End of 2016- Entry 2017

End of 2016 is nothing but the passage of time we all have passed in the entire year forgetting the basic fact that Time & Tide wait for no more .

 For this basic fact we all are aware & every new year we all come out with our new faith ,belief ,trust , we all are deciding to start our New Year with all the hopes & aspiration with the belief & firm faith in Almighty so to say Our Creator.

With this we have started our life in the year to end & we all should honesty asked our conscious & also for our within that we have fulfilled the mission for which we have started have been fulfill in honest way .

 If this be the case we certainly to enter in NEW YEAR in a rosy mood .

With this we all have seen & weakness quite disturbing events in the year 2016 which have spoiled the environment of the world – the countries which are affected or even not but we has human beings have experienced a pain & sorry atmosphere .

We have noticed that accidents due to nature calamities ,Air clashes ,train & motor accident ,& even family who have planned to change in the life , while returning to their sweet home they came out with the accident with the death of entire family .

This is also the phase of destiny for which even though we have not directly affected for such sorry episode we have in a silent atmosphere to find that while a creator becomes so much unkind to his own children .

 Even our creator is also not happy as he said tears for the suffering of their own children . Our creator remain sorry not happy with the disturbance in the environment whether it is natural or human creation .

In the end of the year when a creator is not happy with us we have to find out in which way he should be happy this only for the action of our entire human beings so that they may beautify the environment of the world by there behavior ,holy action of their life .

 W e should not forget the fact whether we believe it or not but our destiny is bound to play his part both in positive & negative elements & for negative elements it depend only on us to make our creator happy by our performance & our holy deeds so that we may remain happy & also to make other happy .

For this for our NEW YEAR ENTRY we should make all the attempt with our deeds & action that our footsteps in our NEW YEAR bring to us all the happiness which we call for & whatever the status & standing we may have.

 Our status & standing will not come to our rescue if your destiny is not favorable & for this late all human beings with their conscious & honest deeds both from the within by keeping our divinity within us so that we may live happily ,peacefully ,under rosy feeling .

We are happy that we are entering in the NEW YEAR .

For the year we have passed I do not consider this as a death past as our past time may bring something new for the entry of the NEW YEAR. 

As indicated we are aware regarding the play of our creator & at the same time we should not ignore the planetary influence of the NEW YEAR 2017 where for & academic interest I touch the influence of slow moving planets namely JUPITER, SATURN ,& RAHU (DRAGON OF HEAD ) .

JUPITER to remain in VIRGO for the 9 months in the year, SATURN presently in Scorpio for about 27 days & will enter Sagittarius for 2 & half years & Rahu to remain in  LEO about 6 months & will enter in cancer the sign of Moon about 18 months .

 With this planetary influence the nature is to perform the part but we has human being with our prayer ,Meditation , few minutes breathing with under silent sitting certainly make our NEW YEAR peacefully & happily .

While writing this my prayer remain with you for all told happiness ,good health & prosperity of life.

 

 

 

 

 

HRD- The Lotus For Management

M3 ,The basic need  of the organization  covering MAN-MONEY – MATERIAL comprising part of the management for taking the responsibility of the organization .

The task of the management starts with the recruitment program to carry out the affairs of various areas for which it becomes the responsibility of the management to start with the up dated organization chart to have the clear standing of the organization itself .

Important part for recruitment is to select a right type of candidate for the right time so that the work of unit can go in a smooth manner . 

This is not ending as Management as to recruited various specialize person for different departments & also for  production units a right type of technical personnel .

With this for the management the task become comfortable but we all are aware that Manpower so to say employees of the organization are human beings all though they come for employment for the maintaining life of the family but at the same time they also need quite healthy & happy environment from the organization .

This become the responsibility of the management & the executive who has to see the working with the efficiency  range of the employees so that they may receive the satisfactory performance .

With this we have to see the human aspects & human relation within the organization .

The employees must receive a good working environment so that they may contribute in a positive manner .

 For this it becomes the duty of responsible member that the employees are happy they have any disturbing problem of the family for which while entering in the organization they should enter in smiling & joyful mode instead  of bringing their worries ,tension ,& frustration with them in their working time .

It is of HRD to see ,to observe & to find out in a very loving & kind manner the difficulties & problems of employees & help & guide them so that they may receive a smile on their face & with the satisfactory ,work power of employees it may bring not only the production range but also to change the environment of the organization .

 This may creates a good & worthy name of the company due to the nice & careful part of human relation department .

HRD is the present working environment in any areas is the must their human beings & the human relation come together with every part of the action . 

As we are aware that human beings & the relation their with are so much complex that it must have to tackle in a scientific mode , psychological touch , under the tone of power of prayer ,meditation ,& other related areas.

In the management it is the question between relation of employer & employees & any sort of derivation ,misunderstanding or a some sort of disturbance good system of HRD come to the rescue .

If not of way in the line with my experience & subsequent also an consultant for business firms & industries i have experience the feeling of individuals both in the working environment also in the personal life some mode of Worries, Tension & Frustration which may turn out their action in an not effective way & also its affects that efficiency .

After considering i have applied Astro holistic mode in the management compass & i have submitted my article under the caption '' Managerial success & planets which has been appreciated in the All India Astrological Conference .

In the present environment in the past i also touch the creation of will power ,faith ,& experiment of Meditation with have help the affected individual to remain calm & quiet in the midst of Worries ,Tension, &Frustration in their working environment ,in their personal life & also in their family disturbance problem .

 

With this sometimes back I have expressed my views for the management & HRD by also including my opinion for the management of Japan with their kind human related problem which I have taken liberty When i read the question all though i admit that it is not the answer of the question but i feel that my information regarding the Japanese during my earlier school days has inspired me that Japanese are certainly a good HRD

I refer to the incident which i came to know during school days that Japanese were taking lunch during this time one of person could not get the food according to his liking & taste he was leaving the place due  to this & in the meantime one of the Japanese show the person leaving without taking food they called him & allow him to sit with them & offer the food according to his taste .

While chit chatting when leaving the place the concerned person thank the Japanese heartier at that they told him that instead of offering the thanks when you meet your own friends & members at that time you may kindly talk to them that Japanese are hospitable person .

This remain during my childhood that how kind the people of Japanese are . 

After my experience at this stage i believe that Japanese are certainly human resource management thinking .

 This incident has recalled my childhood & it not out of the way I have touch this incident in the line with my observation .

 

 

 

 

Modern Electronic Compass

Magnetic compass is an accurate measurement record .

 In our present century we cannot afford to close our eye on scientific & technological development & electronic progressive development of our century .

Scientific development has placed & touched as to cosmic environment & our electronic development has help us to make our world small  ,our distant contact has become a game of minute . 

I am not conservative in my thinking but at the same time I value the divine gift for human beings where all the elements will remain in the outside of the world of universe are also with every human beings of the world .

Our Five elements are EARTH ,AIR,FIRE,WATER ,& SKY .

 This five elements which human beings which they can have can certainly perform development with the help of the mind ,brain , inner urge , divinity within us ,& last but not the least never ending invisible soul.

Our mind & brain have no limit . Our mind never gets tired ,mind remains our inspiring energy force for carrying our contribution as a human being & it is due to this light motion of our mind which have help us for all the development scientific ,technological & even our cosmic development .

This we as human beings have arrival on this earth to make our world more beautiful to live .

 We know that our electronic development is also due to the progressive development of mind of our human beings , & as such we are aware that all the creative energy & his development are the resulting forces of human beings .

Coming to the point of the development of electronic there is nothing wrong but human beings have placed the value & importance of our mind at a discount . 

With the help of calculated mobile & such other devices a small adding & subtraction we are  depending on electronic devices .

In the past one of my article I have given the example of Shakuntala Devi regarding her speed of calculation which is quite higher than our electronic devices .

Even during my earlier year of my service career I have an opportunity to remain for my working under senior manager executive , who used to carry out the  mistake of one sheet of figure with only under the observation with quite few minutes & with my first experience I remain quite surprised . 

Realizing the value & importance of our mind  by giving the importance of our mind what I personally observe that from small children to academic level students they are all the time working with their mobile ,with their messages & also for receiving the information .

It is not our feeling that school  going children by using computer in day to day their working & also for playing they are not making their mind mechanical !! .

This of course my personal opinion as I valued scientific development but not by ignoring the importance & capacity of our mind .

 I know with the help of our mind, one can visualize the far distance events with the help of spiritual ,prayer , & meditation .

We are aware that the final journey of great Yogi Yoganandaji it was difficult for Dr at USA to confirm his death it was only decided his final journey after the period of 21 days .

The main end of expressing my view are equally to give the importance of our mind by playing with the inner energy forces under divinity thru the conscious mind whereby we can contribute both in our working development & also in our inner progressive head way to make our life not only worthy but to pass moral vibratory energy force to make the world more beautiful to live .

 

 

 

Thinking-The way of our Life

When we start our morning our thinking starts suddenly as if the way of our life .

It is the thinking area of our performance which may help to start our life for our action .

 But it not merely the thinking process as it has its roots in our mind.

Our mind is a great energy force it never gets tired .

Its activities remain all the time working whether in our waking stage – our dream line – our silence sleeping process where it helps to keep our mind calm & quiet .

Our thinking line is our Life Line for which we are to carry out our activities of our day to day life together with our family & social responsibility . 

In this light our mind is not keep silent as it has  already nourished our thinking areas & thru our mind we are receiving inspiration ,guideline & even intuition .

This remain our faculty of our mind which helps to change our thinking thru our mind for placing us in a successive course of action .

 It is this development of our mind which help us to go on our successive path .

Our memory ,intelligence,& sometimes outstanding memory which may call a Genius remain the root of our thinking process thru our mind which offers us a helpline for our life to move towards worthy road .

When we are directing our action thru the thinking process , A question has been posed for Critical thinking & Creative thinking where  in  I have been inspired to express  my views in the said two areas for which I have given my thought & for which I have expressed my views reading as follows.

Our mind is a very powerful & energy forces . 

It is all the time 24 hrs working when we are in made we get up our dream starts & our mind is working . 

It does not take rest even in our waking  stage ,our mind offers us the thought for thinking .

Some time it become our routine exercise as it relate to our working & thinking environment .

While very often our mind brings new ideas thinking ,inspiration & some time sudden intuition & in this line some thing new comes up & it become our creative guideline & very often it may change our life in a very significant way which may help us to create a different standing .

Sometime our critical thinking help us to go for our introspection thru our critical thinking it offers a good guideline for our thinking process of our mind .

In this line i have expressed my views in above areas which i take liberty to reproduce to give justice to the question although it is my personal opinion .

Words -Critical thinking & creative do not go hand in hand .

In our action & regular flow of working environment very often our mind work under contract situation & for deciding the right course of action we come under the situation TO BE -AND NOT TO BE .

In the situation of such nature our mind works under critical thinking line & with concentration & careful analysis we can certainly the draw a line of demarcation for critical thinking process.

As to creative thinking  ,our mind accepts for our thinking in a right direction so as to help us to right type of decision at a right time.

Our mind is a key factor for all the time working in our activities & equally in our action for completing the requisite process .

With this our mind is also governed by conscious & subconscious mind within a divinity controlling the resulting flow of our action -Positive or Negative .

Management Compass

Management compass is an accurate & measurement of the performance or an organization covering various areas of Management  which may also help to offer the knowledge of Management to the members & staff of the organization .

This captioned has inspired me to carry out my study & observation of the top most managerial ,Personnel , both of foreign & Indian native in the line with my study I have come to the conclusion that Managers are born & not made . 

To this I was also inspired to make the light on my favorite subject of Astrology under the influence of 9 major planets  to which as back as 34 years I published my articles under the name ‘’ MANAGERIAL SUCCESS & PLANETS’’ which have help me to establish my name in the All India Astrological Conference  in Orissa in India .

Management  is very important area both for the private & public sector & to manage the said industrial sector the team of management have to look the performance of the organization just as watch Dog of auditors .

With this Management has an very high responsible to carry out the working performance in the line with organization chart which can be equally useful & important for the areas of production ,Planning , & Administrative wing .

With this organization must have a good training center for the various level of staff members & also the Management should take the advantage of various training program prevailing in the country so that the member of the staff can be fully equipped with their working system efficiently  & effectively .

Very recently I have come across the question reading  in the line with ‘’ How to motivate organization staff for knowledge Management ?. 

Very in I have expressed my views as follows which I feel & also serve the purpose of my article of Management compass .

Management has become wide area & they have to manage the affairs of the company so to say organization in the large interest . 

Knowledge of the staff is the basic essence for the organization their may be a technical wing besides their technical know how , the company has to manage the necessary training program for the technical staff so that they may have the knowledge on the administrative side for the man requirements .

The same is to for the administrative staff even though in administration areas they are special & expertise line of the administration so to say Finance , Legal, Personnel , Human Relation Security ,& such other important areas .

It is not possible for every different units they should be expertise in all the areas but certain important rules & system the other staff member should also knowing & company training program should manage in this direction for the betterment of working of staff.

Besides in the modern business trend they are   quite good ,short  training program in various important cities & selective staff member should be sent for program & after completion of the training they should ask for the report & in which mode he may be useful for the training receive by him.

In the above line ,the knowledge staff member may remain well balance for carrying out the responsibility for the organization. 

 

 

 

 

 

Self Confidence - The Master Key to our Journey

With our birth our journey start initial we find difficulties, struggle to move further on a path but every struggle offers us a guideline to select a right of course of our action it is with this our struggle of life starts.

With this - every struggle of life for our journey we learn our lesson & we become our teacher & also our students .

 This learning time of our journey of our life is very important as we have realize that LIFE IS NOT A BED OF ROSY ‘’.

Our earlier face of our journey has offered us guideline & inspiration to move our journey of life with success for moving toward our destination .

 As we are the master we have to select our   own path & while selecting our journey we have to be careful that we may not move towards wrong path.

 In selection of our journey of life if we have chosen a wrong path than till the end of our journey we find it difficult in the changing the path to our right direction.

With this struggle initial thinking for selecting the right course of action of our journey we have to be careful that with every phase of life.

 we have to select a right course of action with contemplation with well   chosen path so that we may move in right direction .

 For this we all are fortunate that we all have a mind  ,brain inner urge ,& divinity within us .

 This  are the four pillars which help us to show the right path of our journey of our life.

For this we have to cultivate Self Confidence with a strong will power so that any difficulties & number of problem we may required to face ,we can meet with our self confidence & will power so that we may move towards the successful path of our journey . 

In this line of a very rosy picture we should not forget that we are human beings with quite good fallacy in our mind which come in the action of our life.

Our temperament ,our pride ,Our Anger ,Our Ego ,Our Jealousy may come all the time of direction of our action & due to this we are not in position to receive a right result of our action & this creates a negative result moving our journey to a non selective path .

 With the result we miss the train of our journey .

Self Confidence relates to our mind which cost for determination self will ,with a will power for which with a working environment .

whatever  we have gather in our life should become a light for us & for this we have to cultivate our mind thru will power with the help of Meditation ,Silent sitting ,& whatever the concentration we are practicing may be a Prayer or any other chosen path it will certainly help us to move in right direction of our journey .

We know we all are human beings & we are not aware  that when our journey is going to end as it is not in our hand ,it is a part of our destiny & for every action of our life we have to carry out under ‘’WORK IS WORSHIP’ ’as our journey is very much uncertain & not in our hand.

It is desirable that when we have created & established a full faith in our journey let us believe that with our birth we start our action & our life also end with our actions .

 It is therefore necessary with a divinity within us we should move our action for our journey in a right path by considering our career & Motto of our life . 

It is the fact that for our action we all receive the result of fruits which may be positive or otherwise which may subsequent return to us as a fruits of our previous lives may be positive or negative.

Our life is a God ‘s given gift & we should make a worthy of our life to make our journey fruitful & peaceful .

Our Journey -The pathway thru Psychology verse Spiritual

We are all born equal but journey of our life is not certain & not in our hand.

 Besides the standing of every individual does not in any way comparable giving the different resulting fruits of their action .

This may be due to the nature of temperament ,behavior ,character,& zeal of the life.

 We are equally aware that human beings have different traits positive & negative it is the symptoms of traits in which mode human beings are to place their life for their journey .

With this we have to believe in certain circumstance their life is not a bed of rosy .

 With this let me frankly admit that it is not negative approach of life .

It depends on every individuals in which mode they have to spread the rosy fragrance not only with the member of family but also with the social surrounding .

We all know that we all are architect of our own fortune at the same time we have to salute Napoleon in his words ‘’ IMPOSSIBLE IS A WORD TO BE FOUND IN THE DICTIONARY OF FOOLS’’ .

 It is this inspiration which may help individual to take a right shape of their life . 

For certain individual with their negative traits it the change their attitude of the mind with the main end of the life ‘’CORPORATE  WITH THE INEVITABLE’’.

For such individuals psychic tech & spirituality will certainly help them to make their life worthy .

Civil Society -The master key to Our culture

Civil Society is not restricted to a particular groups or particular areas. 

Civil Society reflects the civilization & this reflects the moral codes & human being for entire world. 

Civil environment is nothing but the reflection of the civilization & civilization is not particular for certain human beings but it rests with the total humanity as a whole.

We know that civil society has a reference to the entire human beings irrespective caste creed & religion .

 When we refer religion it has a base on fore main principle namely  ,TRUTH, RELIGION,PEACE,LOVE.

 All incarnates who have blessed the entire human beings has accepted the said moral codes for establishing virtuous in the life of every human beings so that they may accept the moral course with the firm faith in their respective incarnates so to say GOD which can be reflected only in LOVE that is ‘’GOD IS LOVE & LOVE IS GOD’’.

With this civil society remains the master key to culture & when we will have a reflection on the base of the culture it is nothing but the involvement of LOVE among entire human beings . 

The world LOVE is merciful ,kind creating our mind & brain the very too respective words of remain the inner energy force of our mind & brain which all the time remain with the tune of our within & heart.

When every human beings listen to the tuning sound of their heart just started with morning & also in evening ,their days become a pleasurable sign of Joy & Wisdom spreading the fragrance  among the social fabrics & culture of the society .

When we refer to the civil society I wish to avoid the negative elements of thinking part of our civil culture for which certain percentage of human beings work in their negative direction which is destroying the very basic purpose of civilization .

Whether we like it or otherwise we have unfortunately to accept them as a necessary evil .

Due to their environment created mind such human beings the very basic purpose of natural environment of beauty of nature may create a dismal picture in the society with the result we as human beings remain the suffers of happy & peaceful environment of living in our working action & peaceful atmosphere in our family & the society .

This is the fact of our life for every human beings which we all have witnesses in every surroundings of our world .

Although we have accepted such negative elements as necessary evils we should cooperate & live with this atmosphere without losing our faith of our within ,willpower ,last but not the least supremacy of the nature & god.

Our creator remains our protector & if we all up live by keeping firm faith in the line with god will we are certainly to get & receive the kind full grace which may certainly help to show the divine light for our life which is applicable to entire human beings & certainly we can say the civil society –The master key to our culture for our peaceful living & happiness of our life .

Pride deprives Humanity

Man are born equal but we all bring with us the resulting fruits of our previous lives- Positive & Negative .

 Due to this temperament of individuals differ from one another even nature ,intelligent ,understand also play equally an important part .

Last but not the least family traits ,inheritance ,environment in the family take recourse to individual in their growth ,development  & behavior forming part in the childhood.

For human beings the nature traits remain are action of life ,anger ,-greed-attachment & pride creating an ego in the development of the career & life line .

 At the same time quite good virtuous mode in the life of the human beings take shape to make their life worthy so that member associated with them not only receive a fruitful guideline but also a pleasurable environment in their mist of their association .

We all have witness & heard a rise & fall up empire .But why to talk this even the two world war have not change their attitude & behavior of quite many human beings in the world .

Besides the wisdom & holy arrival of incarnates for quite good centuries have also not established merciful atmosphere in the world.

Lord Rama ,Lord Krishna, Gautama Buddha  Prophet Paigamber Saheb  Mahavir Swami, Lord Jesus Christ ,quite good human beings have failed to follow their guideline & wisdom for establishing a peace in the world .

The main good course is the creative action of pride & environment among quite good human beings . 

The main evil effect of the pride among the individual are their ego ,jealously ,& the temperament of an anger make such human beings totally different from others ,the creation of disturbing the peaceful atmosphere in the world.

Apart from this we as human beings live in our family & social atmosphere with our working environment for our action of our life .

The very nature of pride remains in our mind ,brain , creating an disturbing elements within us .

 For this due to this nature in every of our action we create a feeling of prejudice among the persons coming in our contact including the members of our family .

Our life is a gift as we know the uncertainty of our life for which our main aim of our life is to establish a surrounding humanity in our environment so that we all may live with pleasure & peaceful atmosphere . 

As human beings do not agree that pride is necessary evil in the life of human beings .

 It is the pride whatever the achievement we have made for our uplift may be in professional career just as medical legal education ,authors ,Management fortunes ,& even political areas ,our standing due to our pride not only creating prejudice among the person who come in our life due to the professional career ,the very pride deprives our humanity as a worthy human beings.

We should not forget that our life journey is for a limited span of our life & in this light we should try & mode our life in a virtuous pathway so that we may leave our journey in a happy atmosphere.

  Our pride takes away from us quite good qualities of our standing & at that time  we forget the fact that ‘’FRAME IS A FOOD THAT DEAD MEN EAT’’.

 

 

Children - Our Light for Parents

The following verdict of Ezra Taft Benson from USA has attracted my attention & has inspired this publication titled Children – Our Light for Parents.

"Our parents deserves our honor & respect for giving us life itself. Beyond this they almost always made countless sacrifices as they cared for & nurtured us through our infancy & childhood provided us with the necessities of life & nursed us through physical illnesses & the emotional stresses of growing up."

Arrival of child, parents consider a blessing – a joy & pleasure for the life. Initial stage for the parents it becomes pleasure, joy & inner inspiring way for the future becoming a light for the parents.

Light is the very nice hope of parents but it demand tremendously responsibility with all the timely action so that light may remain light & it may not remain a chance to get the light dim. 

For this as we all know that face is the mirror & for this for our children in childhood , with our behavior, action, temper, our children gets affected by their moral sentiment & emotion which can be always on their face & in such cases parents must take utmost care by changing the environment of the children by changing their face into smile.
This may gets an everlasting impression for the children.

With the passage of time, where the children moves toward schooling at the primary stage, responsibility of parents become too fold in the sense that earlier stage of their schooling may help the parents to review their interest in their subject & besides parents should know their extra other activities just as sport, Music, dance, painting, & the related interest.

It appears at the first sight a very simple inning for the development of the children but parent have to honesty admit in their working environment their social involvement, their success,& working environment whether they are in position to spend the time for their children & also to find a specific time so that they may sit happily & smiling with their children.
This is the very important phase  both for the children & parents. 

When the children grow up for the secondary & higher studies with all the background which we have offered as a part of our responsibility to keep the everlasting light whether this may remain a symbol of permanency .
As this is the stage for the children in which mode they have to grow & maintain their standing in the light of the environment which their parents have showered on them by spending their loving important time of their life.
Children should be called the contribution of their parents in the early phase of their life.

Medical specialization should feel a graceful that they have been given to serve the human beings . 

Persons approach ,Doctors for their health problems in their special areas patients come to them with a very high hopes & aspirations with the firm faith in their Doctors.

It is at the same time that Doctors while considering their fees for the patients Doctor should first take care while talking with the patient or his family with all the sympathy & loving care so that their worries,& tension make get reduced in their inner hopes of recovery .

After this Doctor should explain the patients regarding the health & give them hopes for the necessary recovery & afterwards Doctor should ask for their fees.

With this patients remain under a care of doctor with all the hopes he has initial receive which may also help the doctor & also the patient for the speedy recovery .

Psychology deals with Mind & as such it relates to our self ,may be called as I ‘’ with which all our activities with the universe are focused . 

In this line Mind & self conscious are interchangeable terms.

With the Mind ,one can visualize every thing with the universe so to say can become part & parcel with the universe .

 However there are certain inner force through which one can experience with the same but can not see the said force .

 This may for our purpose termed as other Mind – one s’ unconscious mind ,the control of which would help us to govern ourselves.

With this back ground ,it is clear that the control of the Mind makes the life worthy of living ,It is the other Mind which has guided our Philosopher ,our saint ,our Rishis  to the extent that they can conveniently play with the cosmos or force which are created by human being & Nature .

Every human being is endowed with this Mysteries called ‘’ Mind behind the Mind’’ ,the use of which can give an astonishing power visa – vis .

Genius of Man – For e.g. the computerized    speed in calculation of Shakuntala  Devi .

Healing : ----- To cure the patient where medical science has failed .

Hypnotism : --- To observe the spectacular  result which are difficult to understand with the ‘’ Mind ‘’.

Destiny & Fortune

Destiny & Fortune remain the coin of the same side but it does not necessary mean that they remain equal & are parallel in their functional group .

 When we are  talking regarding destiny it does not necessary mean that we have to depend on it & sit with fore headed hands.

Our destiny all the time demand our action which in order to take the result in the line with our working & thinking we have to carefully plan & carry it out with the help of the our Mind & Brain .

 Whether we like or otherwise we have to sit calmly & quietly for few minutes as a part of our concentration & listen to the inner voice of our within .

It is in this line we may receive the resulting fruit of our destiny in our favorable path but at the same time for our destiny , our fortune also should favor us .

  We may feel that while destiny & fortune should get mixed up whether believe it or not our destiny depends on the resulting force of our fruits of the journey of our previous lives.

 It is due to this all human being are equal but with the rest ,Caste ,Creed,& Religion they are different due to the fact that their traditional intake differ from individual to individual with this the early development of the family environment also plays an effective role in our life & in due of this we find the human beings with different temperament & traits .

It is due to this even though individual in the career development &standing all the initial go hand in hand but there fortune differs quite in different mode this is due to the part of the destiny resulting the energy force of the  previous life.

With this , my favorable line of Astrology just inspired me to think about presidential election of USA as in earlier stages it was not possible to think the result of the positive winner .  

Subsequently we all have observe that among the electorate ,it appear there was a game of hide & seek deciding who can be winner of the presidential post .

 I don’t have any birth line of winning president but in the line of his birth date of 14 June  1946 , certain inspiration came to my mind as a part of my observation . 

   Present planetary position of Lord Jupiter is in Virgo & in his birth chart Jupiter also remain in the Virgo  the second house of his birth chart Leo as an ascendant .

As Jupiter being in 2 nd house , after his election his speech remain a full of wisdom ,hope,& aspiration .

 I do not desire to make my inspiring comment for want of full data however I may touch only for my guideline that he may be require to pass the problems which may turn out to be a challenging work .

For final changed shape of losing election of presidential post of Mrs Hillary Clinton born in 26 Oct 1947 , I have no detailed information of  her birth date but with little inspiration presently the Lord Sun is not passing a favorable signal & besides Lord Jupiter has not extended her helping hand .

With this we are observing that how destiny & fortune play unexpected result in our life . 

I may add at this stage that our Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra  Modiji has taken the unexpected decision to curb the currency note of Rs 500 & Rs 1000/-  ending the said notes in permanent   currency  this will mar the fortune of quite many .

I wish to add in my article Destiny & Fortune regarding the working environment rise & fall of standing person also person suffering from various ailments which if the opportunity comes ,I may take the same in my future line .

 

 

 

Behavior

We are born equal as human beings & our identity is known & recognized only thru parents the first standing of our life is only coordinate with our parents & our childhood environment & the family atmosphere only rest for our formation of our life culture behavior & also the way for the road of our discipline .

With the passage of time in our behavior ,our schooling education also plays a quite good part as students among different family & culture join with us as co student & in quite good cases is to companion & friendship for our sharing the views ,our pleasure,& enjoyment together.

This is of course very much common every where in our school education period .

 It is time factor which also to be considered as a period for the development of students .

 Students may receive an opportunity to select a choice of their liking for different areas of the subject Vis-a Vis  ,Literature ,Science ,Mathematics , History ,& such other areas of their liking .

In the line with the school education system after completion of this period of higher level of education ,development of school education ,trainee ,discipline ,behavior ,& the knowledge gained by them in their respected areas are to play a very important part in the college ,graduation & Post graduation level for their selective choices  are to decide the future career of the development with the discipline ,moral code of ethics  with they have form during their students career.

With all positive grits we have narrated it is not necessary that all the students in their study career move towards the same line as it becomes difficult to draw a line of demarcation .

For the student in their progressive career where we are forgetting the fact that Men is influenced by company he keeps.

 It is this environment which remains the part with the student for their behavior ,character ,moral code of conduct ,& ethics ,honest approach of the Life for which such individuals for their career development their life approach even with the influence of their natural behavior in the family are all to together a different form their other colleagues.

We all are aware that our behavior – full of conduct & ethics ,temperament ,Honest code of our behavior from the within ,are all we are to become an create the formation for our social fabrics which we can make our surrounding & society every where worthy to live .

Astrology - Divinity

Astrology has become the way of life in the sense that it has become suddenly the way of my learning message as back as more than 5 decades back & with this on the next day when I started referring first time a book on the Astrology that I become very surprised that I known the basic principle of this great subject & afterwards I have study quite good areas & for my official line I thought that I should place the subject in the Management compass.

In my study I have observe that this subject should not be viewed in fast manner by studying the birth chart of the native . 

To me profession career can maximum examine about 3 birth chart . 

In the sense that while studying the birth chart we require concentration  ,silently view mental picture of the birth chart of interpretation of planets & in course of time with regular study ,prayer ,meditation ,we may get a power of intuition & if this be the case our forecast may receive a positive result .

Under my study & in the past for my writing on the subject of Astrology , I was invited to represent in the All India Astrological Conference ( Not attended – merely submitted my paper ). 

 After my experience of my study I have come to conclusion that the interpretation of planets rest  with our karma & so to say our action for which we have with us the resulting fruits of our previous lives & that is why for the native in this subject Divinity play a very important part it rest with the theory of Karma .

For this I have every vision to believe my said ideas for which I wish to start with the native born as TWIN for which the birth  star of both the TWIN remain   totally same .    

      In one of my writing giving the ref but just to recollect that there has been very vast difference of both the brother one become a orthopedic surgeon & another become graduate expired few years back.

I observe that two team girls both a difference personality ,both are smart & intelligent one has study in computer science & another commerce graduate.

Another examine of twin both are enjoying the life up to 15 years of age & after wards both had lost their eyes they are intelligent & have contribute in area of the studies blind literature.

As we know the birth chart indicates the rise of prosperity but they are certain yoga in the birth chart where they receive down fall in their life . 

For this every human being in their working environment should keep their mind balanced & thru control of the mind so that they should avoid mistake in their action .

Whatever may be our working environment we should take recourse to power of prayer ,Meditation , & certain silent practice in the 15 minutes time before we go for our activities & before going to bed at night we should follow the similar practices. 

With the result that our mind & brain both work in calm & quite manner even for taking important decision for our life this may help us to avoid long & hasty decision in our working environment .

This would also help us not only to keep us a calm & quite in day to day life & may help us to get free from our WORRY –TENSION - & FRUSTRATION . 

It is up to us to keep our life healthy so that we may live happily & peacefully .

 With this when we are writing the subject on Astrology , with our life the death is certain & not in our hand . 

It may visit us at any time  for our final journey for which we do not have any control as it is a part of destiny .

In Astrology the planetary influence of death always represent but very often difficult to planetary time of the death exactly . 

We observe quite many days due to accidents even for the native may not get excepted .

 I myself was disturbed the scientist Dr Bhaba of Atomic energy died in plane crash ,Besides we all have notice the family decided to go & to visit pilgrim or any picnic spot why returning they with accident some time the life of entire family remains no more .

 In such cases we have to agree that it is a destiny which control our life ( due to our KARMA  at the same time we should not sit merely with our fore headed hands & we should carry out our action ) .
