Our Self & Ability

Man is the architect of his own fortune. Fortune favours those who dare & act.

For this such person have to make their life as a mission under a determination, willpower, & faith.With the willpower & faith, human beings can do wonders in the action of their life plan.

At the same time for achieving Our ability, we have with us our Mind & brain which may flow for our direct action.

We all are aware regarding the energy of our mind which remains all the time working & never gets tired & it is this which can certainly do wonders in our life.

For ability to know & understand we have to fix our mind with the one object with our determination & in order to select the object , without any loss of time we should start our working for our study & also whenever it is necessary we should contemplate & to find the object of our study by referring books of our objective subject & to find out the necessary paper for us .

 It is with this we can certainly process to our mission, where I desire to quote my views expressed hereunder.

Our personal abilities is an asset to us being the controller of our mind, & brain. This may help us to know our progressive trend for our action which may turn out to be a guiding force for our action.

For person ability we should not be complacent, we have not only to be careful but also to follow the footstep for reaching the end of our planned program.

We are equally aware that whatever the end we have chosen we have to make our mission of our life where we have to encounter well many problems & difficulties which we have to accept the challenge of our mission.

 We know this being a hard task for which with our determination, good faith, & willpower we may achieve the result.

The result may appear to be a successive part of our mission but we have to make certain that it is a mission of our lives for which we have planned for our an end.

 We should not make any mistakes for considering our achievements but we have to remain for our observation by keeping a bird's eye view so that whatever the planned achievement may turn out to be totally as part of our mission.

With this determination of person abilities after achieving the said result it becomes our responsibility & also a moral path that our personal abilities should not in any way come to our head by moving, watching , also in our social surrounding that our successful mission should not in any way to be changed to in our Pride & Ego ,all though in our ivory tower we may not have the feeling that for our mission our ego has entered our grief .

This may not be a healthy sign for any achievement we may have with us for which we should be more humble & with our associated group they should feel & proud of our achievements .

 If we are careful for our own introspection & whatever the mission which we have achieved a person abilities should become the main part of our live action & on our contribution for our mission by achieving with our faith & willpower we should try to be humble & for our mission let the social surrounding may receive the part of our action as fruitful fragrance .

 

Discipline Problem in School

Discipline problem in the school can be reviewed even after scrutiny of the individual problem of their record of the earlier years & after knowing, understanding the behaviour of the student from their past record, the teacher should understand the behaviour of the student from their past record.

After studying this teacher should noticed the behaviour of the student & call them individually in his office & initially in the calm manner talk with the student. While talking with the student from the movement of the behaviour & also thru the action of his facial eyes & other relevant features teacher can conveniently know in which method the teacher should follow strictly with the students.

If the behaviour of the students has no effect or improvement on teachers action, the teacher should be punished the student by removing him only from the classroom & should not allow him to come to the class for his study as a part of the punishment.

The teachers should review the behavior on the next day & if he finds their behavior of student is not in the right manner the teacher should called the parents or guardian of the student & should talk in the present of the student about his behavior little bit in a strong manner with the condition that if the student is not getting his manner in right way teacher should inform the parents that we may terminate the student from the class by issuing the certificate . 

This method of the teacher may get an improvement for the student.

Indiscipline among students if in above line must get the few result it is not only the indiscipline among the students which may spoil the image of the academic institute & it is not only the institute because of such students the reputation of teachers are also likely to have a spoil image in the institute & in other academic institutes.

When the reputation of the academic institution is damage by the misbehaviour of the student & subsequently it may have a direct influence on the examination result of the students.  For this, it has been the time for such academic institute to review the policy & administrative function of such institute along with the procedure for entry of the student in the institute.

For this, at the initial stage, while admitting the students in the institute, the institute must take care regarding the written for the student which offer a quite good impact on the parents as well as the other educational institute.

 With this after showing the successful result of the students including the failure students a simple psychological written test to be undertaken &  its result may help the student for admission to the class.

It is very likely that the psychological test for the student may help to review the understanding & outlook potential for the students.

Even for the failure students their psychological test & their performance also to believe you & if their performance speaks for the positive review of their mind & intelligence such students before admitting in the class a proper dialogue with the intimacy for such students may help their institute to for entering the admission for such students.

 

 

 

 

 

Right Age for School Entry

There is no hard & fast rule for deciding right age for a child to start schooling but about the 4 Yrs. is a proper consideration for sending the school for the child. To me, this is the sincere responsibility for parents to observe his/her child their likely interest & inclination for going to school.

 It has been observed that initially due to the change atmosphere child is reluctant to go to the school & after seeing the behaviour of the child parents may judge with the child is comfortable & showing interest in going to school.

Apart from this parent should also find out the child behaviour, practice, & performance in the school. In one of the case, I have noticed that very intelligent & smart & well behave girl have sent to KG Class & after certain period she never used to talk regarding her school.

 It has been decided that parents visit the school & meet the lady class teacher & from her parents come to know that the child never speaks in the class.Parents asked the class teacher that what is the training program for the children she describes thru nursery rhymes, certain alphabets, & certain tables.

 The child went she return home she becomes little nervous but parents took an interest & went to the bookshop to purchase a book of Nursery Rhymes, the child become happy & when parent called his child to speak out the rhymes she spoke fluently, parents become happy & sent a note to the principle in a very kind manner while appreciating her class teacher for giving the cooperation & the principle was good enough he called the child in his room & very smiling talked asked certain question which she replied .

 The principle becomes happy he appreciated the progress of the child informed the parents accordingly.

The parents found a remarkable progress in the study & parents observes that up to the matriculation she came out with a very successful career.

The long details are only that how far the parents if they take initial care for their child, it may certainly make remarkable progress for the career development.

Parents remain busy in the family & working environment but at the initial stage, it becomes the responsibility of parents to take bird's eye view on his child while drawing a line of action regarding the inclination, interest, & behaviour of the child both in his home & also in the class.

This may certainly help the parents for evaluating his child norms & his /her working action for the parents to view & judge the initial stage of psychology for their children.

It has been observed in general way that very often father may not have the time to see the development of the children & they merely derailed on their family.

This can not be a healthy practice for the father to overlook the progress & development of their children in their initial stage as this remains a very foundation for the children to go for their progressive line.

The responsibility of parents everywhere for their children may not remain the subject of measurement under a yardstick.

It also been observed that the behaviour of the children at the advanced stage has become naughty, & in a very indiscipline mode all through their parent commands a very high & respectable position in the society.

 This may certainly a responsibility of the parents who have closed their eye under the belief that they are our children & in course of time they may certainly make the improvement.

This is not the right of way of thinking & parents should certainly become a watchdog for the children for offering them all the loving & caring environment for the children.

 

Existence of Death

All men are born equal on the day of birth ,the life start his birth is the resulting fruits of previous lives on the basis of which we receive the parents & with the passage of time whatever the environment we receive become the guiding force of our Nourishment -Nature-Temperament & the important part of the mental process generates which can generally become in the pathway for human beings .

Our Global existing is nothing but the total evaluation of our entire human beings.   In this light with our birth, we all have with us the play of Destiny which is not in our hand. Our life is a time passage between the Birth & Death where the Death is certain -not in our hand with this it is very clear that we are visitors on this Earth.

But with the certainty of Death, we have to salute the contribution of the science & research scholars who have a passing their valuable life in the scientific laboratory.

Their contribution & in the medical & surgical programed have made the life of human being in a comfortable sign.As earlier mention, when the Death is certainly not in our hand.

In this line, all the good efforts of medical professor have to raise the finger above for calling the help of almighty so that the patient including that kith& kin under a hopeful sign.

With our arrival on this earth, we have bought with his our departure that is the certainty of our DEATH, For which we are not aware regarding the time passage of our death for which we consider as part of destiny.This is the outlook of a modern philosopher.

For the scientific outlook, there are interested to examine the analytic process & to make the subject of the laboratory as scientist have an inclination to understand the reason of Death.In both the cases, both have to accept our destiny of DEATH which certain for our life.

Our destiny terminates our life our final journey all though scientific & technological development including medical contribution can certainly find out the source of death which may turn out to be a guideline for the member of the deceased family.

 No doubt medical services take utmost good care for the patient suffering & they also try to console both the patient & their Kith & Kin but it may not remain in the hands of a medical professional to cure the ailment s of the patient & his survivor.

With this, we have to agree that destiny is control by our only creator & not in our hands beside it is not certain regarding the period of our departure it may be from childhood age to ageing period more than 90 years. In this lifeline process w are not certain that up to what time limit our life is to exist.

When our existence is not known & also not in our hand, we have in the line with our family environment have to maintain & create our life firstly for our career & professional action with the responsibility towards our family & surrounding member of the society. This only becomes our individual responsibility & that is not the end of our life.

As human beings we have our moral codes & ethics & with our birth we have also with us a negative & positive traits for which after knowing & understanding of our life journey, we have to carry with us the codes of our life in the line with the positive attitude with our honest & truth  worthy approach of our life for making a passage to our worthy life .

So long as we have our life with us & for our existence it is also to be controlled with our Mind & Brain with an inner urge & divinity which may help us to show the right path of our life by taking recourse to power of prayer, Meditation, & breathing to have with us our journey where the final picture of our death may not disturb & come to the notice of our Mind, Brain, & Our Conscious Mind .

 In such situation, if the death comes we are taking merely a final journey to take the process of reborn with the fruits our present journey.

 

 

Our Birth a message for Humanity

With our birth, we all are born to have with the action to carry out to fulfil the mission of our life phase. This is applicable to every human being of the entire world but it is fact that all men are born equal but their purpose.

 ,Their action of life, are not the same & quite good numbers of members who have  the negative traits ,they act in the society in a totally different behavior & manner & with the result even the members of family, society , & in certain cases their behavior & action are harmful damaging to the society creating a disturbing atmosphere & peaceful environment .

With this, our world has experienced & also now passing the similar face of impact in the sense that Our world has not deprived human beings who have cherished their value & also are contributing in the positive mode with the result that the society still is enjoying the fruits of their action.

We are fortunate that human beings everywhere in the world are having the services of good medical care for the health problem ,for the aged person there are quite a good number of their program where they may pass their time comfortably beside we all have a gift of writers, entertainer, & spiritual person who sermons & guidance may help the individual under an optimistic outlook .

Human beings & Humanity should all the time remain companion of the life & this is absolutely essential that entire humanity may remain certain hopes aspiration for creating the better life along with the happiness, with their family & members of the society.

 But at the same time it is difficult to prove our imaginary thinking as everywhere in the world for certain percentage of human beings are due to their negative traits make deprivation of happiness, peace, for the related certain section of the society. However, this is everywhere be the practice of such person creating a disturbance which may have to accept for the society as the necessary evil.

We are aware that we are born equal but under a different environment with the different religion, language, covering caste, creed, & religion with the result that economic conditions of haves – haves are not similar which create for certain humanity a problem for disappointments, unhappiness, & creative action of Jealously.

For such human beings they do not prefer to remain as an observer to find out the ways & means to find out their activities for the betterment of their life but due to their temperament, jealousy, mental attitude such individuals all the time take a negative course of action thereby vitiating the atmosphere of the society.

We all have been observing this sort of narration everywhere in the world & with all the wars, criminal offence, communal riots have been witnessed by the human beings every now & then with some part of country everywhere.

 Human beings have to accept the reality that with our birth, death is certain & it is not in our hand for which we are also not aware when the final journey of our life will end.

With this fact of the life human beings have become holy & also to accept of the version of their divine master so that their mind may be responsible for their wisdom & guidance which may help the human beings to take a recourse to happiness, & may sometime accept the tune of power of prayer, Meditation, &breathing with silent sitting to listen to the voice of within .

With this, human beings may help them to take out their negative traits & read of the negative traits of their previous lives so that they may remain a worthy life & I their next life they may come out with the positive traits.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Problem & Previous Life Action

All human being are the member of the society in their respective native. 

Our creator is everything for the entire human race in the view of this Men are born equal but after the arrival on this earth, they come to know from loving care of mother regarding their caste, creed,& religion.

 

With all this, it is the fact that our life action is depending on our destiny & as such we find everywhere in the entire universal the race of human beings are not the same.

 With this, it is an irony of faith that certainly human beings are born under the physical handicap action for which neither himself or the parents have any control in this area as this depends on their destiny which nobody has any control as this remains the fruits of the action positive & negative trends of their previous lives .

 

With this, our physical foundation has a completing control on the head, mind, brain, with their conscious mind to take the life course of action, some are a physical handicap in the movement of the hands, legs, or some other have an eye problem enables to see the beauty of nature. Besides certain person is totally handicap in their action.

 

With this, our creator is very kind & such handicap person instead of sitting silently, they are not lost their faith in their creator & with all the hope & aspiration they have started their live action so that positive energy, willpower, faith, & last & most important is the control of their brains.

 It has been observed that with such faith one of the blind women of foreign country after undergoing all the medical treatments under their expert surgeon of different countries, her grace has not given the vision & without losing faith in her creator with the power of prayer ,meditation & the grace of the divine master have helped her to view even with close eye has started reading & writing books ,& notes .

 

We know that God is Omni Potent, omnipresent & Omniscient & he can do wonders for the many human beings who remain his life action with firm faith & all the positive traits for our working action.

 

With this in my earlier writing also I have expressed my views in related areas which also I submit herewith the same.

 

A person who is physically handicapped does not necessarily mean that they remain weak in their performance of their action.

 It has been observed that blind person which have been totally deprived the light of the atmosphere to see can make also a remarkable progress.

A blind person with the methods & habit of living style they may that action of the regular requirement much better than visionary eye person.

 With this blind person have their gift of learning, musical instrument including their vocal practice just as flute tabla,, Piano & they may get a good presentation in the public show.

To the side, the example of Helen Keller who was blind & deaf may a remarkable contribution to the society & with her welfare & also helping by publishing the book for the handicapped person.

In my observation, I came across of person who has met with accident totally hand was a good teacher in Mathematics, Another person who has a problem of movement of legs become a professor of economics in one of the reputed institute.

 For the social handicap person, there is certain social institute he may offer them training program according to need & requirement for free residence & food services.

 

With this for the member of society for handicap person, a right track of their life is given they may not be much disturbance not only for their life also for the society.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Family Ties

Family bond keeps the Family tree in a successful manner so that all may remain in joyful & pleasurable manner. 

For this Family ties are just as a different member in the family is their outlook, intelligence, social surrounding may create sometimes a problem in the family  & for this family ties is basic essence for unity & also the growth for a successful lifeline for the family.

Your presentation of Family model offers me an inspiration to view our family as a TREE consisting of members joining as a Tree which sometimes remains a fragrance of flower & also bitter thorns of plants.

 With this in our family with their different nature & attitude often gets reflected due to their temperament even sometime Jealously with their own members very often create the disturbance in the family & the sufferers may have a vicious effect.

It has also been observed that due to the said environment very often the members of the family get separated & unfortunately crack stem of the family tree.

 As a part of the family tree, it has been also observed that the member of family desire to keep the Tree with all the care so that it may help to offer the guideline & inspiration for the member of the family.

 This happy environment in the family the male members work together in a very happy line so that they may receive the success & sometimes their action receives the appreciation of salutation to such members of the family.

When the members of the family work together join their hands in the same of action pleasure & happiness shower their blessing on the family to make their life worthy.

In such a pleasurable environment it is likely that certain members of their thinking phase pray with the tuning of their feelings thru their conscious mind & this may help such member to think with their tune of mind with their inspiration which may help them to understand & also to appreciate the inner urge & divinity within themselves.

which may help them to develop that psychic trend for keeping them calm & quite which become a source of inspiration for the tune of power of prayer ,Mediation & few minutes breathing which help them to receive the inspiration & also sometime the intuition which may direct all the member of the family for the joy & well being for the same .

We are aware that power of prayer, can certainly help to solve the problem of human beings in their action in every direction but it is the fact that with all the scientific  development the world has become a very small & different cultural environment, food habits, social bond of friendship, inter-caste marriages &such other problem have played the part of keeping the unity of the family together .

It is in this line earlier joint family system has been nourished in the narrow path & we have also observed that for the old aged parent have to pass their lonely life & sometime in they have to stay in old age home waiting for the final journey of their life.

While viewing the bond family it has been observed that Son & Daughter are staying together with the parents & other members & immediately after the marriage in order to have their independence they get separated from their parents & with the joy of the marriage of their children they are passing their lives in a lonely manner in the residence where they were  enjoyed their life .

Family ties may keep an original fragrance if the family, parents may establish the environment in such manner that family ties will not get CUT OFF?.

 Is it possible or going to be a dream for the Family especially Retd & aged members of the family?
