With compulsion of above procedure, we may have initially started the requirement for our products all the necessary machinery & equipment for which we have to start with technical personnel & administrative staff covering also the financial & personnel management.

If the organization start with the effectively & efficient management the chances of risk can be certainly avoided. In Management compass the chances of risk should not be overlooked.

    The risk is a very basic nature of the business, industries, covering the organization & its management.

 Risk generally comes out with the lack of planning especially in the finance & the program of purchase & the inventory connected therewith with the risk besides proper administrative planning including the recruitment program & also the production planning as per the order on the hand may help considerably risk management.

With the limited knowledge of mine regarding enterprise risk management, I believe that the enterprise itself is to take on our hand & action of risk management.

 To start with enterprise, at the beginning stage it calls for proper planning with their root cause for the action to be taken out for the enterprise covering the future working environment in the right line of management.

 With this with our planning we have to start with the finance , our early requirement of the purchase of the necessary line of material to be required recruitment of manpower including the labor force the date of completing the product as per the requirement of our clients & such other areas to be taken care of in enterprise risk management .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Motivation Career Line

Every human beings irrespective caste, creed, & religion have a certain base of motivation for his working line action including their career development program.

In case of motivation family environment, their culture & especially parents may contribute certainly a positive line method for the program of their children.

This remains the foundation for motivation for the inclination & the development of their programming career.

 With the passage of time, this self-motivation may inspire him in the line of his own development in the midst of their social environment & also the environment of the institute with attitudes, guideline,& nature behavior of their professor which may have them to add in their progressive line of action.

There is also a line danger in motivation has we all are aware that many influences by the companies keep.

In certain cases it has been observed that in the midst of the environment their very basic nature of motivation remain dormant ,& in such case their mind with the brain may not give the response & guideline as they are moved in their environment of the companies & this becomes unhealthy line for the progressive development of their career .

As an individual man should not forget that we are the architect of our own fortune & this control we must keep & retain with us as we all are born with our mind, brain, inner urge & divinity within us for which we should be safeguarded & use  these natural traits  in all the positive direction so that they may move towards their pathway for their chosen lifeline .

 For our action, we have various areas from academic to the literature, medical & legal profession, arts, music, painting & such other cultural activities.

Management has become a wide area & they have to manage the affairs of the company so to say organization in the large interest.

 Knowledge of the staff is the basic essentials for the organization there may be a technical wing beside their technical know-how, the company has to manage the necessary training program for the technical staff so that they may have the knowledge on the administrative side for the man requirements.

The same is to for the administrative staff even though in administration areas they are special & expertise line of the administration so to say Finance, Legal, Personnel, Human Relation Security, & such other important areas.

It is not possible for every different unit they should be expertise in all the areas but certain important rules & system the other staff member should also know & company training program should manage in this direction for the betterment of working of staff.

Besides in the modern business trend, they are quite good, a short training program in various important cities & selective staff member should be sent for program & after completion of the training, they should ask for the report & in which mode he may be useful for the training received by him.

In the above line, the knowledge staff member may remain well balance for carrying out the responsibility for the organization.

 

 

Chosen people - The Needy Age

In the present time to have a chosen people is a blessing as which is associated not only we remain worthy but also we become a chooser for our guideline thru which we may make the pathway of our life in befitting manner  & such chosen person becomes a friend, philosopher, & guide for us.

To have such a chosen person is nothing but the grace as part of our destiny as in our society we have to accept the different environment which we may prefer or otherwise of the same.

 The chosen people which are the need of the time. With this, it is a fact that human beings are not equal & similar in their nature, behavior, outlook, sentiments, & very often Jealously which disturb the environment in the society.

To add to this there are human beings who have with them pride, anger, ego remaining away from the moral codes & ethics which we all are observing in the society every part of the world.

These are the fact that we have to admit it whether we like or not , I have expressed my views in very general way by keeping in mind the present influence of the planetary movement among individuals our good mother earth, the natural atmosphere in the form of Earthquakes, cyclonic, effects, Snowfalls, heat waves & such other influence disturb the human beings in general & the human beings who are affected unfortunately in  this situation .

With this, we have also observed the planetary influence on the human beings SUN, MOON, MARS, MERCURY, JUPITER, VENUS, SATURN, RAHU ( Dragon of Head ) - KETU -(Dragon of Tail).

We know that Sun & Moon are a serious of our life however with the influence & joining with the other planets they have the influence of the planets joining them.

With this, we are aware that accept Jupiter, Saturn, & Dragon Rahu & Ketu are the period of more duration of the planets while the remaining the planets are generally for short duration within the range of one month.

At the time of our birth with the latitude & longitude the planetary influence remain in the birth chart where the time of the birth is absolutely essential where the moon chart is reflection of our mind & is joining with other planets either help the positive influence or in case of Saturn & nodes it may take negative influence .

It has been observed that since quite a few months we all have noticed the influence of planets on certain individuals everywhere as they are losing their lives in road accident air travel & while planning for their program of pilgrims or other picnic spot they unfortunately sometimes have to leave their life as while planning of their program they may not be aware of it as our final journey death is not in our hand .

 

 

 

Our Life- choice of Ashes

Human beings are made of the five elements & it is these elements which make & prepares for a worthy human body.

 But we know that all these elements are perishable & also remaining the cause of our final journey.

All human being are fully aware regarding the five elements of its final journey it has been observed since the beginning that in the certain case of human being are not playing the worthy mode.

With this, we all are aware that our final journey is not an end in itself.

We are to repeat our journey with our all action positive & negative by bringing the said elements which in our life we have not created a foot stop.

 It is in this line we find the human beings are not the same & for the negative element of the person, we as a human being have to undergo a disturbing phase in our action of life.

With our final journey our ashes so to say become a toy for our creator – God by living our soul which may help us to make our second journey depending on our action of our positive & negative traits depending to which mode we have to pass our second journey.

 Life is a bed of rosy but to have a fragrance of we have to make our life so worthy as human beings.

As human beings we are social animal & in our second life who are to become parents which we do not know but as destiny our mother is our creator which who serving loving care we have taken a birth & our growth, culture, religion, remain dependent on the grace of our parents whereby we have forgotten our previous lives .

 With our early birth action in which mode we have to offer our grace to our parents by our behavior & action & in the certain case due to our behavior make our parents & unhappy environment for which they are worrying for our welfare.

 It is in this line our life is very much important & we have to make every attempts to make our life by observing the environment of the family, of social surrounding & our school environment & we have to find in which mode we are ranking.

It is our willpower, faith, we have to carry out our own introspection & we have to see & observe in which way we should remove our behavior which we feel is not congenial & healthy.

 We know this is a very hard exercise but unfortunately in quite good cases due to the earlier action of our previous lives, our mind behaves the traits which we have remained with us from our early birth & as such our behavior remains unhealthy for our family, our friends & our total social surroundings.

With this we should not be that human beings & their disturbing behavior may not change with our birth we all have our mind ,our inner urge & divinity within us & in this light we can move very much successfully the pathway of our life which is certainly in our hand, our belief, & also in our faith as we are aware that God s’ will is supreme .

 

Age- Our Life Line

Advanced age is our storage for every of our action stored related to our positive contribution and also covered up certain action which will do not desire but has given the action our life. Even a passing age this storage called us for our memory & very often it offers us an inner joy & pleasure.

This also depends on individuals who have in their working environment have developed certain hobbies of Literature, Music, Painting, Theatre such individual after their retirement remain so much busy that they even forget to count their age.

With this with our own contribution the question forgetfulness may not enter in our mind, however in the early age if we are accustomed to forgetful nature than people may not try to improve the witness of their nature & as such in such cases old age may not help to call back the certain events.

There is the certain individual in the stage of life they may practice to plan for their old age so that in their advanced age due to careful planning may not have to worry for the regular problem of their life & as such, they remain joyful & also enjoyed their life.

The totality of our age is a mixture of smiles, pleasure, & also part of tears as we are the member of the family with our social surrounding.

Our life is very important in the sense that for every period of our life we want to develop not only for our career but also we have to develop in certain areas just as Literature, Drama, Music, Theatre, sport & such other action of our  life which may help us to recall our memory after the retirement of our age for which we should not feel lonely & boring this is very much important for every human beings so that they may plan for their advanced age.

When we all have realized the importance of our life with the passing of our age we celebrate our birthday greeting & happiness & enjoyment all round with our members of the family ,friends , our society we may after a certain age to enjoy our birthday with the celebration of go together in a decoded hall & with our enjoyment we are recalling our joy & memory for our early years .

With all this hope & aspiration very often we are forgetting in all over action of life forgetting the basic fact that our life journey is not in our hand it is in the hand of destiny so to say our creator this the period of final journey whether we consider the sad moments or a pleasure of joy as by recalling all the early events of the enjoyment with our family & surrounding .

This final journey is for our cremation ground & whatever our standing was in our life is to meet in ASHES  for which are not aware our soul has with the collection of the action of our life which may have carried out positive or negative traits for which we are to return in our next life for which we were & what we are to be .

In our lifeline what we are & what made be our standing in the society or in our contribution for the society but if we keep our mind with the Motto ‘’ Fame is food that Dead Man eat ‘’. This philosophy may help us to remain as a worthy human being for our Lifeline.

 

 

 

God s' Omni Potency

Supreme being GOD is certainty & when we talk or in our prayer we pray to our GOD in order to receive the grace & the kingdom of GOD, we should not become so to say a doubting Thomas.

God is within every human being in the form of our SOUL which remains all the time with us & never disappear even after our last journey.

The question of the existence of our GOD is to remain totally with us. If we do not have the faith & total surrounded in our prayer & worship we will not be in a position to establish the link between us & GOD to whom so ever you believe.

When we talk regarding the GOD as a biological being we are certainly considering  GOD has a human being in the human form & we should worship him as a human form.

The important consideration between GOD & his biological form, we are forgetting the basic fact that they are an incarnated in our human form & their basic end is to establish a total humanitarian form to the entire human beings.

GOD comes as an incarnate in the form of human being to help, guide, & to show the path of divinity within every human being so that man can live happily, & peacefully.

With this question, after viewing the general atmosphere of our universal, Are we not feeling the utmost necessity of GOD as an incarnated in human forms!!.

   Since quite a good few months we all have witnessed the disturbing environment everywhere in the surrounding.

 Nature calamities, in the form of Tsunami, heavy cyclone rain, earthquakes, destroying the houses, killing innocent person beside it has been also noticed that Air accident, road accident, ocean & navy disturbance all this are disturbing the environment.

It is in this line we have as a human being have to feel the necessities & urgency of the higher power of in the form of God.

 Human beings become a doubting Thomas by listening to the holy word of God in such case they should view their own incarnate in the form of human body whose sermons ,glory , which their present of divinity & divine power, devotees can certainly appreciate the wisdom of their presence which may help them the way to lifeline & road for attending the action of power of prayer, meditation, & such other practice .

This may certainly help them to show the right way of the path but as human beings, we should not forget that with our birth our final journey is certain & that to also not in our hand.

The action of our life depends on positive & negative traits for which due to our action of previous lives we may either meet the challenges of life or make the pathway of the road to suffering.

This means we have to carry out the action of our life with corrective action by controlling our Anger, Ego, & such other negative traits so that we may receive the grace of our divine power which make our life even with our family & social surrounding, happy, joyful.
