The question has been asked ''is it possible that the external examiner in the examination committee of the student of non specialization '' for which i have expressed my views as follows
External examiner receive the responsibility from the institutes which must have a line of action & procedure for the external examiner .This would also facilitate for examiner to take a line of action .If it is otherwise it is moral responsibility of institutes to take the necessary step as per rule& regulation .
To my understanding the aforesaid information is for external examiner .In different line examination committee of the student of non specialization ,In such case the committee is aware regarding the status of external examiner & in this light the committee has examiner him for his credibility of non specialization .
If the committee gets satisfied with the capability of the examiner in the said line ,the examiner can conveniently carry his assignment for non specialization .
In the aforesaid line ,if the committee has not observed the practice in above line ,to me it is a gross negligence on the part of committee & certainly as a responsible group ,they are during injustice to non specialization .
