Selection of a right type of candidate for the right assignment has now remain the most important areas of the present organization for it management tips . 

In our present age the organization has to work & concentrate for his programming plan to meet the challenges of the present time.

With this at the initial stage the important plan is for the recruitment process right from the work force to the employees level of various categories & the most important is the team of a Senior Management cadet with the responsibility of personnel management & H.R.D .

While calling for the interview for such senior personnel , the committee  with their expertise tip in the present of personnel management may certainly help for the selection of the right categories as per the requirement of a organization .

In order to have proper evaluation of the selected ,in consultation with personnel department on the basic of the progress in interviews ,the necessary time limit of professional period also to be retained .

Management team should be equally careful under the scrutiny of Finance & costing division which may help them to have the proper planned function .

 With this it is desirable to have the well planned system in consultation with the personnel & H rd to find the proper evaluation – Appraisal   systematic format to evaluate the performance of the employees categories . 

This will have before the management the exact & correct picture of the employees concern .
