The Management Compass-Self Within -----2
We are human beings with our mind ,body & a soul within us .Our energy forces remain so much powerful that it can be evaluated on the individual basic as the intellect ,performance ,natural attitude ,translate from person to person .It is in this line that Management compass offers & accurate measurement.
We all are enjoying 21 st century for its all round development including technological & scientific research targeted for the global research playing with the natural environment & we wonder if we are on the right tract or otherwise!!....
In the present environment Management cannot be retained on the isolated basic or we cannot afford to carry out the rule & thumb basic.
Managers have a tremendous tasks as they have with them apart from get responsibility but they have to carry out their compass on time measurement by keeping in their mind the planning undertaken by their measurement for keeping in the mind ,the project undertaken by them .
The structure of project includes for implementing the target indicated by them .This is remains & very important part of organization structure as it commands the following RATE-MAP.
Rate Map is for measuring the schedule for carrying out the planet target & same to be observe in spirit so that any organization may reach to a desire goal. But it is possible for every organization to place that footstep in right manner .
The approach of individual self within may help to offer a right reflection .For every human beings ''SELF'' always desire to move on his conscious mode of thinking manner which not be all the time correct. Especially for a business organization this may turn into unrosy picture.
For every organization capital formation is the basic root as in the line with planet programme it must have a correct switch for planning ,Inventory ,quality control ,work in progress & the movement of material of the product etc. The above areas are very important the control of which can help & growth of the organization.
It sticky depends on the management for taking a right type of action at the right time .At this stage if not out of way I come across an article during my earlier years where a company who has suffered a heavy loss in the business so to say on their bankruptcy ,Managing Director had use his will so to say ''SELF WITHIN ''whereby he called selected five executive for finding out the ways for meeting the challenges .They came out with purpose of retrenchment closed of certain plants finding out the way of finance & such other suggestion .It was not accepted by the managing Director of the company .
M.D subsequently came out with his planned line whereby a suggested said five executive that being not accepted in their suggestion ,be advise them that without disturbing the reputation of the organization they should come out with the concreted proposal so that organization may not suffer.
M.D, therefore suggested that they should not live the organization & staying in the company till they come out with the concrete proposal .
With three days stay in the company they came out with proposal the company could come out with his original strength .With this it is only throu our self by controlling our negative elements of our ACTION, Our PRIDE, GREED,ATTACHMENT,JEALOUSY ,EGO &such traits ,our self is bound to offer of right type of direction in any required measure .If we can control our negative traits in every action of our life so that we may move on our road on the right path.

The Management Compass ----1
In my early years I have express my views in one of my article that
Managers are born & not made. I still believe the same feeling &
ideology even the present time by virtue
of fact that managers have to
accept the challenges in the line with the national & international working
sector of business development in general.
Modern management in the line with competition have to carry a great responsibility which now can
be in managerial compass under the accurate measurement of the working
performance of their corporate group .
The triangle to me is a good measurement for the performance which can be
narrate in the following areas of their working .When the caption of the
article is management compass it should viewed in triangle form ,under
the three side follows.
1 M^3=MAN=MONEY=MATERIAL
2 P^3= PLANNING=PRODUCTION=PERSONNEL
3 I^3= INNOVATION=INTEGRITY= INTERNAL AUDIT.
In order to view the said basement of our triangle which can be resultant
oriental .If we considered also the time factor coupled with the motion studies
for the progressive performance of the working of the company. This should be
based on sound policy planning for the success of any
under taking .
No company can work in isolation which depends Manpower of various
categories .Man is very complex to deal with as they can make & or mar
fortune of the company .However the task is not difficult as with the sound
systematic with successive manner to carry out the assignment passed on to
them.
The basic necessity is the recruitment process
for the selection of personnel at the
right time.
As they are the pioneer of the working performance of the organization the
selection process is very important for this a good H.R.D policy is the must &
the Managerial who has been appointed for this task must aware of psychic tech . So to has to help him to move the traits of
recruitment members .He must be in a position to judge & guide the
candidate for helping the concern managers with his views so that the concern
managers may help to take a right type of decision for the recruitment for the
recruitment of staff.
Management compass is for accurate measuring the performance of the organization
in the light with the agree policy & he should not remain in the measurement
of triangle with the ultimate focus on circle with has the phase for the global
line
