Cultural Management - Growth Environment

Whatever the nature of Management compass in our present age every management has to formulate the policy which can be viewed by the clients ,by the shareholders & also correlates with the reputation & culture in the business environment .


With this management has to create & impression both within & outside that Honesty is best policy even in the management groups. 

Management has to involve with well many employee of various areas including the man labor working force .


In this line all the members must feel that they are not merely an employees of organization but are the family group of the management .


By creating this environment company has already created his image in the respectable line .

However it is not only enough that management has to offer the training to the deserving employees right from the labor force to the higher office areas not only within the range of training center of company but view to the competition in the business line , the employees if necessary should be send to the various management institute for the training program .


This may also help them to offer their initiative interest & to keep their concentration only with this company instead of thinking of joining another group for the employment. 


Another important line for the management is for the development of human relation in the organization .

 This may help to avoid any misunderstanding among employees & where the relation within the department gets disturb human relation may play a very important part .


In the above light , management has created a cultural environment within the company , which has also an effect ,for the competitive groups where the employees of every level work with the team & also creating a team spirit to make the growth & the development of the company in a respectable position & this is the way for the cultural formation for the Management .


Cultural management & growth of the company remain a coin of two side .

 Growth of the company has certainly a reflection of the necessary growth of the employee concern of all the levels .

 If the growth of the company remains a successive development of the company in the line with profit of the company organization it is very likely that it may help the pay package of employees in the satisfactory level.


We have already initiated cultural Management that it is very likely that the management takes care of the labor forces in the line with medical help & if the help demands of a serious nature , the organization may bear the cost of medical expenses for such employees. 

Besides such low income group of employees , the management also takes care of the student education in the form of fees ,books , & other study expenses if the children of employees have career development in the study ,in the examination & such other activities .


The growth of the organization play an important part within the frame work of the organization at the same time the growth of the company demands a duty & responsibility towards their shareholders ,& if the growth demands an attractive profit they may part to the shareholder in the form of attractive dividend or in certain case a bonus right to shareholders.

  It is this career management which may help the unit in the progressive line under the clean image.
