Management is to manage the affairs of entire unit or  the organization for meeting the need & charter of the organization .

The success of any organization rest with the management who has with them the affairs of the financial magnitude under the profitability of the unit concern .

Management has to carry out their assignment totally in professional line as they have to maintain the human relation with the employees of every categories so that they may fill that they are not merely employees of organization but they are the part of the  unit .

Customers are kings for the corporate world so to say they are an assets of the company as it is only through them the company fulfills both function of Demand  & Supply.

If this works out successfully the organization as a whole with the shareholder of the company may create the image of the organization under a ‘’ Well reputed Company’’.

 

Blindness

Blindness is a weakness of vision & unfortunately the sufferers are not in a position to see the god s' creation & beautiful world around them .

But with their sufferings they are human beings with a mind ,head ,heart with their inner energy force of divinity with them & they have contribute much more in an influence survey than our fortunate person who have their vision .

We all know well that blind person have contributed in the field of music & have become a music director .

We all are aware regarding the contribution of Helen Keller who was blind & deaf .

I do not want to express any more for such unfortunate person as i know regarding the contribution in science Mathematics & such areas for which i submit here with few names 

1 Jacob Bolotin  -USA    2 Gustaf Dalen - Sweden  3 Leonhard Euler - Switzerland .

Even with blind eyes there are quite few whose contribution is much more than visionary person. 

It is equally fact that all though blindness is curse for the sufferers but they are also fortunate enough to have the grace of a creator which help them to open the various function of our mind & intelligence & thou the sub conscious mind & the inner divinity forces they may contribute not for their own self but they part the same to our social fabric .

It is also the subject matter of research as whether blindness is the outcome of inheritance or it should be considered as a matter of destiny .

When the question of destiny comes I always feel that it may be due to the resulting action of that previous lives which interested followers may view the zodiac  planetary influence at the time of birth were by one can generally visualized that such native may be the visionary problems of his eyes .

Examples are not unknown that twin brothers lost their eyes after their age of about 16 to 18 years at the short time interval period for losing their eyes .

We are aware that the life of such cases become miserable but in certain cases when we have observed the contribution in the academic field ,music ,dance,& even practicing the medicine  as  DR we find that divinity within us remains  the powerful energy force for every human beings to make our life line worthy to live .

 

 

Harmony

Harmony ,extremely useful word in our dictionary creating the reflection of an environment which is totally harmless moving towards healthy atmosphere everywhere individuality -for family ,for our social fabrics & last but not the least when technological & scientific development has placed every human beings in the fast moving plan as the world has become smaller & the mobility is extremely fast.

With this the entry of HARMONY among the members of our family is the place of ''SWEET HOME''  as it creates an atmosphere of pleasure ,enjoyment ,sentiments & feeling for each other ,harmonious cooperation in every line in the life of the member of family .

It is this atmosphere that members live in accordance & with the agreement fully so that disharmony of any nature including disputes can be avoided .

With this the environment of harmony as a total reflection of the overall society ,with may inculcate  feelings among the members not only to live in harmonious mode but to live as a member of family .

This will certainly create a social group as a one family .

Harmony creates an environment with all the time a pleasing note & pleasurable & happy entry in every surrounding part whether it is an office-factory -industries -Tourism & other such related areas .

To me the word HARMONY  has such rosy fragrance among every individual which have a direct code of living with the feelings ,understanding ,mutual love & friendship .sympathy, goodwill ,conformity with each other ,unanimity ,creating & total unity among every where creating an atmosphere of Peace the need of the present Age.

I have express my views which is the part of own line & with this if our attitude ,approach ,judgment for our associated members & for others for our own condition for or life for establishing a happy & healthy relation ,we have to create harmonious environment outside that tune of our mind.

We are aware that we have to come across members with a different temperament ,attitude,& other mode of their life living practice ,in such cases it becomes inconvenient to tune with our mind with those environment .

If this may be case for establishing our relation & association with such nature of person we have to be more practical & without disturbing our peace of mind we have to keep our relation little at arms length so that they may not perverse their mind for their working association with us so that our harmony with such people may not collide  with us .

Harmony atmosphere is must for a healthy environment & with our cordial relation with our sub conscious mind ,there is every possibility that we may marvel & tune with harmonious line with others

 

Universities Mission-A Temple of Knowldege

University is a temple of knowledge where systematic approach ,discipline ,system ,methods remain the basic need of the students who are to be future citizen of the entire world as with the technological & scientific development the world has become a smaller place even for our mobility .

Of course it may not be practicable in the present scientific age but it is my feeling that student starting their first period of study ,it will work under the congenial environment if the students starts initial few minutes silent time for prayer .

Prayer for any religion is a healthy practice for every human beings as it may help to nourish the healthy environment for the progressive development of the life.

Student are in their young age they grasp the situation very conveniently & obediently to accept the views & required methods .

Universities mission does not end with imparting teaching & also experimenting   the outcome of research process in the laboratory to the students .

University should prepare the ground floor for  students  to prepare for the healthy life ,creating a healthy mind .

For this university camp must have ground for students to play for the sport both indoor & outdoor games .

Besides regular system of debating performance to arrange in the university covering various faculty & in order to establish an unification just as human relation program university join hands with the different universities in the areas & for their relation they should also arrange a debating favor with the student of different universities .

This practice is needed for the young student entering in the university .

Another program just as of BRAIN TRUST also should arrange  under the different faculties of the university which may help students to prepare for the program .

With this it is the university with their learning process for the student may help them to carry out the mission so that the out entry of world citizen from university not only made play the fruitful part for their career development but also their contribution may turn out to be fruitful for the family ,for the society & in their working environment .

With this we have noticed & observed that university has to carry out the function & to change the methods & tech of the working environment in light of the fact that the responsibility of the university is not merely to equip the student for the degree to PhD level but at the same in the line of modern technological & scientific development which has place their footstep on the cosmic environment with the entry of planet MOON  ,offering the students with the important planet of the SUN & MOON ,its influence on the universal atmosphere & for the students who are contributing in areas of science have to view the influence of the both planets on the individual development of progress as both are the important planets in our working of our life.

We all are born equal .Our CASTE,CREED,& RELIGION come to the picture only after our arrival on this earth & our parents remain identity of our religion .

We know that our creator is our mother & outcome of our arrival is due to biological existence .

If we are allergic to world GOD do not keep the same his holy identity with us & in our mind .

We have to think the existence of creating though 5 elements & cosmic environment & also with our mother earth with his creation the entire natural environment have offer us the place of universe the household of every humanity  & every human races with the entire world.

With this we have to think regarding the creation & which name we wish to GOD .

 We have also not to forget the fact the 5 main elements which remain the creation of the entire cosmic forces & the universe ,the said 5 elements remain within us.

We have to ask our question that we all born equal, why we have a different energy forces .Our appearance ,our knowledge ,our intelligence ,our individual development ,our opportunities & well many factors for development differ .

Instincts are not unknown why certain children including individual come out with the knowledge of encyclopedia.  

We have to think why there is so much differences ,variation ,including the temperament of human beings it is up to us in which way we have to understand our GOD & if we are allergic the world GOD .

Pl live your life within yourself & find the solution of every thing of our life & be con tempted of our arrival as ultimately we all have to move towards the cremation ground which is the ultimately end of our life for every of us & also of which the period of departure regarding our age is not in our hand.

When we have viewed our line of thinking in the belief of existence of God we have to find the solution by seriously thinking regarding our approach to the tune with GOD & if we are for this a right way of direction .

We have also to think that with the name of our creator ‘’GOD’’ whether our mind in order to find out the answer thinks in a respectable way to find the solution of existence of GOD.

With this I do not to wish harp on this subject as I wish to leave at the description of an individual only . 

With this to me God is Omni potent ,Omni present & Omni scent .He is a creator of entire race in our universe without the support of his grace ,we all are aware that in which mode we observe the negative elements focusing on our earth .

It is of course a man  made creation for which human beings have come out in with their  negative elements & traits  which have Vitiated that atmosphere & the environment of the atmosphere of the different region of the world.

Our creator in order to teaches the value of our life ,he disturb the nature environment in the form of calamities, of various nature.

 In the interest of overall humanity  ,individual should become modest ,kind hearted, merciful ,for their working action which may pave the way to the peaceful environment .

We should believe God as God is nothing but the fragrance of LOVE  & as such we have to say that GOD IS LOVE & LOVE IS GOD .

 

 

 

 

Values of Life-Divinity

Value is a light for every human beings. For us value calls for feeling ,sympathy ,honesty ,integrity ,sincerity ,kindness loving nature ,& such other related areas which every human beings have to retain with them which will certainly help the members of family fellow beings at the time of the need.

Hope & spirituality must have an umbrella of FATE to create the fate within us it calls for spirituality .

Spirituality is not an easy practice it calls for sincere approach the controlling of mind with the silent zone of concentration & if we believe in religion practice we can also take the recourse of power of prayer & meditation with the controlling effect of breathing for short duration .

To me it also helps the power of inspiration & intuition with our prayer & with our calm & quite mind we experience the spiritual environment which we can viewed in our prayer & very often the light of our surroundings AURAS .

With this development it can help us for our faith & distant healing for the sufferers in the serious ailments & serious disease which may help the sufferers for that hope &aspiration in their mind for their speedy recovery under their treatment either of physician & surgeons.

The healing process works in marvelous way in quite good major disease   for which patients receive quite good satisfaction in their mind with the resulting positives hopes .

We all are human beings with a divinity within us covering the storage of mind of our previous lives   ,Our HEART,& SOUL to protect our life . 

With this   our life is a gift of our creator & it becomes the duty of every human beings that we should endeavor & individual & practice to make our life worthy to our arrival on this earth.

The said task is difficult & not built of rosy as we have to be all the time conscious & also to contemplate  so that we may not deviate from our chosen path .

But as already indicated & also to understand the value of life within divinity with us  ,it is a fact rather unfortunate that we can observe & find the human beings every where in our total surrounding & our  world reflecting the action of their life in different way damaging the atmosphere of our peaceful living condition & also disturbing the environment of the society.

With a divinity within us & the environment of peace which we  desire ,we have to pass under a serious stage due to the human beings who main aim is to disturb the atmosphere for the personal reason & cause which they desire.

We have  to face this problem whether we like it or otherwise but in this case we have to believe & to consider a face of destiny .

For those human beings they do not know their  destructive elements of their life as they have with them the storage of the negative forces of action of previous lives which instead of controlling it ,they are merely passing to road of there previous lives forgetting the basic fact that with this they are move to towards animal kingdom.

For every of us our life is a very holy gift with a divinity within us & as a human being till we live we should move towards the path with a MIND under a sensible approach without forgetting the fact that we all are a divine soul & we are not aware at any time the final destiny of our cremation ground if we keep with us ,we can leave under all the noble values of our life with the grace of divinity & SOUL within us.

 

 

 

 

The way to 21 st century

21 st century literacy is the progressive development of entire universe .Scientific & technological development have surpassed the cosmic environment under the  footstep on moon & mars .

This development is certainly enviable but whether it is going to be a blessing or otherwise of our humanity at large .

With this great episode of our present century we have to view the development of electronic media .

Mobile has become the household game of every residence of the world & this has influence adversely to the children of primary range up to 7 to 8 years to add to this our TV program & media advt have added fuel to the fire .

It has given the advert influence in the mind of children especially girls whose range of thinking have been generated from 7 years to 16 years .

It us desirable that we as human being may afford to move in the ivory tower parent should sincerely take care of their children by offering them good environment so that they made develop in a disciplinary & modified manner.

With this 21 st century are to offer every of us the new research program for medicine so that patients can receive a better health recovery & help them to their longevity .

It is also desirable that   literature should come out more on healthy line .With the environment of pleasurable pursuit pleasure ,surrounding enjoyment areas it is absolutely essential that human beings should take recourse to religion practice ,power of prayer ,meditation & such other areas that the century confused environment may help us to get free from worries -tension & frustration to have happy life.

With all the development which we are to see & observe in 21 st century we should not forget that we may have to surpass a BLACK CLOUD which we see in the range of WAR ,in certain countries, TERRORISTS movement ,NATURE CALAMITIES ,VARIOUS ROAD ,RAILWAY ,& AIR ACCIDENT at different places ,KILLING thousand of innocent people & young group of our society ,at various countries.

With this careful words we believe that every cloud has a SILVER LINING & we all may derive   a happy comfortable & prosperous environment in 21^st century for time to come .

Nature is very kind & in this light nature has become our mother earth & we all are aware that on our arrival our footsteps is on our mother earth & we receive the first love from our loving mother covering the entire vibratory force from our head to our legs .

We have all learnt our first lesson of our love from our loving mother .

With this ,with the passage of time we as human beings of the entire world have started our activities of our life by forgetting the basic fact that we are merely visitors on this earth.

Nature wanted to remain kind & quite for the entire universe but unfortunately every where some part of human beings by their action of hatred creating a violence by killing innocent children, men ,& woman of all the part of the countries in one or another way .

The main end of such attitude is nothing but their past action of their previous lives creating such nasty attitude & action .

When such action remains the part of entire universe how we can save our creator to remain a grateful & merciful for us .

 In order to take them understanding & change in the attitude the nature becomes strong & powerful to disturb the environment by creating HEAVY RAINS,EARTH QUAKES ,VOLCANO ,FORMATION OF FIRE,TSUNAMI HEAVY WINTER ENVIRONMENT UNDER SNOW FALLS & such other natural calamities to which we are observing & listening quite good time of our life.

My visualization for 21 st century we have to one or another way to phase such disturbance & calamities & suffering of the human beings .To add to this political environment in certain part of countries are to create war like situation creating killing of number of person & also person have to live their home & beggars from residence creating a problems of refugees .

With this solution of the said sorry episode principle of Non –violence remains only solution for the entire human being including Government ,Political parties,& also for their establishment of moral codes & ethics in the social organization academic institute & relief activities for the sufferers from the government agency & social institute .

In the present time life is not a rosy & we all have to make the same to make our 21 st century & example for the loving peace in the entire world. 

  We may add at this stage that in order to make our healthy & to call for our earlier original life the time has come that instead of becoming dependent of our life on electronic & scientific devices we should make a practice to use an implement the energy force of our mind for our activities which we  can perform convenient & comfortably .

We have to believe that every human beings of the entire world of any CASTE ,& RELIGION should take recourse to power of prayer & meditation & such other practices so that we can establish a peaceful & loving environment in our 21 st century .

 

 

Intelligence

Intelligence is a composition of HEAD -MIND-BRAIN.It is a part of our memory ,understanding ,interpretation & harmonious co ordination with our action of our life.

For every human beings intelligence is not common it varies from individual to individual .Very often it comes to resulting forces of our action of previous lives calling for the revise graph of our mind the result of which defines as Genius one of the high element of intelligence.

Our inheritance  with the present gift of our creative energy of our early life play an very important part .W e may call a destiny please do not consider the same as laughing stock  as very recently it has been observed that a young girl of 7 yrs of the middle class family was give to reply of the name,places ,capital of all the countries not only that late Mathematician Shakuntala Devi had an first working of figures any units was during much more with the higher speed than any calculated or elector media .

To me this is to be viewed as a gift of the previous life .This of course may be exceptional  but besides such exceptional cases intelligence may come from our past action .

Intelligence may not be common to any individual as quite good case,highly intelligent  & qualified standing parents their children may not have completed the gate of the college .

In this line intelligence to be measured by considering every aspect of human beings .

Creativity

Creativity has its root from our birth .It depends on individual in which practice he wants to make his life. Life can be made -Life can be achieved & Life can be created .

It depends on us in which way we want to traffic our life .We must have an inspiration -we must have an energy force of our mind & we must have a confidence to make our life in the manner in which we desire .

For above understanding we should start with the inspiring words of Napoleon ''Impossible is a word to be found in the dictionary of fools.'' .With this it is very likely that creativity can be made.

Individual who are lucky to have an inheritance because of environment of the family the development of his parents & his contribution in his areas of standing such individual can get an opportunity during their early years to have an understanding of his father s' environment ,his intelligence e ,his knowledge ,his standing ,he can contribute for his life much more better way than any other individual .

With this i have once again to stress the importance of destiny .It is not necessary that the person with the full advantage of the parents standing status may come out to be in same category .

It has been observed that this is not true in every case .

A son of a reputed mathematician has passed its life as a electrician  ,A son of judge would not complete his college education & in well many cases we should not make a rule of THUMB .

It is a fact that creative energy is a rosy fragrance of our life.

As we know our life is god s’ given gift & as a human being we have to make our life with rosy fragrance so that our social fabric also may receive an advantage for which what we have gain .

This is so to say very important for every human being so that intellectual   atmosphere in various  line of action may certainly help the individual for his career development with his progressive outlook & it is very likely that this may help us to process the cultural development in our society .

We believe creativity is extremely useful & necessary for the entire human being of the world .

We all desire to have the peaceful environment throughout the world & that we all can achieved if we control through our negative elements with the help of our MIND,BRAIN,& the Inner divinity within us ,every human being may receive his individual potentiality in his areas of liking so that all told development in various field may come out on the surface of our universe so that what we observe every where in the world the terrorist atmosphere ,killing innocent people ,children & last but not the least a destruction of the environment under the natural atmosphere of the affected areas may get eliminated through to creative energy forces which may help every human beings to receive a very peaceful & happy environment .

With this we agree that it is only through human beings that we can fulfill the mode of our birth a god s’ given creation before we live our life journey on this earth .

 

 

 

Mental Disorder

Dementia is a mentally disorder .If this disorder is outcome of destiny just in childhood under the neuron care it is not giving the desire result .

Parents remain a silent observe for the agony   ,pain & disturbance of child but the parents by keeping the faith within themselves accept the tolerances.

 Generally such child longevity   remains between the age of 35 & 45 this does not necessary mean that such child should leave minimum period of 35 yrs .

 Even in certain cases they live the life in the range of 15 yrs .

In other cases it becomes a mental disorder sometime a severe injury to brain & sometimes a very serious illness affecting the mind also plays part in such sort of other mental disorder .

Unfortunately individual affecting any sort of mental disorder is very loosing the memory ,his working condition ,& even his personality get change & to add fuel in the fire ,sometime our social surrounding due to the negative traits disturb their motivation .

We wonder if the elderly members of the family take recourse to prayer ,meditation ,joining with the sufferers in this holy atmosphere & by keeping firm faith & will power it is likely that one made translate positive energy while touching the center forehead it may help sufferers to have the path of the recovery process but it is a very long practice & only with firm faith & discipline one may receive partial result .

With this we are born in a comfortable environment our mind & brain both remain working in cooperation to make our life line smooth & happy surroundings . 

When the atmosphere goes in happy surrounding ,our destiny bring the negative result by creating a fall ladder bring several injury to our brain .

Our brain is very dedicated & it has the storage of fruitful action of our previous lives due to the destiny our life become settle & we unfortunate forget the entire living life & our memory place us at the mercy of our family & quite good disturbance to our entire family so that they may loose the pleasure & happiness of life .

Mental disorder in any form is curse in certain cases of children in the range of about 12 years & more & while playing & enjoying their life ,it comes suddenly attack of cerebral  a several disturbance  of the mind & brain forgetting everything behavior in mischief manner becomes totally obstinate offering sudden shock to the parents  however in this case under a neuron  care after the recovery about one year he come to the original behavior but it has been observed that the behavior becomes rude & in tolerable & after certain interval of time his behavior may change partial .

For mental disorder ,it is not necessary that we have to become Medical   practitioner but we can no with our experience & our observation the behavior of mental disorder person .

 It is necessary & important that ladies during their period missing time should keep totally under happy environment & must receive full cooperation   with the members of family & her life partner .

Ladies should listen good music  ,read good books ,& if possible keep her mind for sometime in prayer & religious atmosphere this will certainly keep the arrival of new born child who has placed her foot on the mother earth under the good atmosphere & environment . Which may help to bring a good happy moments for the parents & family .

This has mention in order that this may reduce the mental disorder for quite good many . 

Mental disorder person should give so much trouble ,hardship to the family for their shouting ,naughty behavior ,& such other foolish activities of the disturbed person .

We are aware that this is not in our hand but with the medical treatment ,& psychic experiences there are instincts that partial recovery have been experience by the sufferers . 

As this destiny not in our hand we should feel to take recourse to our creator by offering our prayer & meditation & other psychic tech  so that in such unfortunate atmosphere we may take recourse to contentment & peace .

Our duty is to offer our prayer & so that the mentally disorder sufferers may receive a divine grace .

Flipped classroom working very often come in your mind the very old proverb '' ALL WORK & NO PLAY MAKE JACK A DULL BOY ''.

It is in this line it is desirable that especially primary student should not being placed a burden on the students & the syllabus & the examination may be prepare in such a way that student may fill the atmosphere ,congenial ,& comfortable .

We are aware that the said suggestion are merely a topic for discussion nothing more .
Student are living in competitive age & parents are equally responsible that their children should become their model & all the required pressure also come from the parents on students .

In this question we are side tracking the main question but we must find out the ways & means to control the motion of fast movement in education system that without loosing the challenge of 21 st century ,academic excellence teachers may certainly find the system & methods without disturbing the career & development of students

Science & Computer Age

Science has an universal applicability which has its root from quite good earlier years for its innovation in sun ,moon ,well many stars & planets in the sky joining with air -fire -water & subsequently on our mother earth .

Computer is the outcome of the recent time & to place the computer in the range of science is making the comparison with childhood period & adolescence .

Computer moves fast & save the time saving working of the people .In this way its is the blessing but at what cost by placing the computer in the hand of school going children ,their mind ,remain working on the computer .

They may do the job but even for small calculation ,adding ,multiplication ,they require calculated even every where for small business dealers to a business group for billing even a few items they require the help of such electronic units  .

For school children tables of number ,& multiplication have become for them the dead past .

Electronic development & our brain working that is mentally should work in the line so that our mind may not become machine & we as human being do not become totally slave of the machine .

With this science & computer both go hand in hand as every scientific & technological development the computer should remain as a companion for the progress & research working of science .

As earlier indicated computer & electronic gadget   remain blessing for the entire world community .

So long has the devices work in the progressive direction in what ever the areas human being are undertaking & passing they may carry out their program & working system at a fast speeding rate . 

Any electronic devices also so to say any scientific & technological development  the community has become very much near . It has established a quite good social & healthy relation among the people living at far distance system  thereby it has established an unity in diversity .

With this contributory   ,efficiency ,& effectiveness of the said services ,we should not have a feeling in our mind that how our life & expressive our mind becomes a slave of such electronic devices !!. 

  Every where in any part of country whether we are travelling in a car or in foot our hands ,mouth ,& ears are all the time working  without offering our mind a silent zone for thinking for our boldly ,healthy practice for our peace of mind .

Our arrival on this earth is a gift  in sense that our departure of our foot prints are not certain not in our hand & that is why we consider as  a part of our destiny .

 In this line what ever the period space we have & whatever our achievement & standing we have established are certainly to our satisfaction & also for our family & social surroundings . 

  But in our mechanical life ,we have also to consider our body has a temple so that we can fruitfully take the grace of our mind –Inner energy forces & divinity within us .

With this we all have enough maturity ,understanding & also a line of discrimination so that we are to fulfill our life mission under the nobility mode . 

But at the same time are we not responsible to give such electronic media for a primary school children & especially a children between the age of 3 & 7 the way in which they are playing with this devices joining with the house hold TV ,their maturity during this period of joy & play comes to the age of 16  years.

It  is the responsibility of parents .However in the light of computer age ,if may not make our life mechanical  this computer age will help us to understand the nature & also our cosmic environment  which is bound to be blessing for every human beings .

Religion

Religion has its roots right from the arrival on our birth .We all are born equal but our arrival on this holy earth with the joy of our parents  

we come to know regarding our caste ,creed & religion ,& with the passage of time we come to know our culture.

Our creator is kind for the entire human beings of our universal .

Looking to environment of universal ,thousand of years back almighty ,created for establishing moral codes & ethics to make a worthy human being send the incarnated in the form of human beings just Lord Rama ,Lord Krishna ,Lord Buddha ,Lord Mahvaira ,  Paigambar  Saheb & Lord Jesus who have during the period of time created the code & his practice for the welfare of people & the people from them caste ,& religion have follow the practice in the form of prayer ,meditation created by such incarnated which human beings have worship as GOD .

God remains in the heart of every human being with the divinity within certain human beings have taken recourse to the line of worship & from their divinity & blessings people also worship such human beings who are know as Guru - Saints -Seers of the time .

Man has to live on religion for the happiness ,peaceful life & also to make their action of their life successful .

Unfortunately in human beings are not following the said practice establish by various religions such human beings are working under the basic 5 element with their conscious mind & we all are witnessing the result under the negative environment from such people .

 

Our world has become smaller mobility of human beings have become the order of the day .Human beings are moving from one place to another & even far distance places .

They join the native people & also the people from different far away places with the different caste & religion .

With the reason of mobility people have come with the main purpose of their action for making their career & also the lively hood .

It is the same function of the people which help them to join the various people of different race ,caste & religion but with their working association people forget  their caste or religion & they move joining with their families & other members of society joining together as a member of one group .

This creates an unity in diversity .The most & fruitful advantage is that people come to know regarding the practice ,habits ,methods,& last but not the least that the progressive elements of religion in which mode they are helping in their behavior ,practice ,moral codes,& ethics  which now the people have started knowing each other & where ever they fill they may accept each   others codes even it the practices.

The main end of every religion is for the unification of human being  for the purpose of creating an atmosphere in our MIND ,BODY ,& HEART & with the religion environment of prayer & meditation & such other areas one can receive the resulting fruits of his prayer & they may receive all the peace & tranquility for  carrying out the action of their life line & this development of individual person may establish a group of social growth which may create & healthy environment among the groups .
