Motivation Career Line

Every human beings irrespective caste, creed, & religion have a certain base of motivation for his working line action including their career development program.

In case of motivation family environment, their culture & especially parents may contribute certainly a positive line method for the program of their children.


This remains the foundation for motivation for the inclination & the development of their programming career.

 With the passage of time, this self-motivation may inspire him in the line of his own development in the midst of their social environment & also the environment of the institute with attitudes, guideline,& nature behavior of their professor which may have them to add in their progressive line of action.


There is also a line danger in motivation has we all are aware that many influences by the companies keep.

In certain cases it has been observed that in the midst of the environment their very basic nature of motivation remain dormant ,& in such case their mind with the brain may not give the response & guideline as they are moved in their environment of the companies & this becomes unhealthy line for the progressive development of their career .


As an individual man should not forget that we are the architect of our own fortune & this control we must keep & retain with us as we all are born with our mind, brain, inner urge & divinity within us for which we should be safeguarded & use  these natural traits  in all the positive direction so that they may move towards their pathway for their chosen lifeline .

 For our action, we have various areas from academic to the literature, medical & legal profession, arts, music, painting & such other cultural activities.

Management has become a wide area & they have to manage the affairs of the company so to say organization in the large interest.

 Knowledge of the staff is the basic essentials for the organization there may be a technical wing beside their technical know-how, the company has to manage the necessary training program for the technical staff so that they may have the knowledge on the administrative side for the man requirements.


The same is to for the administrative staff even though in administration areas they are special & expertise line of the administration so to say Finance, Legal, Personnel, Human Relation Security, & such other important areas.

It is not possible for every different unit they should be expertise in all the areas but certain important rules & system the other staff member should also know & company training program should manage in this direction for the betterment of working of staff.

Besides in the modern business trend, they are quite good, a short training program in various important cities & selective staff member should be sent for program & after completion of the training, they should ask for the report & in which mode he may be useful for the training received by him.


In the above line, the knowledge staff member may remain well balance for carrying out the responsibility for the organization.
