Our Stress- The Present Day Problems

A question has been raised to me by professor Mr Roland Losif Moraru  of Romania ,’’Does culture aspects need specific attention when dealing with work –related stress in developing countries’’. This question has directed me to place my views regarding the STRESS –to me a present day issue .

While replying the said question I have expressed my views regarding the disturbing problem of stress which has touched quite good individual –professional personal of various categories & if not out of   the way including medical personal .

With this   ,I wish to express my views as follows .

Unfortunately Stress has become the need factor in our day to day affairs of our life. If not out of way   ,even it has its roots in the education of the children due to hopes & aspiration of the parents which they aspects more than the deserving  of their children.

           

Very often Stress create from the family problem which the main earners take this storage of his mind while performing their business   ,or official function .

 

It means & also appears we have in the recent age lost the tolerance. ,Unbalanced comparison with the associated group create a jealousy for no sort of reason ,Financial need & related problem offers a bottleneck in the life creating a disturbance in the mind .To control the mind & to make a tune in a right direction demands so -to say our discipline action of our life.

 

It is in a above line Stress to be viewed whether in a developing countries or the country in the footstep of development of or undeveloped country cultural aspect cannot afford to be headway in the work -related problem in the developing countries.

 

Because the notion of the developing countries   ,individual with that culture-an uniform practice move in the Ivory tower but in the modern scientific & technological development no group ,country can afford raise an umbrella of cultural aspect ,& even if they practice ,they are at that peril in course of time.

 

Work related stress should not have been criteria whether the country is developed or otherwise .In the present age cultural aspect should not come in a way of any programme or any issue.

 

Stress remains in the circle group of an individual mind .For the control stress ,it should be cultivated-practice in the human form by controlling our sentiment-will power & other negative traits of our mind in the light of the fact that our mind has a dynamic energy forces wherein divinity remains within every of us.

 

In our modern age   of cut throat competition our active & intelligent mind has established a root in our Heart-Mind & Life. The gift of this we have offered to our body in the form of Diabetes Blood Pressure, Heart problems   ,stomach ailments, & such other disturbance ailments of our life.

 

With this we have to channelize   our life process & it is a suggestion rather uncalled for   ,as with our intelligence ,modern thinking ,scientific & tech device we as human being can make our life so much judicious -Healthy with our Honest & Sincere mood so that we make our life worthy & spread a fragrance in our surrounding area to make our home-place ,environment pleasurable

 

Our Footsteps 2015

With our birth   ,our movement of our lifeline is to remain all the time at a passing stage .This is very much certainty of everybody life for which we do not have any option but to co-operate with the inevitable .

For this ,God ‘s will supreme as for our journey we have to merely depend on our depend on our destiny . We all are born with our mind-heart ,& divinity process of our heart were rhythm  of tuning of silence sound in continuing which help us to offers us & energy power for our life.

We all have intelligence which works with our conscious & subconscious mind ,for our intelligence for all the development remain exclusively with every of us

  .God is very much kind & he has given the full energy for our mind in the sense that it never gets tired. For this only action remain with us is to give a change of relaxation to our mind  ,for the main aim of recharging our mind for our agreed action . Action is our life –Work is Worship   ,& we can  not effort to keep us isolated without any of action .It is these what we become & what we are.

With our birth we have bought with us earlier fruit of our previous lives this may be positive or negative according to decided action in the line with our destiny .

This can be reflected at the time of our birth presenting the planetary influences in our birth chart at the time of birth .Even though planet situation at the time of birth is to remain the same .Just not necessary mean that it will have the same planetary light & influence on us.

This is why twins born on the same date with few minutes different in their respectively birth shows a considerable gravitation in their life line .This is where the will of god is supreme & very often our destiny make mockery on our life .This will have to understand & appreciate in the scientific mode of behavior.

Our behavior in a systematic & scientific line can help us to take right type of decision at right type of decision at right time .Hast in our action is nothing but a waste as it may implied & also to avoid a wrong decision which may subsequent creating a problem ,disturbing our personal & also for our members groups connecting with us .

It is with this that we have to view our shining rise of star & sun raise 2015 remain reflecting on entire human being of the universe .In order to enjoy ,joy ,pleasure ,flavor ,fragrance ,of such beautiful nature ,we have to keep our mind ,balanced ,with calm & quite under the power of discrimination .This may certainty help every of us to have a good passing phase for 2015 .

This does’nt necessary that planetary influence may not affect us our living ,style under  a scientific mode of tuning from the within may help us to visit Dr for our health problem .Here also the will of god & destiny may play part which will cannot avoid.

Very recently a question has been post for direction of 2015 with I have merely answered in the light of my intuition as per my memory I remember to have mentioned that beginning of 2015 unfortunately has started under ‘’DARK CLOUD’’, But as a believer of silent zone under the power of prayer-Meditation –I do not wish pessimistic as I believe every black cloud has a silver lining .

With this Global environment is not growing to offer us smile ,Natural calamities ,earthquakes, Accident, Terrorism, unnatural death & it is very likely that we have witness political turmoils. This is what my initial visualization of question asked…..

The science of Astrology which in my career placed the subject in the Management compass however for astrologers for predicting for clients he has to study the birth chart & for quite good considerable times as there are quite good sources of instrospection & for accurate prediction  ,if he has power of intuition  under his pious life & listening the silent sound of the within  he can accurate of her exact predictions.

I know the task is difficult for which in my earlier years I have spent sleepness night .I believe god’s will is supreme & at the same time we are architect of our own fortune .With this successively formula we can do & undo  anything for our life for our progressive success.

Even though it is a first moving planets it represent our basic part of our MIND.

The planet SUN rotates 12 zodiac sign in a period of 1 yrs .

Work is worship .When worship turns into concentration it inculcate a will & energy within himself to carry out his action in the line with his reason & achievement which he desires.

Very often such of concentration some time under negative action transforms his thinking his way of approach & his energy in negative form which creates a Stress in his performance.

Stress of any nature disturb our mind which has a direct relation with our conscious & sub conscious mind .Occupational stress & living conditions all the time go together .

Any sort of occupational to be carried out in a positive working environment .It is this atmosphere which always generates our energy forces-will power towards our successful line of action .

It is the said spirit which creates a stage of confidence & also creating our surrounding environment in a hopeful & happy mode .

Occupational stress creates a reverting direction & in this line it is bound to affect living conditions.

With this in the area of Management   ,very often Stress has become the part of the routine performance which may create sometime a problem of physical  ailments .

The time has come wherein in organization besides human relation system ,expertise of psychological environment covering systematic training eliminating phobia ,if any with the help of Meditation & other simple physical suggestive measures may help the working environment more efficient ,pleasurable & healthy

Truth-Our Life-Line

Truth- Our Life Line remains a basic foundation for us encircling the path of religion ,-peace-love we cannot afford to over look the principle of TRUTH .why moving with the lamp of truth all over actions may shows us the right path with may help us for our self transformation offering the peace & happiness for our family & social surroundings under the rosy fragrance .

It is in this line i came across a question ''What is truth to you ? from Dr John.R.Tracy from spain with has inspired me to send the message as follows 

Any person who has lost the principle of truth has deprived the all told humanity in his life. We can  not afford to over   look the basic norms of truth as truth is Omni present ,Omni potent ,by retaining our entire self    encircling our mind ,our intelligence ,our tuning of conscious & sub conscious mind & last but not least our Divinity focusing rays -light offering the basic end & missionary task of our life .

Our life has a meaning for the preparation of our final departure, & it is only through the light of truth we can achieve moral course & value of life which may generate the hopes   & aspiration for himself -for the family & social surrounding which may certainly spread the rosy fragrance in the surrounding area .

Chemical Units-Risks Factor

A nice question has been raised by Professor Mr Roland Losif Moraru of Romania ,involving a risk factor but at the same time utility of chemical units which can be expressed as follows .

The word chemical is an important segment in areas of industries units .Although its product units can not be under estimated however we can not effort to ignore various risks associated with this in industrial unit .

At the outset ,it start with the foul ,smell ,although it can not be ignore but all the precaution is essential to take of the labor force & also with the outside nearby areas creating pollution effecting the health problems of the resi units & nearby working areas .

The above is equally important & essential however in the units within areas in certain cases exploration is possible.

Health care within the organisation should be given priority & to me it is the part of human relation .

With all the important negative elements remain a part of chemical units at the same time chemical units play an important part in the production range as its product remain very much useful & necessary in quite good areas .

The overall influence of the organisation play an important as they have to remain careful & even watchful for controlling the evil effects of chemical unit .

With all the due care,we all have to accept as a necessary evil .

Our Divine Masters-Apostle of Peace

Humanity desires to have a peace .Human beings in the entire universe do not wish to have a crying words to listen as they want to have a peaceful living of the life which god has offered to them .
God is very kind to create a global environment under the rosy fragrance & for every of us to leave a happy pleasurable peaceful life for which divine masters appeared on the earth by showing their examples for the entire humanity so that we can become worthy for creating an atmosphere of happy & peaceful surrounding .
Lord Rama,Krishna,Mahvir swami,Gautam Buddha, Prophet Muahmmad saheb,Lord Jesus christ ,Prophet Zoroaster,with their arrival under different phase in our universe we as human being have failed to carry their example of sacrifices ,sermons & to carry in our life their worthy model .
This has resulted in last centuries for the humanity to leave in glory failed to respect their noble line of life as a messenger of peace & so to say they all have taken the birth as an incarnator in the form of God .

Faith -Our life long Passport

Our faith is the basic channel   ,through our faith may tune our life as desired by us for the fruitful purpose for achieving success & may create an healthy environment for us & our family & to our members of our social fabrics.

With the important   ,faith in our life we can   not afford to make a sleeping pills. To cultivate our mind we have to carry out our own introspection by recalling our memories & resulting fruits our previous action of our present life.

This is essential for making our journey of our life more comfortable & pleasurable .We know that the task is not easy as it demands a challenge for our life .

We are aware that we all are born equal but with the resultant fruits of our previous action ,our life is not becoming a unified force with competitive line of all the human being every    where in the world .

This does not necessary mean that we can not surmount the challenge of our life .For us every  thing is possible with all the faith at our command but we can   not draw a line of comparison with other individual of the same face as our fruits received by us from the storage of our previous lives is commanding our life action for which we carry out with the help of our mind ,intelligence ,determination –our will-power & last but not the least our faith with the help of which we are travelling our journey of life.

It is the fact that the journey of life differs from individual to individual .It is not the same only our ultimate in of journey is reflecting the same episode for every human beings as we all are living our ending journey under empty hands & whatever we have achieve ,we are to collect for our next life .

Our traffic line remains the same for every individual but under different game of the nature which we all have participant but not under our control as our tuning & energetic related to it remain working in different direction for every individual although our end the journey is the same .

We are born with our head & mind with the heart & divinity within are same for every individual but every visionary compartment remain different for every individual & as our energy forces & five element which we all have  brought are making our life & as such with the controlling mind & our faith may help us to come our rescue in light with our negative energy tuning .

It is in the said play of our nature ,we have to make cultivate & play the game of our life with the honest mode by leaving the result of our action at the supreme will of nature so to say God .

Believing it as said by napoleon that ‘’Impossible is word to be found in the dictionary of fools’ ’.Such powerful wording very often help us to create our energy force, our will power & our spirit of faith which may turn out an inspiring process of our challenge for the life.

We know ,& also are aware but reluctant to accept the play of nature & part of the destiny .To me nothing wrong in it as it help us to place vigor in our will power & faith .But with this supremacy of nature can not be refused .

With our birth every part of our body & its function remain the same but physical appearance may not match equally with number of the individual who are saying the sunlight of the same.

 With this the beauty of the nature is wonderful as we all are aware that the thumb of any individual in the entire world is not the same & that is why thumb impression has the legal permission .

To me our thumb is our energy force as its represent our sensation passion for our life ( That is our faith ) & our will power .

Depending on the size & rigidity all flexibility of our thumb ,its offers a hint to our life & even person with the nature of angry & criminality also can be viewed with the impression of thumb .

For achieving our firm faith with determination can certainly make our journey with the successive guideline & spirit with comforts –pleasure & happiness & for which why we should think of unborn tomorrow & dead past for which we have to make our life pleasant & happy with all surroundings & if every individual views his life with the control in above manner ,the world will be a happy & peaceful place to live.

 

 

 

Fate -Our living healthy life

Life living health is the principle root for every personal standing for the family & the society .Only the avoidable face is that in our pursuits of our career ,development ,problems ,we have ignore our basic line.

As we know right from childhood we have learnt that Health is Wealth & we have evaluated our way of life as the wealth is our medium to follow our action in the circumference of wealth.

Incidentally a very interest question raised by professor Roland losif Moraru of Romania '' Does Fate exist ? can it be scientific approach?'' for which i have expressed my views as follows

Our fate is the basic channel through our fate may tune our life as desired by us for the fruitful purpose for achieving success & may create an healthy environment for our family & to our members of our social fabrics .

With  the important  fate in our life we can not afford to make a sleeping pill we have to cultivate the our mind with the fate power which may help us to tune with our conscious & sub conscious mind with may direct us to cultivate the power of intuition with the help of divinity within every of us .

With this we may achieve to keep our min d calm & quite in the midst of worries-Tension -&Frustration & to make us to free from stress .It is only through the fate we may make our life worthy living .

Impact of technology have on stress if positive or negative !!

The question has been raised by Mr Roland Moraru of Romania which has attracted me to express my views 

We live in the scientific & technological world where the world has become a very small place to contact anywhere within a short spam thereby our contact & also with our individual development we remain the pathway of our progress .It is also worthy to note that  the global environment & the natural planetary influence also either move in the positive or negative direction .

Stress is our negative energy force disturbing our day to day planning action which directly reflects through our conscious mind .This any individual person with the tuning of his mind may concentrate on his finding out the reason of his stress  with his will power & his faith from the within can certainly come out from the dominant of stress .

In another respect ,intellectual  individual with his endorsement in the sphere of science ,technology & other related areas where his mind would all the time remain to peep in his areas the mind gets tired & in this atmosphere he generates stress .

Stress is not the basic natural of any individual in this light any person passing the stage of stress he should keep himself away of the fact that our mind never gets tired.

Mind requires a change & if it is not easily coming to our hand a person should get himself to relax even by closing his eyes for certain times & he will certainly pass from the atmosphere of stress.

Our-Death-& Invitation to new life -1

  Well many people attend to the funeral & while returning they think in there morbid mood regarding the  mystic of Fear of ''Death''.Death is very certain for entire human being & we have to admit that it is a part of our destiny that we can not change & also not in our hand.

When we are fully aware that the Birth & the Death  are the  coin of one symbol is it necessary to place both side in a different angle!!  .If we view the same in isolation & created water type compartment then for every of our action we are ignoring the Death & carry out our life time mission in the way which we have planned .

To me this is nothing wrong & not to create any misconception .But if we view the death not under the fear but to accept the same a will of god ,for every of our action we would carry as the challenge for our life which may help us to create an energy force for our action resulting for fruitful result.

As we all are aware that with our birth ,we have bought with us the storage of fruits of our action -positive & -negative of our previous lives.Our soul -a divine & dynamic light help us to offer the roadway to our life.

We know ,we all are born equal & in spite of this we observe the disparity in the life of every human being in entire universe this has been due to the fruits of our action of previous lives.

From animal kingdom to human kingdom we all have visited our mother earth so that we may create & establish our mother earth under the holy place & environment with the rosy fragrance .This is all within in every of us in the entire universe .

The task is not difficult for every human being as almighty has offer us a mind ,brain ,heart ,with the divinity within every of us.Our divinity so to say our soul is everlasting no end-even after our death as the same is to remain with all the time as an incarnate of our subsequent life.

With this realization very often it becomes difficult & not possible to make our life worthy due to the play our conscious mind .We know & are fully aware regarding the mischief of our mind playing with our action due to our Anger,Greed,Jealous ,Attachment,Ego,Our own selfishness,Proud ....which manifest in our conscious mind resulting the fruit of our action .In certain cases if it creates a favourble pleasurable result in our life for which we have not considered the invitation of our death for which we are to receive at any time in our life.

Lets us not forget that Death is inevitable & the action of our fruits which we have created & stored are not to accomplish in our final journey .As whether we like or not we all have go & for our journey in a next life with empty hands . 

 

Death is not an end in itself

Death is our certainty of our life-A part of destiny not in our hand.We all are aware of this fact but one or in another way we do not accept this reality.

To be good enough our death journey brings a subsequent new life for us which we are to receive in the life light with our action .With this with the awareness with us our conscious mind creates a problem for us resulting in disturbance of our problem of HEALTH-WORRIES-TENSION-& STRESS for our social family ,career ,financial & other related problems.

This is the challenge of our life which we can solve it under the controlling of mind,power of prayer ,meditation & such other accepted areas .

Death-Our Final Journey

I have been inspired to a write an article ‘’Our Death-& invitation to New life.’’ In lovingly memory of my wife Mrs Rajeshwari after her long standing with her in pleasurable loving under friendly approach & discussion to make our long life under a pleasurable code .

She left with her two lovingly daughter Mala in usa & Leena who has prefer to remain virgin for taking care of her parents. My wife was very lovingly offered smile & help   ,guide to the needed down from sleeper to everyone who establish friendship & relation with her.

For her family she has showered her feelings   ,sentiments  ,love ,even by remaining totally silent of their in decent behavior .She is a faith in god ,prayer ,worship under the belief  that I do not to wish reciprocate of anybody advise behavior thereby spoiling my karma (Action) as she is to believe that whatever we have accumulate in our life retains that to our next life ,for making our life noble ,healthier ,pious unto subsequent guideline from our divinity within .

Even though she is to remain  & pass holy pious & spiritual life but the all the time she remained conscious that my family ,relatives ,friends,& other part of our social life for giving all the priorities so as to enable us to fame our life line as god has offered us in this life .

Since quite good months after seeing the negatives forces untold incidents ,death cremation surrounding environment in the society every   where through Newspaper & Tv News .She has lost the interest by feeling that life is not worth living .

About 10 months back she talked everything to her daughter who has sacrifice her life for taking care of parent regarding her the thinking for process of her conscious & sub –conscious mind .She told her daughter that life is important but for my present flow ideas of conscious mind I have lost the charm of my life.

She told her daughter that with her arrival death is very must certain & it is part of our destiny .In this line ,I wish to have a peaceful calm departure for my life by informing that by leaving body for my journey .

I will not be in hospital & also before my final departure even a doctor will not be present before my final journey .She remain all the time with us & even talked to her daughter  4 hrs back at usa  before her final trip ,for us this was unexpected but may not be out of way that it was surprising view her body in a very silent ,peaceful journey without any deformation in her body including her skin ,& even hand ,thumb which anybody can observe just living body .

It was her desire that her body should cremated under the fire that is (AGNI) &to a observe a flame while cremating the body under the fire spread in a straight motion without any diversification .

Such a living human soul as a husband with my daughter considering our long association as nothing but grace of god of our previous life .

Although we have lost her but we are not   to forget her lovingly memories posture & her personality till we may process toward her final journey .

This is the same feeling which has inspire me to write my article under the caption ‘’Our Death -&invitation to new life’’.

 

The main end of this publication of my article is for every one that DEATH moving towards her journey is to be viewed as if under the temple of a holy place .

If this gets expected   we all can make our every action of life in a worthy manner & also pass a fragrance in our surrounding environment.
