Employees--Safety Programme

In our earlier stage of business ,it runs into transaction run into purchase ,sales ,finance & misc.areas .In our present set up it has become a complex in their activities & performance in the world range of economical dealings. 

Due to the scientific & technological development ,safety of employees in the form of accidents ,demand a systematic training methods so as to avoid complication & reputation of the organisation covering legal problems as per the statutory loss.

It is in above line that the question has been posed by Mr Roland losif moraru of Romania ''Are Employee -driven safety programs feasible & useful which would be the key elements to build a successful one''.For which i have expressed my views as follows .

Safety is MUST for our all the organisation .It demands for his reputation & also for legal obligation.In this line for any employees under which their employment calls for safety rules & regulation they should be properly equip & frame under expert training norms .

It is equally responsibility of an employee that any negligence  on the part of employee to be dealt under such roots so that they can be equally responsible & perform their duty both in the interest of company & his own development in the organisation .

In the above line safety program is must feasible offering all the requisite ,practical training  for safe guarding in performing duty .

I believe if its work in above direction safety for the employees is assure  & for the employer  also it may work as a good H.R.D program
