Sadness
Sadness in one or another way has a reflection
of our mind & for which we have to keep our mind in calm & quite manner
so that we can take the advantage for fulfilling the action of our lifeline
.Sadness should be control .
Sadness is a faculty of reasoning of our mind
.Our mind is a sensitive even though it has an base of intelligence ,&
understanding .
With this we all are human beings covering our
activities either in progressive path of our life or we have to under go a problems
in our life affecting our family ,relatives ,friends,& other relative path
of our social fabrics & with our passing of sorry phase it creates a
sadness within us ,depressing our mind & also changing the atmosphere
around us .
It is respect we all have to under go &
for this if we desire to come out from such sorry episode ,we have to accepted
the challenge of the life. With our faith -Will power ,& utmost faith
within us to accept the challenge of the life which we certainly help us to gets
rid of sadness in our life.
Last but not the least we must not only to
create & establish a faith within us but also to keep a contact through our
mind within us so as to help us to keep our mind calm & quiet in the midst
of worries & sadness .
During my earlier years I have retaining in my
mind the fruitful valued message '' CO-OPERATE WITH THE INEVITABLE ''. Co operate with the Inevitable should
remain a healthy practice for our life as it may help us & also guide us to
meet the challenges of our life .
What has been expressed early but Sadness remains the game of our
life which has a reference to our mind & head . We are aware that mind is
our controlling status of the movement & action of our life . It is only
thru the mind we have to take recourse & control to our Sadness to keep our mind calm & quite to call
& regain our action of life for fulfilling the condition of our planned
life.
For sadness we have to keep our energy force by controlling the
mind which may help us to solve the problem of our life . With this nature we
keep our home& members of our family gloomy affecting the development of
our children . It is very likely that by keeping the sadness & morbid mood
it comes in the way of our individual action & development of our life
. It is very likely that this keep our
health problem , affecting our digestive system , creating a lacking of sleep ,
which may come in the way of our mental disturbance .
This would create a health
problems of Depression , B.P, & if not getting control it may also create a
Heart Attack .Sadness should not be taken in casual manner as it is a question
of our life & for this apart from taking a medicine , we should take
control of our body & mind this we can do with the development of taking
recourse to prayer , & spiritual course of action which the help of power
of prayer , Meditation , breathing for 15 minutes & such other related
exercise of our mind & body which may turn out to be a healthy life by
fulfilling our action of life .
