Astrology is the subject of science but not in the laboratory compass.T he subject has an influence of nature, &  also the planetary influence surrounded in the cosmic environment.

 With this, the subject is having a far-reaching influence not only in humanity as a whole but it offers its significance in well many planetary influences with nature.

It is this important subject of the science of nature with the major planets with the rise & creates many problems which do not initially come to the mind of human beings but only after the events take place human beings can understand the play of nature. A simple example of the influence of nature which we may observe or read the history books, the mass cyclonic effects & the large scale of earthquakes disturbing the natural forces, killing innocent people, & destruction of huge properties.

Any organization rest with 3 important pillars namely  MAN -MONEY & MATERIAL & last but not the least is the control of this pillars in a scientific, systematic, & under the complete norms of professional mode.

 

To manage the affairs of organization it demands a dynamic leadership with his quality of mind, brain, approach, knowledge, the power of timely decision making to lead his team in a disciplined way.

His leadership to manage the affairs of man not for merely working for the production & other parts of the department but he has to observe that the employees working in the organization have satisfaction for being a member of the organization for which his leadership requires a good human relationship.



For the money, the control of which is very much important has the company fortune rest with the proper planning & control of the finance for which a periodic review & were necessary the timely change of the finance flow will work has a controlling part of finance.

Professional Jealousy -An Unhealthy Outlook

Jealousy remains a part of human nature but certain human beings by his very temperament remain fully conscious regarding Such human beings know the value & basic end of their life.

Whether one believes or not we all have come out on this earth by bringing the resulting fruits -positive /negative of our previous lives & such trend is also playing the part.


With this, it has been observed that the black cloud of Jealousy generally has been observed in corporate, & company s; organization.

We have touched jealousy in company organization as in other professional areas just as Legal, Medical, are performance, business traders, & such other groups, Jealousy although as a light in said areas but in this do not reflect the direct individual professional person.


In the case of company groups, unfortunately, this affects the direct person & sometimes the jealousy involvement makes the damage to the person concern.

In such case, we know that our face is a mirror & if we have developed ourselves both within & outside with our psychic training, observation both from the within & outside such jealous person of his involvement will not in any way reflect the person concern who has with him the faith & inner will power.


It is the fact rather unfortunately that in one or another way Jealousy has become directly or indirectly a part of quite good professional personnel including small personnel of every society.  This has created the problem in the life of colleague, friends, member of society & in certain cases close relative of the individual family.

 Ladies everywhere in the social environment of the world have not remained outside their thinking of Jealousy.

Ladies even household ladies have not been exempted from Jealousy. With this, we all are aware that a nuisance of jealousy has undertaken a life involvement in well many cases.

 Quite recent years right from the corporate sector to every human being, individual have realized that Jealousy may not give any reward & it may spoil the environment of which we all are time & parcel of the same.


With the subject of time events, & since quite good years that the jealousy has no that much importance in the life of individual & as such Jealousy has lost its significance & to me, it is strong in a teacup.

 With this as a human being, we have to phase & surmount where many problems of our life we have not to forget that we all have come with empty hands & also are to leave for our final journey under empty hand.

With this understanding & knowledge why to make our every day sweet for this we are aware that irrespectively of caste, creed & religion with our special norms of religion with our prayer & mediation we all can live comfortably by meeting the challenge of our mind & life.

For this very recently I have come across a young spiritual lady soul who have offered us a advice of our subconscious mind by imparting sermons 3 times day for which we have to start while getting up in the morning & also while going to bed for our sleep for this we have to silently speak to our conscious mind the following tips 5 times every day which will help us to solve every problem of our life .

Human Maturity

Everywhere in the world humans are judged by their contribution as a member of society however maturity cannot be determined on the map or any other level as it is an individual performance which can determine their action word of maturity.

For others it is a progressive development of the individual both in his career achievement or in another line of contribution even in social range can also be judged for the measurement of maturity by individual, knowledge of his performance & his intelligence may help to judge the maturity.

Our Maturity offers us the befitting action of our problems & if its solution is not reasonable, with our contemplation & thinking phase we can necessarily make the change in the action of our mistakes.


Mistakes are not for our deficiency but it is the way to move toward efficiency & as such, it is not advisable to quote the mistakes of our life in the above line & in t his case it is no use of crying over spilled milk.

Aging & Maturity is applicable to every professional personnel even including writers, with the passage of time our retirement age limit or in the case of professional personnel is depending on his health or another manner of thinking.

 

For the scientist, his activities remain with the mental process, analytical approach & concentrating his working & performance in laboratory

Aging comes & his considering on the AGE of individual person that place them in the old age categories. Old Age should not be criteria for Aging & Maturity as proper living habit play a very important our mind never gets tired it requires merely change.

 

 In such cases, in quite good insistence a person in any professional areas including writers even carry out the activities even after the age of 80 & above & their aging & maturity do not become the bar in the performance of their duty. With this maturity is an active process for every individual irrespective of his career & achievement process.

 It is the fact that every individual irrespective of professional career or any level of his activities he should be himself careful to view his maturity with he can do it independently without any bias or jealousy or any action process.

For every individual human maturity is to be perceived is to be observed very carefully & seriously as it covers the helpline of our individuality which is the basic foundation for our individual development.

 We are aware that maturity for every individual is not the same as it has its roots right from the young age involving a family contribution &their development & it is in this line the process of development may start.

For every individual, they have to take their own line of action as our mind, brain, & such other development of within are not the same.

 This is this individual scrutiny of their action & for which they have to carry out their introspection & make all the necessary changes in their development by improving their observation by study ,discussion with the friends & colleague & all such changes every individual can certainly make a progress in his life for the achievement & utmost advantage in human maturity is that which may not keep its roots of jealousy & such negative forums in their mind .

With this development, our individual growth with our family & social relation covering our career & our standing of development may certainly helpful for creating our individual image for our action of society.

To manage the affair of the company both in the private & public sector call for professional management under the planning controlling the finance management while reviewing at every sector & also for the periodic planning & performance of finance.


Risk Management to be controlled only at the company level instead of taking the recourse of financial sector with their necessary help for moving our management planning but to me, we have to take all requisite care before taking recourse to financial planning from outside agency.


Management to Man to Man the affairs of the company, organization whether small scale or large scale & even we can think also the manage the affairs even for the family group. We may go one step further than management is for our life also if we want to make in the line with the system & methods.

Stakeholder management why to think in the of stake when we wish to plan & to manage any matter for our good or even for the establishment we should not think of stakeholder management.

When we all have narrated the stakeholder management it is necessary to think for the expectation Management.

When we talk regarding the expectation it indicates hope, aspiration & positive result of our working & how can we tune the said aspect by viewing under stakeholder management.

When we have used the word stakeholder management it means we are planning to process & to go for the risk management & nothing more.

It means in totality such sort of management we are to think on for speculation, even for gambling & we may think for foul practice in the management by losing the moral code & ethics that Honesty is Best Policy in the business.

Risk Management may not be suitable for the management where it involves base on planning matter which includes store management, finance management, planning program in the company in the production range of activities for the company. If we carry out the management in the above line, it should have a measurement of management compass so that we can not overlook any important side of management.

For this program of management for the progressive channel of the company to be carried out by the expert management team who are to be in the board of director & who can conveniently plan & view for the future management program.

 If the company can plan its system, method, covering the entire function of the company from the product range, planning, finance & budgetary control including the best manpower scheme for carrying out the working of the organization it is very much certain that Risk Management may not have the placed in the management compass.
