MOTIVATION

Every human beings are interested in their growth &development of their career line. Career of course is the first step but with  the passage of time ,along with the career they feel that there are also a living part of their social fabrics & besides also they have their own family which they become very close part & their standing is to be judged by their contribution would in their career & also as the member of society. 

With this ,we are grateful to our creator as we as human beings ,our creator showered us with body & mind a very sensitive identity but under a powerful energy force so that we can move the pathway of his creative action so that we can become worthy of his creation .

We know our creator is very kind & through mind it offers us a timely light so that we may not deviate from his pathway .

But we as human beings have brought with the positive & negative traits at the time of our arrival on this earth. We very often with our end & motivates take a negative line of action which very often break the bridge of our creation .

This is where we have counting down our footsteps from our standing .Our mind always offers us a right type of guidance even for the right direction but unfortunately we have with us certain negative elements which we have gathered in our conscious mind through which we are performing our action of life .

We as human beings with our AMBITION,SUCCESS & also with the CHALLENGES of our life ,now call for MOTIVATION for our LIFELINE ,& it is up to us in which mode we should switch our light so that we may move on our right footsteps.

Very recently a question has been raised by Ali Ahmed Osman Zakaria from Sudan as'' How can I help demotivated & the tiresome students to become interested in learning & love in English Language''?

Certain natural of motivation is in the need for the reply & for which the answer has been submitted as follows

Any student who lacks interest in study & get also tired in learning in English language or should to say to say any other subject for such student for such student one has to create an atmosphere for which he may comfortable & enjoy the environment.

The task is not easy but at the same time such student may starts taking interest in their studies.

1 We have to try & understanding his psychology .

2 In which way his mind works & if it is not congenial for study ,we have to find suitable atmosphere for his liking .

3 We have also to study & to observe & temperament & behavior of such students & if you find that the student is of ANGRY NATURE,ARROGANT ,in such cases we should not behavior in higher & fired matter but we should try with loving nature & observe that will approach his behavior gets changed.

4 Face is Mirror  & one has to observe his behavior in this line with his FACE-EYES,& FOREHEAD .To this we can grasp his temperament .

5 Last but not the least whatever may be religion & culture .Such students behavior which may helps to take the necessary action should be diverted to move to path of prayer & such holy atmosphere .

6 We desired that the student should learn the English language in case if he is not interested to study the said language .We have to find in which subject he is interested & concentrate on his subject for his career .In this English will be secondary career.
