Management in work should not be restricted only in Management compass it does not involve only in administration, Management, finance, planning & production, HR & personal Management & such other areas where we view our Management in this line.

Management should become the way of our life even while going to our office or our business management remains a flow of our lifeline.

 We should not restrict management even to our office goal but it should also be made a life for our family where we pass a valuable time of our life.

When we said, family, it becomes our unit we want to establish a happy & cordial environment in our family.

Which we can do so by planning, the systematic areas of function covering our social relation which may work in cordial line for our function & action of our family units when we view our family it can touch the ring in the forum of Hr.

We have to view management in the work in totality however in our work while leaving the office or our working place we have to make a proper arrangement for pending area of work with the cordial relation group of our next day assignment this will help us to carry out the assignment of working area without any road of work, tension, frustration, anxiety, & such other disturbing process of our mind.

With the action of our life, we have to make our environment in the management, healthy, peaceful, with the harmony so that while caring out our responsibility this may help us to endorse in our assignment quietly with successful results.

  With this we may feel satisfied that our contribution to the growth of management may have a fruitful environment with the successive result so that right from the employees to the top level may have a satisfaction & the management with growth of the company may create a rightful placement in their respective marketing areas with the result that buyer & seller both may have a satisfaction to be a part of the company growth with the full satisfaction with the management & members of organization .

Every human beings if they are associated with the organization of the company with the satisfaction from the management it offers a good harmony in the family due to the growth & standing of the member in the organization which offer him a successive standing growth in the form of emoluments with his own standing which helps him to have the satisfaction with the family & joining with all the social surroundings which may give him a smiling status .
