Anger- Our Self Enemy
This anger becomes our own culprit in the sense that
our mind does not accept the progressive development of elements of our colleague
& associated members with the result that our mind does not accept the
gesture of goodwill of others as whether we believe it or not but it is the
reflection of inferiority complex within
us.
Our anger is the cumulative
reaction of our PRIDE,EGO,JEALOUSLY ,ATTACHMENT & this is our resulting
observation which we are looking to view of our life action in positive way to
avoid our weakness if any so that we may move towards our progressive life
line.
This is the acceptance
which we have to do gracefully for our
betterment the task is difficult but we
have to cultivate by changing our hobby by creating our readings habit ,
attending to the discourses of a spiritual master ,philosophical person which
may in course of time will move towards an action of power of prayer,&
Meditation.
This is certainly helping us in our
career development in successive process which makes us happy ,pleasurable
,enjoyable,& this may certainly change the environment in our family ,with
friends,& our social environment .
This is the path we have
now decided for our journey by controlling the evil element of anger within us
.
In case because of the earlier
nature if we have not in position to get read of our negative habits of our
anger we have to keep & maintain certain practices for our life only for
about 20 to 25 minutes for controlling the breathing both in the morning &
our bed time. For this while getting up in
the morning we should sit for few minutes calmly & quietly by breathing
& think for day to day working for your action during this atmosphere &
in case if we find the disturbing points or ideas we should passed the same as
a passing phase without thinking of the same.
This will certainly help
us to get a good & silent sleep without an disturbance.
Even with this practice
due to our natural habitual practice & your temperament & Anger have
not change substantial for your life career & also for your family ,the
following suggestion may certainly help for controlling your temperament
,mind,& anger .
1 While getting up in the
morning do not loose temper & keep our behavior total smiling & loving
with our family & children also .
2 While leaving the Resi , we should leave in a
smiling & quite manner & do not
loose temper for any reason .
3 While entering your job
premise & sitting your office chair , sit calmly & quietly for a
second.
4 While leaving the office whatever may be the
working environment we should leave our office completely in a smiling &
joyful manner .
For Anger I have touched only for person passing the phase but in our social
surrounding & so to say the various part of the world the ANGER has created
a black cloud in the atmosphere.
