction throu our Honest Principle & moral code in the form & principal of power & prayer ,religion ,together with the philosophy of our life in the form of sentiment character & right manner of our action of life ,& our action brings day to day of our progressive life either in the positive or in the negative manner .This is what we are has ‘’HUMANBEINGS’’

To the grace Divinity within us we have made altold development in such a magnification way that the world has becomes a small place living us with the happiness –Pleasure  which we all cherish including our children with the above why words have such are cheating Violence ,Terrorism ,calamities (Individual & natural ) have become the common verdict for every of us.

It is necessary that we have not understand to word ‘’HONESTY’’ in right spirit for the word which we have known & understood in our childhood days .If it is not out of the line whether the word Honesty in above spirit may work for business world including a corporate groups .It is this community which fulfill the requirement of quite good community in the world

If the said the community follows the said practice in the spirit ,we can offer excellence services to the community ,We known that well many honesty member of business community carry the said the principle in the spirit at the same all humanbeing governed by our six guiding forces for our Honest, Working for which we have to to control our ACTION-ANGER-GREED-ATTACHMENT ,JEALSOUY ,&important areas of our EGO.

The above controlling factors work very often in deviating the principal from said forces & work our Action in Negative direction which we all are observing as a member of society .

God-Our Light Within -II

We all are fortunate that Temples Mosques, Church have become an   energetic forces for acquiring the pathway for our Life. We known their suffering experienced by them only for us to teach to understand to appreciate the moral value of our Life .

There   suffering     have an sysmbolical basic value for the establishment of Truth –Religion –Peace & Love. It is throu Love with   its natural existence show us the path of peace which culminating into the moral value of ‘’TRUTH’’ .

If human beings move towards the chosen path gracefully guided by our spiritual Great Master ,We individually may not have a change to shed Tears in our Eyes .With the scientific & Technological Development ,we all are in the midst of Global environment .Our last become the small distance place.

We can talk & send messages at a far off within fraction of distance .Our postal services for every of us will become a Historical Document .With all the Rosy picture at our hand ,with the space moving areas ,we live move comfortably even in 21 st century .!!

In the meaning when we get up & start for our Life-Action  ,we do not know in which mode our destiny may take & Turn out a shape of our Life !!.

We all knew   the result agony & suffering of Two world Wars !! Are we save that Nations have learnt the lessons in Right Direction,& whether & if they can shed Tears from their people.

I am sorry ,I am not a politician & I do not want to be ….as I only know that ‘’Power Corrupts Power & absolute Power corrupts absolutely .But it is very much certain have God –our creator –is certainly our care taken ,Guide us –Save us from every situation provided if we deserve to see & meet our Eyes before God .

We can certainly do with our Action –Creed & Good Happy Healthy environment not only in us but in our Family & social Fabrics .This is not difficult to under the Roof of God ,we are totally safe & even if you are rationalist ,God within every of us ,Eternity the Divinity within us !!

Only important condition for us is we have to control our Action – Anger –Greed –Attachment –Ego-Jealousy but not the least Non violence .If we remain an observer of  our Life by controlling the said Negatives traits ,we may certainly make our Road to Journey of our life comfortably till our destination to the cremation Ground.

 

God -Our Light Within -Part I

God is only one in the entire universe & totaling cosmic environment .He is the creator for everything in the Nature .It is thro His grace we have seen his world, for which we have realized our identity as selection of our parents is not in our hand as it rest with the Almighty –so to say God.

We a Human being are visitor on this earth .Where the supreme Hand of God whenever calling us we do not know & what atmosphere we are to receive for which we as all ignorant .The play of God is quite silent as it is only We who remain the Architect of our Action for which the resultant fruits either positive or Negative for which we are totally reasonable.

Our Arrival on the Earth is from Animal kingdom to Human kingdom & as such in our logical Term. ,It is generally implied that Man is a rational animal born under power of Discrimination & wisdom .

It is the True spirit of our very Basic life . .But Ask our self…!!. With Our Birth ,we  decide our caste-Creed –Religion –Birth place –our nation ..We are become the part of only one universe & with this our individual responsibility related to our Action   ,remain the creator of the Environment .

With only one God in the universe is it rational to co-opt within the person   of different caste-Religion -& human being s of different Temperament of different nature.

The Answer is very much .Yes History of thousand  of years remain just before our Eyes .When in the universe the atmosphere of calamities  ,suffering & Darkness covered by God in the form of Human being ,Incarnate  to carry out his missionary Task for the welfare of the Human world for the establishment of TRUTH RELIGION –PEACE-& LOVE  & if the Fragrance of Love spreads in the entire universe ,we all have the Rosy garden to live.

Is   it possible !! Incarnate in the form of Lord Ram Krishna –Mahavir- Gautam Buddha ,Payagambe saheb ,Lord Jesus Christ & what not .All have taken the Birth in the human form for our happiness & peace .During their Time period have they not suffered by their own people.

And inspite of this  they love incarnated to give us the message of Love &  Peace which they have showered by their worthy examples.

With the passage of time followers of respective incarnators in their faith & surrender .Concentrated their energy forces from their within so that they may realize their arrival on this earth .With there meditation prayers with the forces of  intuition & in there SAMADHI(TRANS) they visualized the end of purpose in the form of their cold ethics, matter & practice & system of a YOGA,MEDITATION ,& PRAYERS.

When they have started realizing they were kind enough to place before us for our Spiritual development .The followers after their realization & subsequent their visualization in their astral form they have decided to create a place of worship at different places for the devotees.

At the Lotus feet of Shirdi Sai Baba

At the Lotus feet of Shirdi Sai Baba a saint of shri shankarachraya level started criticising Shirdi Sai Baba who left his body for heavenly abode in the year 1918 by keeping his holy presence even as on today for his devotees .

Baba has not claimed that he is a God .To Him God resides in every human beings irrespective of Caste ,Creed & Religion .

When he left his body ,he was having Rs 9 /-a sysmbol of Navadhar Bhakti & 9 Grahas to his devotees to Laxmibai .

As to muslim devotees ,Abdulla was his closed devotees & his dargah  remains at shirdi .

Apart from this he could establish a direct link with Lord Hanumanji ,& Lord krishna ,Lord Shivji & Lord Dattatraya remain all the time in the heart & that is why his sitting place is known as Dwakarmai with the vibratory forces of Holy Agni .

Quite good number of saints & seers remained associated with him .To criticize shirdi sai Baba in this fashion derogatory & not befitting from a holy saint of this level  as Baba has given the message ''Sab ka Malik EK  hai

Marriage -The path way of our Life Line

We are the resulting fruit of our parents which who grace we have seen the world  .The captioned speaks for itself as the marriage is a an union of Head & heart .

As old saying Marriages are born in Heavenly .In earlier part, I was confused with old saying .With the passage of Time  ,wisdom prevails  on me & with our Birth, I have contemplated that with our Birth it becomes a part of Destiny .Our destiny decide our fortune depending on standing status of our parent for which we do not have control as due to our resulting fruit of our past karmas, makes our life line imprinted on our palm .

As we all know our palms is shape & side   ,shape of fingers with the mount below it are not same. Last but not the least we can    not afford to ignore our thumb whose position is just like of commander   ,As it is the reflection of our passion –Love ,logical mode of thinking & the important part is of our WILL POWER.

With this we all we admit the play of the nature & when the nature comes the creator God & divinity within us come before us .Apart from the views expressed ,we all are fully aware in all the part of world that our Thumb impression is not common for  any human being born in any part of our Earth .God play an unique part in our cosmic environment & if we accept the reality of the same ,the world would become a comfortable place for every human beings.

We all are aware that every day quite good number    of children are born in all the part of the world. The question is posed that the children born even on the same day remain quite different in number of ways .Apart from the physical appearance they differ in their health  ,intelligence ,behaviour ,& what not .Some children are born in a silver spoon ,some other in the luxury environment ,some are placed in the midgap of living & other have to adjust in the environment of hand to mouth condition.

The said atmosphere turns every of us in a rational day of thinking & it is must as this would help us to understand & appreciate the game of the nature –cosmic environment in my life I have always view in my  life action related to my action & behaviour of previous lives .This does not mean that for our action we can conveniently draw a line of demarcation  as we all have our rational views with the help of tuning of the conscious mind ,our WILL POWER ,Intuition Power of Prayer & Meditation which would certainly help us to understand & appreciate the divinity within us .This would also certainly help us to transform our life.

While I have been inspired to include the above views in the article of MARRIAGE –The Pathway of our Life .Marriage means an union of two soul joining together & becoming one entity designated as Husband & Wife & we create a moral responsibility for our social surrounding & indirectly way the participant of our universal human being.

With this the meaning of WIFE ‘’ which we always call Better Half for which I want to offer the credit to our life partner under the meaning of ‘’WIFE = WONDERFUL INTUITION FOR ETERNITY’’.

Women every    where in the universal are creator force of entire generation both Men & Women indirectly the world is created because of their intial pen & agony .If the generation receive the environment befitting to their Growth & to be inculcate a moral code & integrated mode of life the world would certainly become a rosy place to live ………

Nature is your Destiny -Part II

Our visit to this earth is the resultant fruits of our previous Life Lives. Our entire universal is nothing but totality of the accumulated action of the entire human folk .

Our Earth therefore has a tuning of rosy fragrance that we all have & opportunity to enjoy the environment consisting the new research of scientist for total welfare of the people ,the development of the Medical innovation bring before us .Which is now helping quote many suffers .Besides Music ,new system of entertainment & entire spirit of 21^st century brings totally New word for us to view the atmosphere in the new light .

These has become the blessing of every of us .My inspiration turns out for all positive development which has given me in a joy –Happiness creating some thing new from within helping me to ‘’THANKS GIVING ‘’ to Almighty God.

With this I wonder with all the earlier life of human being when coming out with the new life. With different parents & culture .How is that in black cloud ,silver lining gets disappear .

To me this is the outcome of Negative Forces working in the cosmic environment in not healthy &  happy which we want & desire .Believe me God is only one know everthing for us but at the same time he has to draw a line of demarcation between Good & Evil spirit ,& for the letter our kind god with the divinity within every of us can  not afford to remain as a silence observe.

His hand are wide under a fragrance of sandal & also a Rosy thorn .In this line with all the calamities & disaster with which we have witness & also experiencing we get surprised that how is it that wisdom &  power of discrimination do not entire in the mind .While any human beings take a negative & harmful action disturbing the smile happiness of the sufferers the family .

World war I & II ,suffering of the people the cry of children ,women & well many others ,I feel that foot prints of such sorry episode cannot afford to be escaped from departure soul,& inspite of this we remain the Eye witness  of such sorry & regretable episode .It is not a tragic affair that for no fault of individual attending  to office or member with the children smiling go out of the shopping unfortunately witness terriost  attack on such a huge beautiful historical monument of ‘’WORLD TRADE CENTER ‘’ destroy on the earth !!.

This is nothing but part of our destiny .As earlier expressed the same in my writing that God s’ will always supreme & whatever he does in any form remain the part of our destiny .

I humbly believe that the fault lives with those who take  recourse  to such negative tracks, However for every human being God’s rest within us .He can become our guiding force .If we are true in our spirit what he has not given us that in our physical body for five elements which are the  basic existence of our Earth remain with us & by controlling our five Negative forces within us with the help of our conscious /subconscious mind we may establish loving ,cordial neighbouring relation with our God  with the help of power & prayer & if we are true within us we can certainly forget the word’ ’Impossible (as Napeloan said that it is a word to be found in Dictionary of fools

When I say ‘’Nature ,it is supremacy of Nature .In this light ,I offer my salutation to Nature in the form of Universal God which remains present in every form of the Nature .

In this line   ,please do not consider me as fatalist as I am the person who all the time speaks that ‘’We are Architect of our own Fortune :”.

Very true   ,if it happens just as our Maths Calculation .But unfortunately it is not so far  which we are entirely responsible .

In a very modest way, if we have given clean justice to our conscious & sub conscious Mind .Whether we have controlled our Feelings-Emotions impartially & Right mode with the power of discrimination .

With our Entry on this Earth .We immediately start our Action –Our Movement of Hand-leg –Eyes –our crying & smiling all become the part of our Action ,& when there is an Action .We have to accept the resultant fruits of our Action .

We start our Life   only with our Action .Have we not experienced .That our day starts with an unusual manner for which we have   we have no control .

The question is posed   who is controlling this source of Action, which may be either in the form of Accident –Illness, Death   or some disturbing factor which we may have created only due to our Action.

With this we have to accept the reality of our Life-Line .Which has its routes just under the arrival on this earth .Accordingly to our previous Action of our life ,our parents remain the roots cause of our life.

Every of us have a energetic force of divine soul .Our soul acts as our God & that is why God is only one with our departure soul leave our body & submerge in cosmic environment till we receive our birth in our next life.

To me spirituality & religions go hand in hand.Religion is process for human being in cultivating in him a culture or belief in the line which his birth which has been nurtured ,observe & practice by his family environment.

With our divinity with the supremacy of God all to say our soul is our controlling line .Which help us to make our life worthy & also our visit becomes a memorable event that with our birth we have established our present under the sounding of CRIED but in the said cases we bid farewell to the cremation ground sound of cry creating n atmosphere with the prayer that ‘’OH MY GOD’’ why you have left our worthy lover in the form of human being from us .This are such person who have with him the love in totality  creating an environment for the universal in general.

That is why our mother earth & we has human being are fortunate enough to have the grace of incarnators in the firm of representative of God.

Under 1000yrs the universal has witness the presence of Lord Rama,Lord Krishna ,Gautam Buddha ,Mahavir swami ,Lord Jesu,& Mohammad paigambar saheb ,& what a not .

There messages are very clear & so that will help us to make our life on the road to a divine path .We has human being with a total  surrounder firm faith under the concentration of a prayer ,meditation, all  whatever the practice convenient to us for going higher pathway the subconsciousness mind within us .We offer us all the necessary help & guideline for which we have merely to ask & if your love & experience is sound you can order him to place us as desire goal.

For this we have to move & safe our Life befitting to a worthy play of Nature-God .I believe with Ego ,you can;t do & achieve anything worthy ..I believe this is the process of Spirituality which demands a hard Core of our action of Life so that it may help us to accumulate our fruits for next Life.
