Management is not restricted to the Corporate world. It has his planetary influence to carry out its performance in the open sky & as such it is representing under Management compass. When we say that management is a compass when it becomes the line of measurement, which covers a wide area of the function of management. The function of management starts with a vast area covering the wild range of man power, multiple need of material, finance, & the team of the organization personnel.

In the scientific & modern technological development the world has become smaller , business areas are not covered only at one place but it is the circle of wide range of the working of the organization the success of which depends on the working of the organization in an efficient & successful manner.

We have restricted the management compass only in business & corporate units but management starts with the family, school, college, university, medical profession & other areas of administration.  If the above areas carry out their function inefficient & honor manner, manpower & humanity remain under happy environment under the open sky.
