Food for Healthy Life

Food is our life ,& with our arrival on this earth we start our milk thru our mother .Our survival remain with the food ,with the passage of the time & global environment we all come in the contact with the different countries either in the form of the business ,services ,friendly environment which have inspired to join also with the culture .
In order to make such changes we have change our habit & little bit change in our cultural figure which has taken care of our habits ,living style & food habits . With this change in our life due to change in our cultural habit & behavior we have also made our change in our religious outlook .
We all are born equal with the different form of culture ,religion ,& our caste which gets a difference in the living style of the habits & in one mode it is desirable that by joining the different culture & habits we all are framed in one line of action . This appears good at the beginning but in the practical life it has given the reversal result .
In the sense that we have forgotten our habits ,living style ,including our food habits .This has given us the problem of our mental attitude ,behavior, our line of action & such other related areas of life , apart from the food habit in certain cases we have totally missed our family tides , & cultural behavior which have given us a problem of the family happiness & problems forget about the food habits.

With the  joining with the different countries due to the scientific & technological development the world has become smaller & with this their has been quite good & close expansion of business with the result different type of food packages in our import & export method we have taken advantages of different type of food & certain cases we have changed the food habits with the result that their has become a problem of our health as we have not become health conscious .

For our healthy life & thru consciousness we have to take care that our practices of food for our childhood from the family tradition & culture , we have to take care that by changing the food habits , it may not disturb our bodily part of our health such as our stomach creating a different disturbing areas of our health problem .


Food is certainly a very important part of our life for our growth & for this whatever the habits we have follow we should take the regular exercise & also to change our sleeping habits for both in the morning & bed time .

 We are also aware that with our present life style & working environment it is difficult for us to draw a line of demarcation in this respect .

For this we have to decide for the choice by changing our living style & habits which may prove to be a healthy growth for our advance age . 

In our active life & our social happy environment of the group & family , we are unfortunately forgetting the fact that every day which we use to pass is the way for our old age & also for reducing the period of our entry on this earth.


Our life is very much important as human beings rational animal with our MIND , BRAIN, with the INNER URGE , with the DIVINITY within us which help us to know & understand between the Right & Wrong action of our life. As we all are aware that with the negative 5 elements within us ,if we do not control in the right manner & sometime with the help of power of prayer & meditation this may certainly create a health problem including the problems of Heart troubles & also the Heart attacks for which we subsequent for no other alternative to pass only a retired life irrespective of our age .


This problem may certainly create a disturbance in our digestive system for which we all are aware regarding the disturbance in our health problems .

 It is in this light Food for Healthy Life is the MUST for us & in order to avoid the penalty for our health problems ,we should become food conscious on the healthy habits & good care of our health .
