In one of views related to
continuous training as part of internal training I have expressed my views in
my presentation of my article joining with the training part which may help the
performance of the candidate of every categories so that they may helpful
builder their career .
Organization has become complex
& one man show or family unit to me have become a dead past . We are aware
that M^3 namely Men ,Money & Material remain the basic end of the
organization & the said M^3 are the controlling need of the organization .
To me in the present age this cannot
be a book keeping entry . It has become for the necessary planning with the
help of the Man power ,may help to make a successful organization .
With this it demands for preparation
stage for preparing a revenue budge & capital budget by keeping in the mind
the organization map of various department Visa
a -viz planning , production ,Purchase & Inventory control ,Quality
evaluation ,Financial control ,Personnel department with Man power planning
& training program, Human Resource Development , & such other related
activities it is control of which to be made effective to review the
performance of organization.
With this to keep in the mind the
organization its structure & Management training program is essential for
Jr level of person of various department so that they may come to know
regarding the activities of the company .
For Sr level & executive level
training center of the company T.W.I. may play an effective part & for Sr
level personnel & executive the company should sponsor for training outside
in the line with the requirement of the organization.
Personnel department & H rd have
a great responsibility as we know that human mind are very sensitive either of
their personal problem or a family problem that may have an indirect influence
in the working performance of the concerned staff .
Such problems may create
Worries & Tension for the concerned staff & in such cases H rd. With
their psychological observation & necessary psychic tech may be very much
useful to the related staff members.
As indicated earlier training
program & regular performance of the all level employees of the
organization are necessary .Every year periodical evaluation of the staff
members by establishing necessary formats categories wise where the head of
department may review the performance of their sub ordinates & after their
evaluation the concerned members to be called an discuss the necessary point by
offering the guideline for the future performance.
With this for the evaluation purpose
a format should be prepared covering various areas to mark the performance for
the purpose of evaluation. For this the format to be categorized as per the
following indication.
1 Below Average ---- Average
----Above Average -----Good ----Excellent against the performance of employees
against the every categories we have to
marked under more Alphabet so that the appraiser may know the performance &
may help in to evaluate the performance of the candidate for the guidance.
The evaluation is very much
important as it may help to review the performance of candidate by an appraiser
& for the candidate to know his witness to change for the betterment &
also may help him for the future career to the form of a promotion.
Last but not the least generally every new
entrance joining the organization & after the election while receiving the
appointment letter it reflects the term & condition of the employee
together with the gradation of the salary showing after certain period for the
promotion indicated under E.B.
If this very likely that if the
Management in spite of offering T.W.I guideline & if the candidate
according to the management is not in position to perform as per the requirement
the management can certainly restrict his gradation by stopping E.B in his
grade.
