The question has been asked ''is it possible that the external examiner in the examination committee of the student of non specialization '' for which i have expressed my views as follows 

External examiner receive the responsibility from the institutes which must have a line of action & procedure for the external examiner .This would also facilitate for examiner to take a line of action .If it is otherwise it is moral responsibility of institutes to take the necessary step as per rule& regulation .

To my understanding the aforesaid information is for external examiner .In different line examination committee of the student of non specialization ,In such case the committee is aware regarding the status of external examiner & in this light the committee has examiner him for his credibility of non specialization .

If the committee gets satisfied with the capability of the examiner in the said line ,the examiner can conveniently carry his assignment for non specialization .

In the aforesaid line ,if the committee has not observed the practice in above line ,to me it is a gross negligence on the part of committee & certainly as a responsible group ,they are during injustice to non specialization .

Policy & System in Education

The question has been posed ''Is it possible that a master student exam be held without an invitation to the thesis supervisor''?By Mr Hashem Adnani Kilani -Jordan .

For this i have merely expressed my views as i am of the opinion that Knowledge is power .It has no limit it is the energy force of the mind & divinity within every human being .

It is in this line i wish to open my mind .

The question is very much surprising for me .How is that a master student without any invitation to the thesis of supervisor .Is it not responsibility of the institutes to scrutiny the status of supervisor & if institutes has not examined i personally feel that they have neglected  in their responsibility .

I also believe that the master student if is capable& knowledgeable to level of P.H.D even though either he has not completed or or field to obtain the status ,he can conveniently by virtue of his knowledge can approach the institutes directly & convince the authority regarding his knowledge .This would have been the right approach .

If it is otherwise than master degree student has neither a moral code or ethics .This is only my personal views.

Is Spirituality an Art or Science ?

I have come the across the question asked by Dr Anil Kumar Grover .The question asked by him is quiet interesting for which I expressed my views?

Art & science both remain the way of traffic in the same parallel line.We can not afford to avoid either of them .

Spirituality should not be viewed & considered merely in compass of religion .It has the basic foundation of our mind & divinity within us which offers us the power of energy for concentration-Meditation.this is a basic process of our mind which may helps to keep our mind away from the Stress-Worries-Tension -& Frustration.In this line spirituality works in the direction of science.

As to the art in the light of prayer & meditation it directs us to concentrate of our mind with whom we have a devotion ,faith ,an unique kind of feelings which offers us to receive  visual experiences,vibratory forces & with the progressive development one can receive a vibratory forces & view the nature its beauty,its color,its shape & its direction in right manner & in right path.

If way if we view in this line spirituality may works in the direction of art .

Orientation affect the Human Health

A question has been asked''How does orientation of building affects the human health''by Sabina Manandhar -Master of Architecture-Australia .

Orientation programme of any areas offer knowledge ,encouragement to participant members .For any individual our health & requisite care play very important part individual life..
A person should be conscious & he should care & control for the natural elements of our body .In this line he will certainly control his stress,sentiment,Worries,Tension & Frustration & such other negative traits which may certainly help for his progressive health 
In this line any orientation programme with his proper preparation may help him to live a very healthy life & it may encourage for his personal growth & development of his career

Mis Management

To me mismanagement is not only applicable for business group-industries-corporate sector -entrepreneur -& even partnership firms but it covers the entire working areas of our planned life.

With this i have come across a question related to personality with the resultant forces of entrepreneur failure.I have considered & express my views as follows

Entrepreneurial failure to me is the resultant forces of totally mismanagement .While taking out the business plan & method before starting a project ,all round the review of the same should totally grasp in the mind of the entrepreneur .

He has to review observe take into confidence regarding his management team & if in certain cases does not agree with his team ,he has to carry out his own introspection & his own action & decision to be carried out in a judicial mode .

No entrepreneurial would carry out his project under a negative mode of failure.It is his behavior,sentiments,his moral of codes & ethics ,his temperament & power of discrimination & last but not least his EGO .If any person in any areas if he deviates in above light his failure is bound to be as clear as Day Light..

In such line in certain case it may be observed to quote that '' FAILURE ARE THE PILLARS OF SUCCESS''.In such case i personally do not agree unless he has accepted his failure from the within & made the required process of his improvement.

Our Footstep-2015

With our birth   ,our movement of our lifeline is to remain all the time at a passing stage .This is very much certainty of everybody life for which we do not have any option but to co-operate with the inevitable .For this ,God ‘s will supreme as for our journey we have to merely depend on our depend on our destiny . We all are born with our mind-heart ,& divinity process of our heart were rhythm  of tuning of silence sound in continuing which help us to offers us & energy power for our life.

We all have intelligence which works with our conscious & subconscious mind ,for our intelligence for all the development remain excusively with every of us .God is very much kind & he has given the full energy for our mind in the sense that it never gets tired. For this only action remain with us is to give a change of relaxtion to our mind  ,for the main aim of recharging our mind for our agreed action . Action is our life –Work is Worship   ,& we can  not effort to keep us isolated without any of action .It is these what we become & what we are.

With our birth we have bought with us earlier fruit of our previous lives this may be positive or negative according to decided action in the line with our destiny .This can be reflected at the time of our birth presenting the planetary influences in our birth chart at the time of birth .Even though planet situation at the time of birth is to remain the same .Just not necessary mean that it will have the same planetary light & influence on us.

This is why twins born on the same date with few minutes different in their respectively birth shows a considerable graviton in their life line .This is where the will of god is supreme & very often our destiny make mockery on our life .This will have to understand & appreciate in the scientific mode of behavior.

Our behavior in a systematic & scientific line can help us to take right type of decision at right type of decision at right time .Hast in our action is nothing but a waste as it may implied & also to avoid a wrong decision which may subsequent creating a problem ,disturbing our personal & also for our members groups connecting with us .It is with this that we have to view our shining rise of star & sun raise 2015 remain reflecting on entire human being of the universe .In order to enjoy ,joy ,pleasure ,flavor ,fragrance ,of such beautiful nature ,we have to keep our mind ,balanced ,with calm & quite under the power of discrimination .This may certainty help every of us to have a good passing phase for 2015 .

This does’nt necessary that planetary influence may not affect us our living ,style under  a scientific mode of tuning from the within may help us to visit Dr for our health problem .Here also the will of god & destiny may play part which will cannot avoid.

Very recently a question has been post for direction of 2015 with I have merely answered in the light of my intuition as per my memory I remember to have mentioned that beginning of 2015 unfortunately has started under ‘’DARK CLOUD’’, But as a believer of silent zone under the power of prayer-Meditation –I do not wish pessimistic as I believe every black cloud has a silver lining .

With this Global environment is not growing to offer us smile ,Natural calamities ,earthquakes, Accident, Terrisom, unnatural death & it is very likely that we have witness political turmoils. This is what my initial visualization of question asked…..

The science of Astrology which in my career placed the subject in the Management compass however for astrologers for predicting for clients he has to study the birth chart & for quite good considerable times as there are quite good sources of insterpection & for accurate prediction  ,if he has power of intuition  under his pious life & listening the silent sound of the within  he can accurate of her exact predictions.

I know the task is difficult for which in my earlier years I have spent sleepness night .I believe god’s will is supreme & at the same time we are architect of our own fortune .With this successively formula we can do & undo  anything for our life for our progressive success.We  are aware that the science of astrology is not subject of labotary & in this line I wish to just quote version .’’Those who know Astrology can indicate in a way what will take place in future’’.

The Power of Prayer -A question has been raised to me regarding Is Pineal gland activity in Meditation & After contemplating for some time I could not control the tune of my of withinity i have been inspire to reply which i wish to place in my blog

Meditation has its root from the earlier stages of power of prayer .If our prayer offers us some sort of visualization coupled with the experience of intuition we feel that our prayer is listening our silent voice from the within ,

There is every possibility that for our future line of action ,we receive some time unexpectedly receiving the pleasure of saints & seers in our life ,& with his grace we become fortunate to have certain spiritual experiences for our progressive path.

This grace becomes the way of our life toward spiritual path which subsequent takes up to meditation .In meditation our mind gets tranquil & very often we  receive AURAS & sometime a beautiful light shades of different colors which help us to receive the grace of Third Eye .

The Question has been post to me -The meaning of Evolution

Evolution has the basic end of earlier stage .With the passage of time all the developments which have  been nourished in areas of historical ,social ,cultural & such other areas have passed on their root to subsequent period & it has change the root from the animal kingdom to human kingdom .

In last more than 10,000 yrs the earlier roots man has been transform to social family ,religion & other understanding mode whereby they can understand & appreciate the basic meaning of life & to live  among each other in a harmonious & the happiest way .

Afterwords we have study & observed their arrival of various master & incarnator in the universe who have placed our universe for happy & peaceful living .

In last centuries we have seen the progress of scientific development for reaching to the global place .This i personally believe & considered a process of evolution .

I was reluctant to reply but for my academic interest i have expressed my views which i have decided to place in blog 

Making Religion Scientific

Men are born equal .The caste, Creed,& religion remain the outcome of parents, The decisive factors for generating energy force in the initial stage totally depend on parents.

It is the initial stage which is playing the major role for the development of a child ,in the basic norms of Health –Body -& Mind .The stage is very important for parents as this initial stage help to cultivate the development of the mind ,intellect & body for which parents have to carefully observe his child of the movement ,his taste ,temperament ,behavior .

Our child is what we make we have to keep a remote control under our loving care .For the parents very often the taste is difficult as we have to make our observation under clean slate.

Child is a copycat & they observe our behavior   ,temperament ,natural attitudes & the atmosphere of our home surrounding. It is said track record which our child observe in words & spirit .

It is the said the environment which help us & inculcate in the mind & behavior for the child for his growth & future pathway on his life road. Whether we accept it or otherwise at the time of the birth child brings with him the storage of resultant fruits of his earlier action ,of his various past lives .It is this which a child inherits from his parents which may be the life storage of destiny.

With the passage of time although the destiny is the deciding the factors ,now the grown of child has with him .Mind ,intelligence of energy forces ,will power .Whereby he can decide the course of his action ,the resultant fruits of which his to receive remains depended on his favorable phase & also his physical ,social & such other related areas where he has carry out his action ,& this we have considered the part of destiny .

It is play of destiny which makes what we are This does not necessary mean that we have to remain at mercy of destiny .We all have a mind with a conscious mode of working with a power of determination under a power of discrimination ,Ambition ,Zeal ,to carry out process of our action for fulfilling our desire goal.

Inspite of performing our destiny   ,due to unfavorable & unexpected circumstance .If will do not receive our end ,we have merely accept the fruits of our destination favorable & unfavorable .

In above light we have to take a recourse to power of prayer ,Meditation ,& other accepted practice in the line of experience .For every incarnate they have visited on their earth in the line with the prevailing atmosphere & situation at the time of their arrival lease for the specific mission for the purpose of establishing ,peace harmony ,for all the mankind the world .All the summons which all this ever great master have shower on this earth by creating a vibratory atmosphere throu the world is nothing but the source of appreciating the energy forces within every human beings so that the world can become a beautiful healthy place to love.

But it is the fast rather unfortunate but inspite of wisdom pass to us by our great master & subsequent to their various follows quite many in various part of the world have closed their eye on their way of their footstep.

The result is what we see & observe is not for away from us .Our arrival on this earth with grace of God. Forgetting the basic fact that we all have a soul a divinity within us but its contract path remain with every of us visa a vis .With our Action-Anger-Greed-Attachment, Pride & Ego are very often coming in the way of our various action of our life. This is what we become.

With the divinity within us with our balance mind .If we take right course of action we can become & receive a peaceful & happy life-line for us culminating in favourable surrounding under the joyful & happy atmosphere.
