The Need of Time

Time & Tide wait for no more .Time is a passing phase of our life & as such we cannot effort to lose its identity & as such it calls respectable standing in our life.

our life career & life line for our life fail to mollified the right course of our action.

We very often miss the train of our life &this at what cost ….as whatever the time passed we are not going to call back .

We have to calculate the time in every of our activities & action ,& that is why it is said  that Time is money .

Our mind is controlling our action .Mind always offers right type of guidance –hints –suggestion but we have to admit that our mind neglects due to our weaving temperament ,which remains subsequent the part of our conscious mind .

Whatever we desires to achieve for our development nature  or God ,whatever the name we may call. 

Why we have to give the importance of our life only because of our fact that our life is not certain & in which mode we do not know on which time our journey ends .

While selecting the subject of TIME ,I have come across the question ‘’Has the pattern of world population growth definitively changed?’’ raised by Ivo Carnerio de sousa  from Macau .

When we talk regarding the problem of population but the natural that MALTHUS theory of population come before our mind with a geometrical ,Arithmetical proportion come before our mind.

Our universal has become a changing process & so to say we are passing through in the line of WORLD COMMUNITY . Distance from one place to another has become so to say reduced to minimum .

We have observed that natural calamities are always playing the part for which we do not have any control .Modern fast life has become the victim of accidents ,plane ,train ,traffic ,accidents have become the order of the day .

This are the symptoms we have to observer 2015 we all have seen still 3 months to go for completing 2015 .

We have to pray that the sky of 2016 in which way to offer the fragrance of every human beings. Lets hope that the fragrance should continue .It is desirable that it should not be hoping against hope .

Terrorism has become Vital circle & in one or another way it may become the victim of certain part of country .

We all have seen the victim of first & two   world wars .It is likely that certain planetary influence make create Black cows on our Mother Earth.

In this line the picture of population may be viewed on 2016 onward.  Lets us hope that every Black cows has silver lining & with the grace of Almighty we may get an experience of silver line with the less ,affected population of death .

 

 

 

Human Relation & Management

The question is raised by ‘’Hassan .C. Chalak from Lebanon’’  Where do you see the contribution of Human Resources Management in achieving organizational  goal ?’’

Where the views have been expressed as follows

Contribution of Human resource now remain a part of every sector of the society .

This aspect can  not be overall looked by any international group .This is the need of the present time ..

For Human resource can be viewed of the organization point of view ,this can be demarcated   in two parts .

1  Industrial units & another is organizational other than industrial part .In both this areas the circle of Man power is the must for continuing the activities of the sectors .

In this line Human resource will have to play the part .

For industrial unit ,Man ,Machine & Money remain the important diagram  & for other Man power & Money are the important part .As we are all aware that human beings have a mind ,intelligence ,& sensitivity approach into  their day to day activities & the action of their working environment  & the same they are carrying through their conscious & subconscious mind .

Human being have a feeling ,they are sensitive & they are the part & parcel of family & such they have to pass from the various environment in their life .

Well many cases Tension -Worries & Frustration even with them while carry out in their  day to day action of their life.

 

In such atmosphere Human resource have play an very important role so that person involved in their assignment may carry out their activities with a CALM QUITE MIND where H.R.D unit may have to create an atmosphere & also environment .

Human resource in this line may placed both sector in their successive road.

 

With this for the success of Management of any magnitude cannot afford to overlook their man power of any standing in the set up of their organization.

It is fact that success of the organization rest with the controlling of the capital in a systematic virtuous planned mode .

No doubt this can be reflected in the balance sheet & also the standing of the company .

At this stage the company must pass a fragrance on the working force of Man power right from neighbor force up to the middle Management level .

 Labor force they are toiling for carrying out the work for giving the result & if the management through their H.R.D find out the problems of their MIND ,SENTIMENT,WORRIES, Disturbing their family & in a natural norm H.R.D of course can not solve the problems in totality  but by offering their suggestion ,guideline in such case H.R.D can certainly place a smile of individual worker.

For the staff & especially middle management level they have with them a responsibility for carrying out the work for their sub ordinates who are also producing the work for the management & in such case the behavior ,temperament ,& action of the such level personnel play an very important part for the sub ordinates to carry out their assignment in the right manner & also effectively .

With this it has been fully realize the important of   Human relation in the management compass

 

Fate Verse Case-To Change the Life

I have expressed my views regarding the question ‘’Did Fate or Case radically change your life ?’’ By Ting Fa Margherita Chang from Italy .

Life is a mixture of Joy & tears & we all have to experience & also to undergo the phase of our life .

Tears we do not like & also we do not prefer but for this we have to change our MIND  ,to avoid the mischief of our conscious mind . 

This is not difficult we have to be merely & observer for our action totally in an impartial manner .This will help us to draw a line of action in our life .

For the above Fate is the must in our life & under no circumstance we should run away from it .

If necessary in such case we have to sit calmly & quietly for 15 minutes before getting up in the morning this will helps us to keep our mind RELAXED .

Which one important action of our life ,instinct our mind  to move with our action in successful manner till the result with achieved .

Do not change our action every now & then till we realized the successful result of our first action .

We are aware that we have to carry out every function & responsibility for our life .

But with this the successive result of our desired action prepared for us  the pathway of our future journey .

In above line if we are not in a position to concentrate of cultivating fate in our life .

We should take a recourse of power of prayer ,& Meditation & with this success is fully assure .

For this question  we have keep our mind on FATE as this is the important path of our life line .

However in order to give the justice such importance question raised ,I have express my views as under

Our life is a God given gift .As an individual what we want to be depended entirely on us & whatever we want to be depends exclusive on our FATE .

FATE we should not consider in only four words .our life is a mixture of pleasure & pain & in quite good cases pain also so to say our disturbing of our mind very often takes away the confidence  ,will power & Fate .

We have to create our energy force by sitting silently & to carry out our own introspection for getting rid off from the negative & disturbing point from our conscious mind .

In above line Fate or Case radically change your life.

Does a caste system exist also in scientific academy ?

The views have been expressed as follows

Caste system is an irritating -unifying force. It keeps the blood relation jointly & with harmony & as such it forms the creation of joint family system .

Besides because of the unification of system   ,& earlier stages social & family life used to become moral cordial & happy & help the future generation to move with line of system so they used to create a nice social fabrication .

With the passage of the time caste system is likely to remain in passing phase .

Our present education system with the mobility for the study ,career ,& such other factors ,during the environment of caste system operates in a diminishing stage .

Marriage outside the cast system & very often with the group of different countries where the language  ,cultural system, food, habits differ considerably .In this line policy of give & take make the family & social life happy & smoothly .

Caste system may move at the diminishing stage in the present line of scientific academy .
