Leadership in Organization
Any organization rest with 3 important pillars namely MAN -MONEY & MATERIAL & last but not the least is the control of this pillars in a scientific, systematic, & under the complete norms of professional mode.
To manage the affairs of organization it demands a dynamic leadership with his quality of mind, brain, approach, knowledge, the power of timely decision making to lead his team in a disciplined way.
The material is not the last line of the organization as it is the main function of the production department. Timely a requirement of the production while keeping in mind the requirement of fast moving items to be kept in mind so that the production cannot be delayed for such items.
As we have noticed that success of the organization calls dynamic leadership for which we are also to view the manpower which also remains & basic asset of our organization for this selection of manpower so to say candidate require a right type of candidate at right time.
