Stress our Negative Element

To me Stress is a human fallacy . We all are MIND,BRAIN,INNER URGE ,& DIVINITY WITHIN US . 

Our Mind all the time start in a thinking process because of our were many activities of life. 

To add a fragrance for entire human beings scientific & technological development of the world have placed before us our world has a smaller place & very much nearer for moving every part of the world.


The world has become the smaller place which all the luxury & comforts before us & to add , with the scientific development ,environment we have touched global environment . 

This is all we entire human beings have with us .

It is in this area of the development all the human beings have to carry out their life mission according to their choice with their earlier family background & subsequent with the help of the knowledge of academic excellence, with the inner traits of Music ,Fine Arts, Painting ,such other activities of their liking .


It is at this stage human beings live in competitive world making the competition in their respective areas & if it is a healthy one it may help also to do the society & the person involved in their activities.

   But unfortunately it is the fact that whatever may be a standing & achievement in our life we have with us a negative traits just as PRIDE,EGO,JEALOUSY , ANGER,ATTACHMENT & the said elements do not allow the person concerned to view this competitor in a healthy & smiling way .


We are forgetting the fact that all men are born equal with a different traditional received by them from their familiar & ancestral .

 It is this with differ individual to individual in every respect .

 At the same time we should remember that with our birth we also bring the resulting fruits of our positive & negative of our previous lives & it is this  what we observe for human beings in the entire world.

Coming to the point of Stress is not a healthy sign for any human beings but with their thinking process they come across the mental tension  ,worries,& frustration in their life which may be either a family ,social ,or health & even of their working environment .

 This negative  quality of stress in human beings create not only a problem for himself but also to the family & associated groups.


As a human beings we have to change our thinking process of our negative elements by the way of practice if necessary to take recourse pray ,meditation, a breathing habits & if luck favor us due to our destiny we may take & receive a timely guideline ,help thru our incarnates  or to thru our divine masters.


Unless otherwise this process is being done for the human being with negative elements we will not being a position to find the place in our world in a very peacefully environment . 

 For this if not out of the way some times back I have published my answer sometimes back which has also in reference of STRESS which I submit herewith  as follows for your perusal & also for our valued readers.

As human beings , we all are living in competitive range for what ever our working environment is it is this competition , we have made a comparative ratios in our working environment with our colleague & in society ,we have started become comparison even in our social circle also this has created a sense of JEALOUSY in our mind .

In this line stress is nothing but our creation with anxiety ,worries, tension ,frustration & other related areas & if we remain impartial for ourselves the question of STRESS may not enter in our mind .


It becomes difficult for certain person to change his behavior ,mode  of thinking & STRESS had enter the root cause in his mind .

Under the circumstances it is for such individual to carry out own introspection in an impartial manner & if he desire he can very conveniently avoid the STRESS from his life.

In a very casual practice to avoid STRESS is to make a practice every day in the morning & at night for 15 minutes to sit calmly & quietly & it is very likely that during the short period of sitting the thinking process may also start at the mind because of our early nature .

The said thinking process may be allowed to pass in a normal way & afterwards you should not think of repeating the same in our sitting if we continuous this practice seriously the mind will become automatically calm & quite which may help us to offer us inspiration & even intuition .
