What a great festival Sri SAI & Shree Rama both on the same day to offer every one of us the grace thru our prayer.
With this Sai Baba came in my life more than 60 years back thru his divine grace 
Saint & seers came in my life. With my prayer & devotion, I have been inspired to write a publication of SAI Baba as Shirdi Sai Baba -Alive & in a very humble mode, I may humbly add that my first publication of Sai Baba Alive has been viewed by 3500 readers of different countries & with this I wonder with my short eye vision problem I will be a position to complete my publication of Shirdi Sai Baba . With this however due to my care loving daughter Leena for which I have carried out my publication in the areas of Management, Humanity & writing of philosophy which have been viewed by 71000/- as on today for different countries of readers. In line with the International program.
With this, today been an auspicious day my prayers are with all the members for receiving the grace & blessing of SAI BABA & also Lord Shree Rama. With this prayer, my blessings & grace to my divine master may remain with every one of you 

Present trend of Human Movement

With the arrival on this earth, the movement starts for every human being of the world. For the movement, we may also mention that it even appraise to Animal kingdom.

 The movement is important as it has a reflection for action for every human being of the world. As the action is the root cause of every human being it becomes certainty important for the growth & development of human beings.

For this & the movement for human beings, we have to start with the arrival of every human being on this earth. We all are aware that our entry starts with our birth & with this the movement of the child starts.

 With this, we cannot afford to close our eyes on loving care of the mother with a smiling movement for approaching her loving arrival.

The mother takes care of the child with the movement as the learning process for the child reach subsequent becomes the action for the child.

 When the child grows up its movement start with the primary school & subsequently with the age & passage of time the movement of the child starts with the action of his future code this may be the important part of the movement for the action.

Movement & action go hand in hand & it is this stage that the human being of the world is carrying the action of their life plan this appears to be very rosy & sweet but in observation everywhere in the world for the human being appear to be in well many cases observe with smile & tears.

It is the reaction of our mind & brain with remain & help us for the movement of our action of the life  & this action according to the nature of movement & action remains the cause of smiles & Tears.

Smile & Tears are both for human & animal kingdom but for the human being it is the creation of their mind force with the action is the cause of happiness, misery, & unhappiness.

 In every society of the world human beings are not the same with the action, temperament, their deeds, their behavior, & nature are not the same & this may create a problem of life due to the mind, brain, & related activities.

We know & we are aware that our arrival on this earth is also the resulting fruits of our various past lives, which are the created energy of our action in the positive & negative norms & the action against the negative norm create the disharmony for the individual their family & the society at large. The birth of the certain human being is for creative destructive elements will disturb the element of violence cause of War life killing of the number of the innocent person.

This is the fact of the life which we have been observing quite from the creation. It is only human beings for which they have to change their action for the betterment of life.

 It is our creator which they send the divine master periodical so that the human beings can run the principle of moral code & ethics thru the line of religion, prayer, Meditation & such other gifts our creator has offered to us  & this depend on the entire humanity of the world in which mode they have to create their action for himself for the family, society, & subsequent to the action of entire surroundings.

The negative action of quite many human beings also disturb the natural environment.

 We have to respect our creator for offering us the sun & moon, the resulting force of our creative action by causing day & night for our movement for the action of our life.

 The unhealthy atmosphere even our holy environment & the nature for creating disturbance in the form of a cyclone, earthquakes & all the natural calamities related which are disturbing energy of the nature creating an elimination of human beings, animal kingdom & natural environment of the beauty of nature.

 It is the movement & the action which may either resulting in creative a rosy fragrance or otherwise of the same.

 

 

Diversity in Management - Business Organization

In our cultural  Management may not afford to carry out his activities in isolation they have to be a part by remaining in competition range in the form of working environment satisfaction of employees ,training group for within the area & for other managerial personnel in different departments have to be sent for training even outside the range also .

Whatever the nature of Management compass in our present age every management has to formulate the policy which can be viewed by the clients, by the shareholders & also correlates with the reputation & culture in the business environment.

With this management has to create & impression both within & outside that Honesty is the best policy even in the management groups. Management has to involve with well many employees of various areas including the man labor working force.

In this line, all the members must feel that they are not merely employees of the organization but are the family group of the management.

By creating this environment the company has already created his image in the respective line.

However it is not only enough that management has to offer the training to the deserving employees right from the labor force to the higher office areas not only within the range of training center of company but view to the competition in the business line, the employees if necessary should be sent to the various management institute for the training program .

This may also help them to offer their initiative interest & to keep their concentration only with this company instead of thinking of joining another group for employment. 

Another important line for the management is for the development of human relationships in the organization.

This may help to avoid any misunderstanding among employees & where the relationships within the department get disturb human relation may play a very important part.

In the above light , management has created a cultural environment within the company , which has also an effect ,for the competitive groups where the employees of every level work with the team & also creating a team spirit to make the growth & the development of the company in a respectable position & this is the way for the cultural formation for the Management .

For every organization with its management have to carry out the responsibility not for their unit only but also they have to accept the competitive range as we are living in competition not for the area only but due to the scientific & technological development with the transport facilities new research variation & business conferences in the national & international group may certainly help us to carry out our business performance in a competitive range. 

 It is in this line Management has not to remain satisfied with their unit even though if it is profitable but in the line with the competitive range they should find out the other product which may be also in the line with their business units.

This would certainly help the range of competition & with the good advertisement they may also find their new customers which may help to increase the products, the revenue, & ultimately the profit of the business.
