HRD- The Lotus For Management
M3 ,The basic need of the organization covering MAN-MONEY – MATERIAL comprising part
of the management for taking the responsibility of the organization .
The task of the management
starts with the recruitment program to carry out the affairs of various areas
for which it becomes the responsibility of the management to start with the up
dated organization chart to have the clear standing of the organization itself
.
This is not ending as Management
as to recruited various specialize person for different departments & also
for production units a right type of
technical personnel .
With this for the
management the task become comfortable but we all are aware that Manpower so to
say employees of the organization are human beings all though they come for
employment for the maintaining life of the family but at the same time they
also need quite healthy & happy environment from the organization .
This become the
responsibility of the management & the executive who has to see the working
with the efficiency range of the
employees so that they may receive the satisfactory performance .
For this it becomes the duty of responsible member that the employees
are happy they have any disturbing problem of the family for which while
entering in the organization they should enter in smiling & joyful mode
instead of bringing their worries ,tension
,& frustration with them in their working time .
This may creates a good & worthy name of
the company due to the nice & careful part of human relation department .
As we are aware that
human beings & the relation their with are so much complex that it must
have to tackle in a scientific mode , psychological touch , under the tone of
power of prayer ,meditation ,& other related areas.
With this sometimes back I have expressed my views for the management & HRD by also including my opinion for the management of Japan with their kind human related problem which I have taken liberty
I refer to the incident
which i came to know during school days that Japanese were taking lunch during
this time one of person could not get the food according to his liking &
taste he was leaving the place due to this & in the meantime one of
the Japanese show the person leaving without taking food they called him &
allow him to sit with them & offer the food according to his taste .
While chit chatting when
leaving the place the concerned person thank the Japanese heartier at that they
told him that instead of offering the thanks when you meet your own friends
& members at that time you may kindly talk to them that Japanese are
hospitable person .
This incident has recalled my childhood & it not out of the way
I have touch this incident in the line with my observation .
