M.S.University-My Life -Line

As a valued member of Research Gate .I came to know that about 30 researched member of M.S.U university have joined which has inspired me to recall my association with M.S.U University .

I have been all the time reluctant to express my storage of my study period which has become the past history of long periodical time ,of course I believe past in not dead as through our past diagram we have formed the shape of life .

When academic & scholars join Research gate always due to my attention in this regards. This has now inspired me to recall my earlier days of my M.S university .

To me M.S.U university is a MOTHER   STORED UNDER me the growth & the pathway for my life .My association is a lovely memorable light which has shown me the path for my life .

In my school period my activity ,our reflection of sports ,like swimming, horse riding ,drama ,& such other activities .My dad all the time was telling me that reading literature are the ways of opening the horizon of the life.

When I entered my first yrs ,I realized ,my ignorance of tip given by my dad that in my first yrs I have a subject of my language of book name ‘’LOKMATA’’., where in my regular tutorial test a question has been asked ‘’River is not god but he is remaining god in the image of devta ‘’( Translation of Gujarati question ).

I was little bit confuse due to my weakness in literature very silently whatever it comes to my mind ,I merely narrated to my great surprise my professor was D.P.Kotari a man of letters who had appreciated my presentation of my answer .I become of course joyful & realized that I have with me a power of intuition & I immediately decided to occupy my knowledge in literature .

M.S.U university was having a very good library & I had taken all the advantage which could help me to offer my interest in literature with subsequently helped me to become editor of my own publication & subsequent also an hon editor of ‘’OORJA’’ magazine .

At this stage also I owe my gratitude to the respectable educational institute –M.S.U university .With this what a lovely environment my university was having in my academic career .In my faculty the member of students in each class were limited & we used to take the advantage of our expert professor .

During my time V.Y.Kolhatkar was my dean very dynamic  ,knowledgeable expertise in economics ,a good orator & was taking a very keen interest to modify student in a right manner .

I was also lucky to have my faculties of various subject who also remained a part of my inspiration .Mrs Hansaben Mehta was our Vice chancellor during my study period & the atmosphere in the university had a modern of discipline .

Although we remained student of faculty of commerce but to take all the necessary interest in other faculty programme  with may help us for our guideline .

In debating society of university we use to attend the programme & very often student of foreign university were invited in debating programme .

I still remember a programme of brain test in center hall in our msu university  where in expert professor of various faculties used to reply the question of student raised by them.

There was so much nice atmosphere that either during the free period or in recess time various student use to pass the time in the most silent & discipline manner which could help us to come in contact which student of different faculties .

Our M.S.U university used to organized a week programme for every faculty including faculties of Medicine ,Fine arts ,science ,arts etc where by student of different faculty used to go & visit the programme which to help us to have the idea ,knowledge  of the faculty concern .

After so many yrs I still remember my association with the M.S.U university due to the multiplication of student in the university I could observe a different leaving my university .I have not visited at any time .

Whatever be case I still remain an I   am   proud that I was a student of M.S.U university .I may salute at this stage that quite good eminent personalities in various areas came out during my college period .

Whatever the small mode of my life line  ,I owe my gratitude to the M.S.U .Which this I consider  my M.S.U has ‘’MOTHER STORED UNDER ME THE GROWTH & THE PATHWAY FOR MY LIFE’’.

Education

Education is the need of our life .It starts   from our childhood under the light of parents .With the passage of time education at all the stages from primary to college play an very important part in the lifeline of students who have to move their footsteps for the goal of their career.

It is a education with all the scientific technological development under the computer mirror have to study the frame works of the higher education to meet the challenges of present century which the time period of competitive frame works.

This demands the heavy responsibility on the part of   education systems who have to view   all the type of development in the line with Global Frame work of education system.

 The task is not easy but the educationist with their all the scientific tech may catch hold of the system of different areas & should place & to make a system which is the need of   the higher education they wish to impart students.

The main end of higher education has no limitation formula by keeping the area & the particular region which student belong .

Students which their higher academic career would not like to be stagnate but they would prefer to be mobile. It is only in this line the system of the higher education should be framed .

Programmed for a higher education system in any areas to be framed call for systematic planning approach in the line with the expertise of different university to be considered to fact that it cannot become a one part of the area as in present century.

And in the light with the scientific technological development  computerization can be viewed in totality considering the fact that in the present environment mobility as become the part of easy reach traffic to contact anywhere in any part of the academic structure of the various countries .

Before considering & viewing the higher academic structure ,it could not be in order to find the root of basic elementary level to a higher school & college level .The student of which can be flag wave for higher academic structure !!.

For this ,at the elementary & school level a suitable foundation under the teacher role befitting with present environment is study syllabus with the proper co –ordination by creating & effective environment of students so that student may feel that our teachers are not only a model of teaching but they are our guardian ,friend ,philosopher & guide .

This is this students who are to place their footsteps in the college of their desired line of their qualification .Their earlier foundation has already become the great way of their future course of action so that in their college academic career they are certainly play their part of their study in an effective & career progressive way .

With such achievements if they enter in the higher education they are certainly prove to be a successful in their definite goal of success.

 It is at this stage worthy to note that such young group come out from their academic field  they are not only prove to be a action part of their contribution in their respective  areas but they can become the useful & fruitful member of the society which is now the need of the present age .

 

Our Possession of Life

A very interesting & inspiring has been raised by professor Roland losif moraru of Romania .

The question is regarding three possession ,which you would like to have be with you !!.

At outset ,possession enter before us is whether we would like to retain all the times with us in a worldly form so that we may make our path of our life in a successful mode .

It means we are viewing our life of permanency  nature which is nothing but a dream for every human beings.

It is in this line ,i have viewed our life as a god 's given gift & from this why we should not have possession of a permanent entity .

In this light my inner voice come out with Three important possession which offers us a everlasting life for us .To me they are .....

1 MIND  2 HEART  3 DIVINITY WITHIN US .

Medical Astrology -1

At out  set the caption of the article may find the views in irrelevant especially in 21 st century but to my experience .If not out of way physician & surgeon of repute have taken recourse to the science of Astrology for their personal disturbing problems & for the necessary guideline to take the line of action .

With this it is a fact that majority of the people remain interested to know the problems & if there are not in a position to have the solution & guideline of the same ,it is very likely that they may take recourse to the science or so –to say the service of astrologers.

In such cases it can    not be claim that only the   science of astrology can solve problems. Palmistry ,face reading ,Numerology ,psychic tech with the help of power of prayer ,& quite good spiritual methods may be equally important & helpful .

Women-Our Creator

We all are born equal ,but we are fortunate to have seen the beautiful earth through women & after this ,she becomes our Mother -Mom .

Our mother has become our creator .It is through her we recognize our Caste-Creed & Religion .Being our creator how much love-feelings & love care she has showered on us.

For our tears & smiles she remain either morbid or expressing her smile on her loving faces.The world has become beautiful rosy due to God created Women on this earth .

It is the responsibility of entire human beings to Respect & to Honor her grace what they have done for us for which we else men are PROUD of .

We have selected 8 th March as International Women Day is it for calling our memory-our love,& our kindness for her & this is a day we have to remember our creator on this day!!

Why not to create environment ,& atmosphere for the entire women whereby we can love & respect to every women 365days  so that our International women day may help to achieve & to establish all told Happiness,Loving fragrance .So that our universe can become for  every of us a ROSY DAY !!

Employees--Safety Programme

In our earlier stage of business ,it runs into transaction run into purchase ,sales ,finance & misc.areas .In our present set up it has become a complex in their activities & performance in the world range of economical dealings. 

Due to the scientific & technological development ,safety of employees in the form of accidents ,demand a systematic training methods so as to avoid complication & reputation of the organisation covering legal problems as per the statutory loss.

It is in above line that the question has been posed by Mr Roland losif moraru of Romania ''Are Employee -driven safety programs feasible & useful which would be the key elements to build a successful one''.For which i have expressed my views as follows .

Safety is MUST for our all the organisation .It demands for his reputation & also for legal obligation.In this line for any employees under which their employment calls for safety rules & regulation they should be properly equip & frame under expert training norms .

It is equally responsibility of an employee that any negligence  on the part of employee to be dealt under such roots so that they can be equally responsible & perform their duty both in the interest of company & his own development in the organisation .

In the above line safety program is must feasible offering all the requisite ,practical training  for safe guarding in performing duty .

I believe if its work in above direction safety for the employees is assure  & for the employer  also it may work as a good H.R.D program 

 

Truth-Our Life Partner

Any person who has lost the principle of truth has deprived the all told humanity in his life. We can    not afford to over     look the basic norms of truth as truth is Omni present ,Omni potent ,by retaining our entire self encircling our mind ,our intelligence ,our tuning of conscious & sub conscious mind & last but not least our Divinity focusing rays -light offering the basic end & missionary task of our life .

 

Our life has a meaning for the preparation of our final departure, & it is only through the light of truth we can achieve moral course & value of life which may generate the hopes   & aspiration for himself -for the family & social surrounding which may certainly spread the rosy fragrance in the surrounding area .

Truth our moral code & life process is a good action for our life as it is through the code of our truth which may leads us to Religion, Peace & Love .When we refer to religion we should keep in a broder sense as a part as a part of a guideline of our physical exercise so that our mind will not get deviate from the chosen path as the truth which we have accepted in our life.

We should not try up our norms of TRUTH in the light with our religion practice .We should establish our moral code & conduct for our life we should not be for our selfish end as it is a light of the process of truth we may convenient establish ,Peace,& Love within us & in our surrounding environment.

Our entire activities & action gets control fully by our mind ,& it is through our mind that we are receiving the resulting fruit of our action & we have very often observed that we perform our activities suitable to our living which may have lost the norms of Honesty & Ethics ,which our mind has accepted for the desired result

It is at this stage that our conscious mind should flow in a right direction so that we may not lose sight of the moral principle of ‘’TRUTH’’ which we are establish & accepted in toto through our Mind, Heart ,with the help of divinity & its light within us.

 

 

Our Map way-Time Management

Our arrival on this earth starts with the time ,with this our eagerly parents just take care of nothing about time with its arrival date .Our birth is granted the seal of our Caste ,Creed & Religion for which our parents become a deciding factor .

Our arrival starts under the loud crying voice ,which may be a physical & biological need & for our care taker doctor also instinct for the same .

It means crying voice is not comfortable for the new arrival ,& it is very likely that child may comfortable in his previous lives & his arrival has left him behind the storage of his earlier life  which he has accumulated by the passing the phase of his previous lives.

This has been due to his Time consumption which is now dead for him & now he has to start with a clean slate. He has brought with him his destiny & the resulting fruits of his action –Positive-Negative which he may be required to perform  in his life under the care taker of his new parents .

Our life journey is a complicated & not a bed of rosy as we have to start with blank paper with our Mind, Intelligent, Energy, understanding which we have brought & acquire now with passage of time .

Our up bring with the passage of time will draw our map for our life career .This is only help us to plan our vision of our life .This does not end only for the planning of career ,but may help us & guide for our family responsibility ,attachment ,turning to our social fabrics.

 Our life is a god’s given gift .Every minute at the passing stage become the Dead Past .We have not become pessimistic but we have to move in our life with vigor –Strain -& Will power. Which will  be our energy forces for our life .This will help us to move our journey in a successful & comfortable way .

Our life is  very important mean for worthy living .However it is a fact that human beings are born equal but their living style ,system,& manners ,temperament are not the same ,the out come of which is creating a substance gap in our society effecting the total environment in our society which has an multiplication effect on our region & the world.

Our Mind is culprit as with our mind as the legacy of our resulting reaction of our previous lives for every of us as a human being we all have six element in the form of our fruits of earlier action ,ANGER,-GREED,ATTACHMENT,PRIDE,JEALOUSY ,EGO.  This elementary environment which we have receive from the storage of previous lives make every human beings a totally change in his life .

This is the part we all have noticed & observed in the total surrounding of our universe for which we all are forgetting in our happy ,joyful & sometime disturbing surrounding in our life forgetting the basic fact that whatever the time phase which we have  passed are nothing but for us a Dead Past.

With this with our birth we all have to move our journey on cremation ground  ,we have come with our Empty hand s & living also with empty hand. This is applicable for every human beings .Rich & poor & even the emperor of state .In view of this when the emperor Sikandar on verge of his journey has declared for the benefit & guideline for every human being that ‘’Let the people of world know that even by keeping his both hands open that even the emperor sikandar   dies with empty hand .

Time is very much important ,essential & valuable in our life as it is through proper time management which reflects what we are!!.  

   I have been inspired to write this publication in view of the fact that the question has been posed to me by Mr Muhammed Aledeh of Malaysia ‘’ How have you been effectively managing your time ?Do you regularly apply Time Management in your work ?.My humbly reply for the same remains as follows.

‘’Time starts since the our arrival on this earth .Time is a basic need of our life & it co-relates with every of our action .Time & Tide waits for no more & as such time remains the basic need for our action in our life.

In the said line it is absolutely essential that time schedule for every action ,our activities ,our performance ,& resulting fruit for the same can be achieved by proper arrangement of our time function.

Right from students to every categories of personal  ,time measurement can not be ignored the progress of our life runs successfully if we co-opts with our time schedule .
