The Management Compass ----1
In my early years I have express my views in one of my article that
Managers are born & not made. I still believe the same feeling &
ideology even the present time by virtue
of fact that managers have to
accept the challenges in the line with the national & international working
sector of business development in general.
Modern management in the line with competition have to carry a great responsibility which now can
be in managerial compass under the accurate measurement of the working
performance of their corporate group .
The triangle to me is a good measurement for the performance which can be
narrate in the following areas of their working .When the caption of the
article is management compass it should viewed in triangle form ,under
the three side follows.
1 M^3=MAN=MONEY=MATERIAL
2 P^3= PLANNING=PRODUCTION=PERSONNEL
3 I^3= INNOVATION=INTEGRITY= INTERNAL AUDIT.
In order to view the said basement of our triangle which can be resultant
oriental .If we considered also the time factor coupled with the motion studies
for the progressive performance of the working of the company. This should be
based on sound policy planning for the success of any
under taking .
No company can work in isolation which depends Manpower of various
categories .Man is very complex to deal with as they can make & or mar
fortune of the company .However the task is not difficult as with the sound
systematic with successive manner to carry out the assignment passed on to
them.
The basic necessity is the recruitment process
for the selection of personnel at the
right time.
As they are the pioneer of the working performance of the organization the
selection process is very important for this a good H.R.D policy is the must &
the Managerial who has been appointed for this task must aware of psychic tech . So to has to help him to move the traits of
recruitment members .He must be in a position to judge & guide the
candidate for helping the concern managers with his views so that the concern
managers may help to take a right type of decision for the recruitment for the
recruitment of staff.
Management compass is for accurate measuring the performance of the organization
in the light with the agree policy & he should not remain in the measurement
of triangle with the ultimate focus on circle with has the phase for the global
line
