For money the control of which is very much important has the company fortune rest with the proper planning & control of the finance for which a periodic review & were necessary the timely change of the finance flow will work has a controlling part of finance .
Material  is not last line of organisation as it is the main function for the production department .
Timely requirement of the production while keeping in mind the requirement of fast moving items to be kept in mind so that the production can not be delayed for such items .
